Swiss-belhotel Segara Review

The hotel needs some renovations but it was okay for me. Stayed only 2 nights.

Cheap hotel and really nice staff!
Stayed there for 3 weeks, and had poolaccess from my balcony. Loved it!
Unfortunately there was some damage in the hotel and swimmingpoolarea caused by the heavy rain and extremely humid weather. My bag got some mold on it after my staying, I guess I had it too near the wall. They could really need som resturation. Food was good. Alot of options fot breakfast. Different warm food everyday. Be sure to get up early, or else some food might be gone. I think it's a good thing, not having to waste alot of leftover food. Some guests were annoyed by this, but I didn't mind. I think they have the best bbq-ribs btw. The fruit unfortunately tasted like chlorin.
They offer free rides to different malls and to Geger Beach. How awesome is that?!
They also have a spa at the hotel and different themes-nights. We went to the Bbq-night. Food was okay. It was raining so we haf to be inside. A little dull, they could use som entertainment and other lightsettings.
Right next to the hotel is a little kiosk where you can buy beverages, beer, snacks etc.

Nice beautiful place to stay if you want a quite place. They have shelther bus to Bali Collection and Geger Beach. Cos this hotel a bit far from mall , resto and shop. Choose the room with pool view its very nice .

The place is very comfortable, the pool is also spacious and the water is also clean. Next time will come here again.

Great swimming pool, but i got sucks room.. Staff... Some are nice some are not..

Far from the city of Denpasar, to find food around it is difficult, if the night is quiet

4 star hotel with reasonably priced prices and good facilities. the location is a bit far from shopping and the beach, so a private car is needed if you want to go. or you can use the shuttle from the hotel

Breakfast was not good. They didn't care about hygiene or cleanliness much. Also the rooms need some maintenance. Water leaking in the bathroom etc. very noisy there

Overpriced. Looks nice from outside many issues with "deluxe" room

The nice pictures of the pool got our attention and we booked, however upon arrival the place had a very pungent smell, I was disgusted when I looked under the sheets and the mattress was covered in mould. Had to leave!

Reception Black businnes ... ,,, Reception offers a dark package "Watersport package" outside the normal price rules.
I think this is the way they get extra money.
Hotel Management, please follow up ... these kinds of businesses.

Out dated. In desperate need of renovation. Smelly bedsheets and terrible shampoo and soap. Not enough hot water for even a short shower.

Good restaurant, breakfast, staff, room, wifi. Big pools need remodelation. Some hotel areas also need remodelation. Quiet and secure place. They offer bus for free to the gegel beach. They also offer a card to go to bali collection that IS NOT FREE

You think the exit room is the best room? No, you aren't ...
Disappointing, humid room, blankets, bed linen, pillows, bolster smell ...
For 5 star hotels, rooms and amenities are too outdated ...

We stayed here for 5 nights and were less than impressed. Had dinner here our first night and the food was much to be desired. The breakfast buffet was very limited with choices, i ordered a poached egg first morning and it was truley the worst egg I have ever had, may as well have been given a pickled egg. The floor in the room was constantly wet, we had to dry it each morning with our own towels as with the tiles was very slippery. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould, the door wasn t even able to be closed properly. The air con in our room constantly dripped water. When we arrived the room smelt quite musty and I m not entirely sure the bed had clean sheets on it. The kids play area isn t much use if your child is over 1. The photos are very deceiving and clearly taken quite some ago. On a positive note the staff were all very friendly. We won t be coming to stay here again nor would we recommend it to friends or family (as many others we spoke to during our stay also mentioned)

Went to SwissBel Segara for swim last weekend and had a good time!! Friendly staffs and nice food

Room was Little Sticky but overall hotel and hotel management ,staff's behavior was awesome .

Very quiet place, the best bed I've tried in many hotels, very comfortable, just like the pillows. You can really rest well, also, without the noise of roosters or chickens or roads nearby. Huge pools in case you want to stay in the sun.

The structure is ok but too old and rooms stinks of humid. Location is far from everything .

Big swimming pool and clean. Breakfast menu its okay, the winner of breakfast menu is the wafel, delicious, fresh and soft. Warm water in the room ran stabil though as old hotel, but they work hard keep all running well and satisfied the guest.

this hotel have great 2 pool. but the problem is manner on front desk they forget to put our welcome voucher and waiting for long time. and how they call us? just use their head to calling us not our name. the last day they didnt check our room before check out. what if they lost their amenities?? last but not least hope this hotel give more variety on dinner lunch and breakfast. show your unique style indonesia. thank you

A solid clean hotel in a top location at an affordable price.

the rooms are poorly maintained, there must be a damaged one (I have moved once). fortunately, if you get a promo, it won't disappoint. the breakfast doesn't work either.

Hotel BGS is recommended for those who want a vacation to Bali

I was calling thid hotel more than 15 times no one pick up till i asked from another branch swissbell to call no one also pick up.

Nice place to stay at Nusa dua. The hotel staff really helpful and friendly. Food also exelent. Hightly Recomended.

The location is a bit far southern part of Bali, About 15 minutes by Car from Nusa Dua Resorts and quite place...

Some maintenance issues, but apart from that couldn't fault it.
Lovely staff, food was also pretty decent although breakfast got a little samey from day to day.
It's a decent walk from most things including shops, there is a shop in the lobby but twice as expensive as anywhere else.
Recommend hiring a scooter 90000IDR for the day.

Not bad but tired, away from the center, there is no beach.

Went to bali for the first time with great expectations and the resort looked great on the photos...... and that was where it ended. Got there at 9pm and our room wasnt ready. The bed was uncomfortable and my pillow was a lump of concrete.(i suppose i should be glad it had no rough edges). The rooms smelt of damp with water damage evident on the walls in our room. Resort is seriously run down, when they clean the rooms they make the bed and change towels, no cleaning! We got the trip off cudos and they give you a massively reduced menu to choose from, then every nite they tell you that there are some things they dont have. But they dont replace it with another option. Breakfast was woeful, lack of options and serving potatoes, pasta or chicken porridge??? Often food left from dinner ended up being served for breakfast. Tea and coffee was undrinkable. Went down to the pool for a swim at 10am to be told that towels wouldnt be available till after 12. Every piece of gym equipment was not working for the duration of the trip, the shuttle to take you shopping didnt run for the duration of our stay. The resort is no where near anything. The bathrooms were dirty and smelt of mould and rooms dated with skirting missing, the sliding door that went to the balcony didnt shut properly and the air cons leaked water everywhere. We paid extra for a roast dinner, we shouldnt of bothered. The food was average at best. The spas are disgusting with no cleaning done on them for a very long time and the control panel having no buttons left on it to adjust anything.The resort is meant to be 4 star and it isnt close to being 2 star. The resort need a total makeover. The staff were very nice but the hotel was extremely disappointing. I would not go back here again and i certainly wouldnt recommend it to anyone. If you are thinking of staying here think again. Save some money and book a backpackers.

Good ... the service is also good and for the rooms especially the top rooms on the 6th floor it has ...
Minus: 1. bathroom spare parts are incomplete ...
2. Breakfast lacks variety ...

Nice hotel and very big hotel. Awesome swimming pool, staffs are very friendly. They even provide you a free photograph if your stay is more than 3 days. One small suggestion, please add more varieties for vegetarians as there are no much options. Very beautiful surroundings the hotel, you can have a very nice walk across it is very green. You will have nice time
