Very bad service. Two months we were in trouble for a dishwasher. The last thing was that they told us to wait a month for a replacement (we were left without a washer) and the day our technician told us that the washer had other problems and it was better to buy a new Milele. They generally do not know what is happening to them. We ordered another brand laundry and will not be buying their products again!
My experiences are mixed.

6 years ago I bought the best "hypothetical" dishwasher of miele. To date it has been spoiled 2 times. APPOINTMENT.
The service never has time to serve within a reasonable time within 2-3 days. It's always the next or the next week. For such expensive devices and such brand name they should be much more ready. Have enough staff to serve. Never again!

We bought in 2011 built-in ovens, oven and microwave oven within 3 years, everything was broken, the oven rotted in the back and in the oven it broke down within a year and they told us out of warranty and the oven later did not work anymore. check only and we were told the oven is for disposal. The rest the repair cost was almost the same as buying a new one. Everything went for disposal !!
Affordable company policies to its customers. We bought kitchens and miele appliances and charged for displaying their own devices and for connecting the gas, which they only undertake!

The worst service I've ever seen !!
They delivered my 28/2 kitchen stove with a wait of a week for damage control. I was told that it was a matter of a $ 500 damage board with 650 working and getting a spare in 20 days in a 3 year old kitchen!
It's been a month and five days and I'm still waiting so important they consider a kitchen for a house with two kids !! phone to let me know i will never finally get the fireplace !!
