Over 23 years , this is my first time stay in hotel for nyepi day in bali. And Swissbell Hotel Segara is my first choice . And ........
Taraaaaa...... best choice. All the staff is very nice, fully smile, and the best thing is , they always have something to do to make us not boring. And spesial drink at night is Bandrek, nice taste, and healthy. Nice pools , and wowww....too much to said. Thanks and c u next year

Pool Package Promo. The pool is clean, too much chlorine is spicy to the eye, fried rice has been making a small portion of it for a long time and it's just sweet, there are 2 jakuzi but only 1 open, even though the weekends are crowded. Plus value friendly employees

Recommended hotel for those of you who want to vacation in Bali

Big Pool, but very dirty! The staff is very friendly but the food is only average. However, the rooms are really nice and clean!

I am really disappointed with this hotel, i was in most expensive room with pool exit, room was dirty, smelly and full of moist. All stuff inside was not in good condition, bed had weird smell same as pillows and blankets, also it was dirty. This hotel have 4 stars only because of nice pool. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, simply its not worth of money. Anyway pool is very nice, you can use it anytime, its good for chilling and relaxing, there is volleyball net and you can ask staff for ball and they will give you one. Reason for 1 star is super bad room condition, and if you are thinking about room with pool its probably better idea not to take it, other rooms are probably better and cheaper. On check out i spoke with hotel manager and i complained about room condition, i showed him pictures and explained everything. He was polite, i actuality got compensation from hotel, they paid all bills that i had on my room (around 100 ). Manager said that they will improve condition of their pool rooms.

Grimy with sloppy and poor service delivery. Hotel in the middle of nowhere.

It was our anniversary and this hotel gave us some surprises! Petal roses and swan towell on the bed... a cake and even free welcome drinks! Service is excellent. Love it!

Nice place experienced staff have shuttle service for the Bali mall and near by beach for free. Food options are limited but you always rent a bike and go around.

The pool is great ... for families with children it is very suitable to stay here, cool and comfortable.

Tptnya located in Nusa Dua ... if looking for peace, etc ...

Very good moment for the first birthday of my son Prabu,very helpfull staff,and very good swimming pool with the beautiful location,Thanks for Swiss Belhotel Segara,for the moment that I get from 2 night.

It is a good hotel though there are some shortcomings
1. The walls are too thin, if u talk or even walk, ur neighbor hears that
2. Not very cold ACs. If u expect a cold breeze gently pad ur skin here is not for u. Though it is not that bad(spoiled with 5 star hotels u know)
3. Slow food preparation process, though the taste is good
4. Hot(I mean it) lifts. Though it can be assumed as a steaming room for a min( not bad, makes u slimmer )

Good points:
1. Spacious rooms
2. Clean rooms and sheets
3. Nice staff

Really enjoy the pool, actually 2 pools, even at rainy season it still really gave us great experience. Love the peaceful surrounding with greenery. Will visit again, hope they will make some tweaking about the property as we informed that the hotel been stood for more than 7 years. Also, love the greatness of the staffs courtesy.

Staff are lovely BUT not trained on how to work. All days forget replace towels, breakfast short on culelry, eggs take 10 to 20 wait when busy, rooms barely cleaned. Forget shuttle pick up from beach. Forget replace water in rooms etc etc
Suggestion: Replace top management, or sell the place, 3rd option bulldoze.

A brilliant holiday plus wedding we went to stag nite was brilliant

Pretty good value for money. Great pools and the pool access rooms are great. Restaurant food was nice, without being to over the top with everything. Would of given 5 starts but after I checked Out I realised I left my sunglasses and USB stick in the room and within 30 minutes I contacted the front desk but unfortunately someone wanted them more than me . It s a shame as I would of rewarded them.

Tranqulity, peace and serenity place especially for those who wants privacy.. compared to kuta more happening place.. we stayed for 2 nights in quite dated duplex 2 storey room before moved to hard rock bali hotel for another 3 nights in order to variety our vacation in Bali .. btw nice quiet experience in this hotel and recommended for relax and easy people .. tq

The hotel is an old model. The area is quiet, it's hard to find food. But the most memorable is the swimming pool is top

I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner. Our room had comfy beds and a nice balcony facing the ocean. We had free breakfast included in our stay... some days it was great, other days not so much.
The room service menu was very basic, however the food that we ordered was pretty decent quality.
The room is not sound proofed at all, as we can hear everyone talking in the hall way or outside very loudly, which became a little annoying.

Each room from 3rd floor up is equipped with only a 30 litre hot water tank.... so we were unable to enjoy hot showers for very long (less than 5 minutes) and would have to wait 30+ minutes between showers for there to be enough hot water again.
Towels and bed sheets were pretty stained and the floor was quite dirty. We had to wear shoes if we were just walking around in our rooms or else our feet would be gross....
There are 2 giant pools on either side of the hotel rooms. Both really nice.

On our second last day we discovered a small hidden convinience store hidden outside the front of hotel called Raja mart. It saved us from having to take a taxi into town or use the more expensive store inside the hotel.

