Swiss-belhotel Segara Review

Swimming pool is ok but the food package is far behind with cystal kuta, hny 1 kind of sandwich, there is no other choice and the fren fried is no fresh oil. Jd eat one hny hny.

The pool view is spacious & beautiful! The breakfast menu is not too varied (we stayed 4 nights 5 days), the toilet room is a little flavorful, the service is good.

Romantic place for dinner, nice live music, healthy food, good price and really good service

Good rooms (pool side, spacious, lot of pillows), good bathroom (bigger bathtub)

I was stay here after going back from nusa penida island.
First impression during check in very smooth the staff were friendly and very helpful.
This hotel very nice an amazing view with huge pool. I got room 104 with balcony and pool access.
The room very clean and has amazing design. Room also with bathtub, the toilet clean, water pressure, aircond, lighting is very good.
Special thanks to Mr Hadiasa the front office manager. The nice guy I met there, he is humble and welcoming me during check in and also give me free upgrade.
The staff at restaurant and lounge also friendly. The food also delicious.
This hotel near from Nusa Dua beach and Geger beach.
I am very happy to stay here and will come back again if I visit bali.

Very out around nothing. To move, use a shuttle or a taxi. Mediocre bar restaurant facilities .. And expensive The pool is nice .. The room smells like mold to be a 4 star disappoint.

Lovely place, but bad mosquito problem. My kids got multiple bites at night and I didn't sleep much with mosquitoes buzzing in my ear. Every room needs to have bug killer spray.

The place is comfortable because it is located in a rather high level and far from noise

The room is spacious, there is a connecting door too, the view is OK, the cleanliness is okay, the staff are friendly, just the breakfast time is not enough because on schedule no more rice we also don't know, jam also lacks a lot of flavor variations
But the whole is wonderful

The hotel is not the first line. Carry on a great beach - Geger. Good service

The daypass is cheap, the pool is large, the menu is very limited, the jacuzzis are closed ... but happy

The hotel is cool the rooms are comfortable there is a balcony the swimming pool is very large and there are swimming pool facilities for children .. The food is pretty good location in Nusa Dua can be delivered if you want to go to the beach .. You can also transfer to shopping .. Hotel guests can get photos from the hotel just choose the spot ... I think its cool

Too far from shops and beaches. Next to construction site and is in need of renovations. Very dated.

Room smells super moldy, bathroom and bathtub is pretty gross. Bed feels moist. This is a 1-star hotel. Also internet is unusable at best. There's no internet. Don't ever come here.

Stayed at this hotel last week in a room leading into the pool. Due to humidity it is obviously very difficult for staff to keep on top of musty smelling rooms. Purchased some incense sticks which helped freshen the room. I do feel though that there is room for improvement on the breakfast buffet. Fruit was very limited, only a selection of 3 varieties. Would of loved some hash browns, fried tomatoes, mushrooms to have with our bacon and egg. Will be returning later this year and hoping there will be a bigger selection. Staff were absolutely amazing. Looking forward to our next stay at your hotel.

Breakfast at 6.50 is not already yet. The towel is getting dark even the color is white..

The two pools are well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus that runs to a near by shopping centre free of charge as well as a shuttle to the near by beach

While the breakfast wasn't too bad, I would avoid eating in the hotel

Enjoying holiday in Nusa dua. big swimming fool but, the only things this place a bit far away from everything but, u get free bus to go every where and they wil pick you up and bring you to the shopping mall with free service.

The hotel is good ... the view is nice ... the food is also good

All good except for the restaurant, it's not so interesting but OK. But rooms, pools, front office and services and its views are perfect.

It is essentially a nice hotel. The staff is very kind and friendly. They work fast and efficiently. The food is nice, however as you can expect the lunch and dinner menu is slightly on the expensive side if not included in your stay. The location is not so bad. The shuttle services to Geger Beach (part of the Nusa Dua beach side) and Bali Collection make up for the access issues. You can easily go out and wader around but we were kind of afraid of that since the traffic is crazy and there are no pavements along the roads.
The biggest issue for me was the humidity in the rooms. Of course, I haven't seen the others, but we had one of the ground level rooms with pool access and basically you need to live with the A/C at all times. If you leave the sliding door open for more than 4 minutes the whole room turns into a cave with artistic skating facilities. Everything gets wet, from the walls and floors (mind your step, especially with flip flops) to the clothes you leave on the desk or the closet. It's really hard to keep anything dry in there and unfortunately this includes the sheets. I usually don't have them changed everyday if i'm staying for less than a week. But the second day we realised that the pillows get moist and do not dry as quickly and even start smelling. If you are used to having the A/C open at all times (day and night) you should be fine.

