Had a total blast at the game. Just a lot of fun especially with a group of friends

It was over all the good time, little too much fanfare and festivities for me personally but I understand. Also seeing that the ice was exceptionally bright I know my wife and I got a headache the next morning and we think it's caused from the lights maybe not. Overall always an enjoyable time win or lose

Syracuse's best professional sports organization. The team puts on a great show and there's not a bad seat in the house. It's an opportunity to watch players before they head off to the NHL. The office staff is always helpful and management is very grateful to the fans.

Good site lines, good vending, and a fun time! Good atmosphere for kids. It is a bit too loud at times though.

If the team knew how to pass they would get 5 stars

Good time! Family friendly & entertaining Ticket prices reasonable & parking nearby & easy to navigate. Food & drinks overpriced as expected! Worth a visit!

Great game! Had group tickets for The Home Depot, and we had a bunch of fun! We also got to have our photo our group on the ice!

I tried to buy 5 tickets on line. Because I wanted to use a credit card that I did not use last year to buy tickets, the site would not let me.
Ticket Master should realize that people have more than one credit card. Why can't they just check the number that is submitted?
Also, I had to sign up as if I wanted an account with Ticket Master.
I wanted to buy 5 tickets to a Crunch game, and use a valid credit card. Ticket Master wouldn't allow me to do it.
I think the Crunch should seriously look into this fiasco (buying tickets on line)

If you like AHL hockey, this is for you. You can see tomorrow's NHL stars, in a fairly old arena (was the setting for the movie SlapShot).

I work here so I see it on a daily. But it's clean, you can watch the crunch practice, we have new vip suites, new scoreboard, and new digital marquee. Also concerts, comedy, Disney on ice, etc.

Crrrrrrrrrunch! I've been going since the inaugural season with the Boys Club and go to as many games as I can every season, winning or losing. Seeing all the young guys go on to the NHL is awesome and now that the Tampa Bay Lightning are our parent team and they are actually GOOD it's even better to be a fan!

Love this team. Great atmosphere and a lot of fun things for kids also.

Great Game. We were out if staters cheering for their competitor, so we got some evil eyes, but at the end if the game and our team won there were no hard feelings.

Great minor league hockey -- great skill for cheap ticket prices. I live in Buffalo now where it costs $100 or better for 100 level tickets to the NHL games. A lot of the guys you watch playing for the Crunch are one day going to be playing in the NHL. The War Memorial has a lot of history and a pretty good atmosphere.

The upgrades and modernization of the building was money well spent. Really looks like pride is present in our old barn.

It was our first Crunch game! Our Watertown Wolves are on the road, and we were told to come check out the Crunch. We are having a blast!!

Last evening 11/23/18 my mom surprised me with two tickets to the game. We were supposed to be sitting in the box seats that were advertised. She spent $130+ for us to have an enjoyable time and I just have to say it was by far the WORST experience I ve ever had at a game. The suite was beautiful but for one you are in there with a bunch of strangers. When we went out onto the balcony where you watch the game 4 people were already there and sitting in 4 of the 8 seats. My mom and I put our coats down on two of the seats while we went and ordered food. When we came back 4 other people arrived. So there are 8 seats to sit and watch the game and now 12 people. Everyone became upset and confused over this and unfortunately the people we were sharing this suite with were not very kind in regards to this situation. The manager in charge came in and we were all basically told people are supposed to sit in the indoor area as well to watch the game. Nothing and I mean NOTHING was done to try and remedy this situation at all!!! My mom went above and beyond spending $130+ so we could have a enjoyable experience and it was just beyond horrible!!! I am sure nothing will be done or said even after I write this but I hope someone reads it and takes it to heart. Very sad and upsetting experience for what is one of my favorite activities to do.

Sat in section 121 great seats for all the action right at center ice.

I can t say anything but good about the owner and his administration who help put on such a great show every game! We re very lucky to have Tampa Bay as our parent club! Very affordable, family friendly and such a great hockey environment! GO CRUNCH FOR LIFE!!