The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Bali collection or the beach each hour, which is nice... but the hotel also shares this service with the close by Hilton. And we came to learn that guests at the Hilton take priority as it stops there first. So if the shuttle is full from Hilton guests you must wait an extra hour or take a taxi.
Taxi services within Nusa Dua area are usually fixed to a minimum fee of 30,000 rupiah.

The hotel had many positives and a few negatives, but we still believe we got a lot of value for our money here. In comparison to many other hotels within this area this place is very cheap, but we still received great service and amenities. Probably we will stay here again.

Just a wonderful hotel. Around cleanliness and order. Very tasty breakfasts, and not just breakfasts, but a full meal. In the evening there is live music, not expensive bar, great cocktails. To the beach, shopping and back, free transfer. The rooms are all perfect, regular cleaning. Special praise to the staff who know their business. It is seen that the hotel management is very carefully suited to the rest. If you awake to Bali, Ubuta district, this is the place for you. You will definitely not regret it. Thank you, me and my family. Loved it. We live in a two-story room 614, the room overlooks the pool, where a wonderful view opens up.

We were upgraded because arriving late the hotel no longer had availability on the room category reserved.
Our room was very nice with a view of the hotel pool.
The hotel is large and clean. The restaurant is very (too) large. It's a bit like a vacation club buffet breakfast.
The hotel beach is magnificent, surely one of the most beautiful I have seen in my life, but it is not very close. Take a hotel shuttle and drive about 8 minutes.
Be careful, this part of the island is much more expensive than the others. Lots of tourists from Russia, America, Japan, etc. who come to spend their money in large ultra-modern shopping centers with all kinds of international products.

The hotel is quite comfortable, with 2 big and nice swimming pools, a little far but easy to reach, breakfast with quite a lot of choices, the room needs to be improved cleanly, there is a shutle car facility to geger beach and bali collection, generally quite recommended

I find this place is just like other hotels...nothing special.

Nice, quiet place with a large pool and large rooms. The beach is far, but carries a shuttle once an hour, there are no shops nearby, food is expensive. Cheaper to go to the Bali Collection and eat there.

Full of children so I guess it's good to take your family there

Pleasant, quiet and friendly hotel. Its location in Nusa Dua is lonely and not jammed

The staff are fantastic but the buildings & pools need maintenance. Could be an excellent hotel if they spent the money on getting it up to standard. Not within walking distance to bars & restaurants but luckily they offer a shuttle to the beach & local areas

All things in this hotel are spacious: the rooms, beds, swimming pool.

The place is cool, only if you enter in the back again, if it's not too broad, it's just okay

Great breakfast collection. Other meals are very average. I find here the staff are very inexperienced or don't have attention to details.

Our room bed linens were not fresh.
Next day when linens were changed they forgot to give us towels. We need 4 towels. We had to call them 4 times to get 4 towels as they kept delivering 1 at a time

The room had sewerage or AC problem that caused a foul smell. Their fix was to put an air freshener in.

Bathroom shower was blocked .. despite telling the desk every day, the bathroom was not fixed.

Otherwise, free wifi, tv was good . Decent location too.

We had a room with access to the pool. Very pleasant. At the hotel to see that it has its years, what the standard of services set up. Breakfast delicious. Rooms clean. Staff helpful. We appreciated the shuttle bus to the beach

You get what you pay for. Cheap Hotel, old and tired, staff are friendly but service is terrible, food average, our room smelt of the drain in the shower. We only stayed one night in between hotels.....one night more than enough. If you enjoy backpacker digs you will like this place if not i would recommend go elsewhere.

Its good.. But transport from hotrl very exspensive... Taxi online no entry in this hotel.

People here are wonderful! Swimming pools were big enough and one might rent a scooter delivered to you if you need it. Nice

Amazing place, apologies for being a little loud, WI-FI Was a bit off but highly recommend the stay.

The rooms are quite comfortable according to the price, for the food, the variety is quite good and tastes good, but for service when breakfast the waiter is less friendly

Great kid friendly pools, a little far from the centre of nusa dua for me but if you're into secluded it's perfect

Relatively remote location. There is a bus that takes you to the Bali Collection and a trolley to the beach.
The hotel is old and renovated. It has two wonderful bars.

It was my first time to Bali and the hotel was one of the best I have been to. The staff was very polite, overly-polite I should add. The food was also great and not much more expensive when compared to the prices of restaurants in Bali Collection. I had a massage in the Hotel Spa which was my first time getting a massage and the experience was really good. Also, there's a free ride to the beach and Bali Collection almost every hour. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Like the room directly to the swimming pool, don't need to go far, just open the back door on the balcony and directly pool renng

Nice place, but need more maintenance. Especially on water treatment. Water is a bit smells. Bed & pillow sheets too. Eggs Corner at breakfast with those numbering for queue is a bit disappointing, didn't get the order right. Swimming pool is quite big and fun. I Hope have a better experience next time here.

We stayed here for 3 nights in one of their prime suites, the place was really awesome and the view from balcony was facing the lovely Indian Ocean, The room also had a jacuzzi in the balcony which a Indian Ocean view, thanks for the upgrade by Swiss Belhotel.

Nice place for a stay. Clean rooms. 2 big pools. Nice spa. No Indian food, otherwise the food is good. Situated in a quite locality with no easy access to small stores.
