Swiss-belhotel Segara Review

We had a lagoon access room, which was lovely to walk out door and into pool. The pool is nice on odd room numbers, facing restaurant on even numbers. Our door was heavy. Apparently they are renovating bathrooms coz that was bit tired, broken tiles. Bath was high which meant was huge step in and out of shower over bath. Breakfast was average. Milk was long life. There is an activity desk where you could call taxi, otherwise is about 20 min walk to beach. We might go back if we had a good deal, but imo it is generally a little overpriced for what you get.

Very comfortable hotel in the private area of Nusa Dua, Bali. Enough to get away from the crowd so that it offers a calm impression for its residents.

Im so disappointed with this hotel, my room is dirty and smelly so bad, bathroom is so dirty also ... the pool only that good but not that point. Not recomended at all.

Friendly, very helpful staff, drinks are quite complete and there are live music every day. Delicious cuisine. Comfortable rooms directly connected to the pool.

Wonderful property. Well spread out. Good pool facility. The only downside was the distance from the main market. But, for people who want to just relax for a few days, this is the best possible place in Bali to just stay in and enjoy the hospitality without worrying about what is going on outside the confines of the hotel. The staff is great and very accommodative. The spa treatment was spoken highly by fellow travelers. All in all a very good place to spend at least 3-4 days.

The place is near luxury resorts, with the concept of the resort there is a very large lagoon pool.

Swimming here is very comfortable. The pool is wide, clean, want to come here again

Ok hotel , it's not what it looks like on their photos really. The staff weren't that friendly which was disappointing. I feel this adds to the whole experience. We also had our small bag of laundry washed and it cost us $40 (400,000 rupiah) !!!!! It's very over priced, especially the spa! Considering the same amount cost us 60,000 somewhere else. I wouldn't stay again as it's not value for money. The breakfast was lovely!

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. In general the rooms are quite comfortable. And decent facilities. Although it didn't have time to swim but the pool was nice and spacious. Even if there is one that needs to be improved, one of them is cleaning service. Incidentally we stayed on the 6th floor of the top floor. In front of your room there is a former roof leak that during our stay was not repaired so as to cause a dirty woman. Also the menu for breakfast for 2 days is the same and doesn't change.

Two very nice pools. Rooms clean. Breakfast is rich and tasty. The Internet has a large range but sometimes it jams. Expensive dinners - $ 7 soup!

40 years old and it shows. Ground floor constantly stinks of raw sewerage, bathroom hardware hardly works, the Friday night BBQ ran out of meat, restu staff have little or no English, and finally, the windows and doors have zero sound insulation. Chinese owners have spent nothing in last 4 years on renovations. Avoid if possible.

Huge pool & friendly staff..recomended for families

The sixth floor (my room),is noisy when I step on the stairs especially if the people next door steps on the stairs(it's really noisy). But it's pretty good here the bed is ok and the food is average and the swimming pool is big and the staffs were nice.

This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch like it's rated on Agoda etc, more like a 3 or 3.5 at best. The photos are deceptive, probably done by a professional.
We had booked 2 rooms, both rooms had really bad sewage smell (room numbers 325 & 327). The bathroom looked run down. I complained about the smell but we didn't get much help, so we cancelled our booking and went to another hotel.
We didn't use any other facilities like the pool, just had lunch at the restaurant and spent couple of hours in the room.
On the plus, the staff did appear to be hard working and keen. The hotel owners need to invest in infrastructure.
If you're looking for budget accommodation with pools, maybe this place is good, but otherwise spend some extra $$ and go to a 5 star hotel.

It has two big swimming pool. One of it has a wide area for children. i had a good price for booking earlier but when i arrived the system didn't recognize directly.so i had to wait about 30 minutes to enter my room. It was unpleasant because i had been there very late because of the delay of my airlines....

