Swiss-belhotel Segara Review

Even for an extremely cheap hotel - this was just a horrible experience overall.

My initial room had yellow stains on the bed, the sink was clogged, the shower ran out of hot water, my sheets had a hole in them. Staff is also not the friendliest (shocking for Bali)

The food was overall pretty good, breakfast buffet had plenty of options as well as a station cooking eggs your way. Dinner and lunch options were also pretty good, and quite tastey (especially their Satay).

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel - even if it is a bargain.

An awesome place to stay over. It's completely an island, you can find no shops nearby. But it's surrounded completely by beach from all the sides, but not walkable. We have free shuttles from the hotel to beach and to Bali galleria.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the center of the crowd

The room,bathroom were smelly ,the mattress and all pillowcases were very smelly (like smell of the mold)

The swimming pool is big, but no restroom in the swimming pool area ... So if guest want to go to restroom need to enter the building with wet swim suits. No changing room and bathroom too in swimming pool area.

Been here a few times in the last 5years, starting to look and feel very tired. Service has dropped dramatically, but the staff are still warm and friendly. Won't be going back, but a decent place to stay if you want something clean and cheap in Nusa Dua. Hotel is a little outbof the way, but they do have a free hourly shuttle service into the main area and the beach everyday.

The hotel people will talk basic English enough to get the work done. I had a comfortable stay here. My room had clogged drains, and wouldn't say the bathrooms were the best or cleanest I have seen. Ypu also need to provide soaps every couple of days instead of the guests having to call you for small insignificant stuff like soaps and shampoos. You guys need improvement here. Rooms are good with nice balcony views. Had no complaints other than this. Great location for paragliding tourists!

Best hotel to say, Staff is so good and helpful, you don't need to worry about anything they are just a ping away if you need anything. I would definitely suggest to book this hotel if you are are planning to bali.

Really tired hotel. Very expensive food and drink and there is nothing nearby.

Run down compared to the photos. Pool smelt. Food not so good

actually it's a nice hotel. Unfortunately I have always got a problem room twice there. the bath tub is leaking and the air conditioner is broken.

Great pool, friendly staff. The beaches are not in walking distance, but the hotel provides hourly transfer to Geger beach (nice one!). Nusa Dua with all the shops and places to eat is a 5 min scooter ride.

A hotel that is truly privacy with the location of the hotel in the area of Nusa Dua. The view is very good and the price is quite cheap

The pools are very huge. The services from the staff are excellent. We try the all you can eat buffet dinner. The food are good but little of choices and run out of the stock.

Good hotel. There is a shuttle to the beach and the Bali Collection every hour, two swimming pools, normal breakfasts. In room TV, safe fridge. The staff is friendly. They do not speak Russian, but they know some words. Bad knowledge of English will be enough for you to understand

Quick room service and adorable Pool experience will further enrich your staying time with them. Breakfast options are limited and stereotypes, very basic in room menu options are there to pick, however when you are in Bali who cares for foods

Actually really like this place the swimming pools are great. We got upgraded to a family room 2 floor. The hotel itself is quite old. The food is 7/8 out of 10 but all round a great hotel great location really enjoyed my stay.

just right for a vacation with family ... the convenient location of the city crowd

For 48 a night nothing to say, superb pools and clean, can buffet breakfast very varied, spacious room overlooking the pools (yes one on each side of the hotel, except the average restaurant, we spent 3 wonderful days .
PS: We rented a scooter to visit the area but an hourly shuttle service takes you to the beautiful beach or the Bali Collection Outdoor Mall.

The staff are nice, great view from the top of the hill, room are standard need upgrade, beach are far but there's a free shuttle that will take you there. Overall it's a pleasant stay

Peace and amazing view of greenery and sea. Wonderful pool and the suttle service to different places. But be sure that you get all the facilities as per the booking.

Perfect if you want to visit Bali and you have small children. Great quality/price ratio.
