Last evening 11/23/18 my mom surprised me with two tickets to the game. We were supposed to be sitting in the box seats that were advertised. She spent $130+ for us to have an enjoyable time and I just have to say it was by far the WORST experience I ve ever had at a game. The suite was beautiful but for one you are in there with a bunch of strangers. When we went out onto the balcony where you watch the game 4 people were already there and sitting in 4 of the 8 seats. My mom and I put our coats down on two of the seats while we went and ordered food. When we came back 4 other people arrived. So there are 8 seats to sit and watch the game and now 12 people. Everyone became upset and confused over this and unfortunately the people we were sharing this suite with were not very kind in regards to this situation. The manager in charge came in and we were all basically told people are supposed to sit in the indoor area as well to watch the game. Nothing and I mean NOTHING was done to try and remedy this situation at all!!! My mom went above and beyond spending $130+ so we could have a enjoyable experience and it was just beyond horrible!!! I am sure nothing will be done or said even after I write this but I hope someone reads it and takes it to heart. Very sad and upsetting experience for what is one of my favorite activities to do.