Kolamnya luas banget dan puas berenang disini. Sayangnya saya kecewa saat saya pesan kamar dengan pool access namun ternyata kolamnya belum dibersihkan. Jadi kami harus berjalan ke kolam satunya lagi.. seharusnya kami diinformasikan atau diberikan tempat yang sesuai dengan pilihan kami. Mohon sebaiknya saat memilih kamar konfirmasi ulang lagi ke hotelnya apakah tersedia, supaya kejadian yg saya alami tidak berulang.
Breakfast Ok, TV channel saat pandemi hanya saluran lokal dan movie in house. Kamar oke dan luas.

The hotel is comfortable, the officers are friendly ... it's a success

Recommended if you want to vacation in Nusa Dua Bali, but you have to have your own vehicle

We enjoyed our time visiting the Swiss Bell.
Our room originally was meant to be one that opened up to the pool, but when we arrived we discovered the room and pillows were very mouldy.
Very quickly though the staff relocated us to a room upgrade on the top floor that was really lovely and had a lot of fresh air.

We hired a bike for our entire time there that worked perfectly for us as nothing was more than a 5 minute ride away, but I wouldn t recommend the Swiss Bell is your wanting something that s walking distance to places.

Definitely check out Sky Bar for dinner that is very close by, it s out of this world amazing and has incredible deals between 4-7.

The romm is good, unfortunately the view is a bit lacking

Love this hotel. They have huge bedroom, nice bathroom and great swimming pool. You can dry your clothes too, right at your balcony. Breakfast is good, could be improved though.

The rooms are nice, two floors ... The staff are also friendly ... Only the breakfast is less varied ...

An old hotel.. Clogged basin when I stayed there but they quickly repaired it. Wall on shower leaking, made all floor wet after taking a shower. Balcony was so dirty like never been tidy up for months. Breakfast was so so. They have a free shuttle bus to Bali Collection and Geger beach. Nice staff. They also have 2 big pools. Hotel is far away from place to eat and definitely cannot walk to go somewhere nearby, you have to use car.

Maybe because the hotel is old, yes, so the furniture needs to be updated.
The sink leaked, the stairs were a bit rickety, the nightstand almost fell off too.
The sofabed pillows smell musty!
Swimming pool has lots of millipedes, I don't know why.
Breakfast is also not good.

Pretty good suitable for a vacation and a break from the noise of the city. It's just that the wi-fi network is not very good.

After seeing the pictures of this hotel we were sold, but nothing could be further from the truth, this hotel is very outdated and dirty !!
Photos on the sites are really not what it seems, for example, pool is much smaller on both sides and the rooms are really, really outdated. It is a deserted area around the hotel, so the view with all the greenery in the photos is really not correct ...
On arrival in room a sewage smell and our bed was still filthy from the previous "occupants" hair in the bed and the sheets covered with stains, bathroom is filthy and the plumbing is outdated. The toilet was dirty, drops of urine were still dried on the glasses.
Towels we wanted to use after shower were filthy! Stains in it and smells musty.
The bed sleeps fine, the pool is very nice but can certainly also be cleaner, especially around it.
Floors in restaurant and rooms just filthy! Leftover food between the breakfast tables and on the floor and chairs.
Breakfast is good according to Balinese wishes, but was very disappointing for us, 90% only hot food and little fruit / yogurt / bread variety.
Service was fine, moved to another (same type) room after leakage in bathroom.

It awesome to be here. But i think its time for the hotel to renovation. Considering this hotel have a good rating n reviews. When its done, i definitely back. In nusa dua this is one of the best hotel you can find

Recommended place for holiday. Rooms can be set up for honeymoon and free. Friendly service, nice view, there is direct access to the pool from the room. The location is close to the beach & the beaches are quiet

The pool is spacious, the service is good, suitable for children

The room was a bit dingy and rundown, but overall was clean. The pool was quite nice, and the food wasn't bad.

Very nice and cozy hotel in nusa dua, the staffs are very helpful. The hotel features two swimming pools. Breakfast is very soothing. The food menu can be enhanced a little. Very good service provided by the hotel. Any issues are resolved on priority basis.

Value for money suitable for nusa dua. If you just want to spend the night and go out during the day, shuttle available for the beach, you can rent a motorbike less than 9euros a day. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is not famous