The location is indeed a bit far from the keraimaian. But that's precisely what makes it comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable. The typical cool atmosphere behind. The breakfast menu is quite good, it must not be that special. A suitable location to relieve fatigue & stress.

The pool tower bureaucracy was just angering. Staffs could show more good initiative. Rather Old room and they should pay more attention to cleaniness through and through. Will be staying here 2 more days, until then let's see wheter there's any good thing.

I enjoyed staying here, fast wifi, awesome room service, good food, and very clean rooms and pool. The pool is also very big and spacious, would recommend staying here.

Swiss-Belhotel Sagera Nusa Dua was a fantastic to place to stay . Comfortable room very clean place and nice breakfast and dinner .. Extremely happy and helpfull staff from management too a cleaner . Enjoyed relaxing times by the pool . Fully recommend and will stay there anytime I'll go back to Bali.

The hotel is nice, but old already. The photo looks better than it really is. At the same time, there is the entire basic set. Saying that this is a super hotel is not necessary.

Comfortable and comfortable the pool is large and creepy

Awful hotel, very dissapointing... Not even close to 4-stars hotel. Very poor wifi, almost useless, extremely high humidity (probably because of poor ventilation system and pool is close), we had some spices from Ubud market and after 2 days they were completely wet and started to decay so had to threw them away, low quality breakfast and poor service... Employees were not even close happy and attentive like in hotels we were before (alamdini resort in Ubud and Lv8 Resort in Canggu). Rooms and all interior in hotel is old and should be replaced (black around old mirrors, wood starting to decompose, stinking rotted mattress that they had to replace, wrecked tiles around pool area. Ventilation system is so noisy that you cant sleep if its on. Location is bad too...nothing is close. This hotel should be avoided. There are many hotels on Bali for much less money that are much nicer with better service and quality for your money. This is maybe 2-stars hotel and we overpaid it.

It is impeccable! Rich breakfast with local and not only food and lots of fruit. Very kind staff. Large rooms, very clean. The pool is beautiful with the bar and the music and you can stay until 8pm. I didn't want to come back anymore and you could stay at the hotel without going to the beach as long as you were well.
There is also a beautiful sea but the beach is wild at 10 min walk. (On the beach there is free Wi-Fi from Hilton) Otherwise the minibus will take you to the beach with bars and deckchairs.

Hot water is not always. Maybe we are not lucky. The location is excellent by local standards. I would come back.

Great place away from the hustle and bustle, however it's only like $1.50 to get to all the shops in a bluebird taxi. Have good buffets here, with some different nights are different cuisines. Pools are really nice. Staff are helpful as well. Seen a few monkeys in the morning. Would stay here again for sure.

The hotel ambience is good but a big turn down was that it is located too far, no public commutes available, they do have pick up and drop buses, but if you miss it or if it's full then you will have wait for another one in next 2-3 hrs. You won't get a rental wheeler nearby. Break fast was okayish, we had better options in the other hotel we stayed in Seminyak.

The Swiss Bel Hotel/Resort Segara Nusa Dua is a Great Hotel with very friendly personel! We get an upgrade of our room for not much more money, so we could swimming in the lagunapool straight from our hotelroom. The breakfast and dinner were very good with a good dinnercard. There is a free taxi from the hotel which bring you to the geger beach within 3 minutes. For us it was a perfect stay in a Good hotel/resort! The price-quality of the hotel is very good! One word: EXCELLENT! I will surely come back to the Swiss Bel hotel/resort Segara Nusa Dua!

the hotel is comfortable. all friendly ... Children like to indulge in a large swimming pool. The room is also comfortable for rest. Recommended hotel in Nusa Dua.

Loved our stay! Was a lovely resort and rooms. The on-site breakfast and dinner restaurant was excellent and the service was great. We were disappointed with the on site gym, equipment was average, some of it unusable and was not open till 10am, which is pointless given that we were out most of the day.
