It was very nice place. Quite , the staff are very friendly, on top of that they have a huge swimming pool

Very inconsistent service, didn't provide enough towels, complimentary water or toilet paper without having to be asked, not always very clean. Staff are friendly but don't always comprehend messages well. Would not recommend the hotel restaurant at all, very often out of food. Bar food and service ok, Massages were the only saving feature of our stay

The hotel is nice, the swimming pool is big and very beautiful. The food is delicious and not too expensive. Her staff is very friendly

Stayed for one night in pool access room. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was ok.

I think this hotel is great , but this hotel needs to recheck each time guest gonna enter the room. I did once, i entered bathroom already, and took off clothes, wash my hair but then i didn't find any soap, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste and all bath equipment inside the bathroom. And i had to wait them sent it to my room with my hair wet that way. Hmm. Fix this please. It is small thing maybe, but for me it's important to us. Thankyou.

The staffs were so nice and attentive. The swimming pools are great, they also provide floaties. We booked a pool access room so my kids can swim happily all day. The room is big, also the bed. There is a free shuttle bus to the nearest beach. Value for money.

The rooms are nicely sized but there are some areas that need maintenance an example:The bathroom sink was leaking and the door was coming off the wall.
All together it is a good hotel.

Dated and run down hotel. Terrible service. Staff didnt u understand local area. Room wasnt cleaned daily without asking. Left early as didn't enjoy the stay at all.

Liked my stay here. But not close to any beach or good eatery place.

verry nice pool area with a bar. Breakfast was relly good and the rooms are good and big.

Room facilities are good. Food at the restaurant is good.
Swimming pool is good. At night, there is no one at the reception area. Cars can go in and out without a security check.

Check-in at 14:00, as a result, the hotel did not have time to prepare the room for check-in. Until 14:20, the staff smiled sweetly, and asked to wait about 15 minutes. For the first time I come across this. Hey, this is the time I don t want to spend in the stinky hotel lobby. 14:45 we go to the number

The hotel is old, and this smell of sewage and junk will haunt generally everywhere.

Good hotel located in a prominent Nusa Dua area, they have an unique mezzanine room big enough for 5 adults, with a spacious swimming pool for kids and adults.

A very recommended hotel, very attractive location and very friendly staff! Anyway, the best for swissbells as soon as Nusa Dua

Worth the $$. It is cheaper than other resorts of that area though. Service was very good and the staff were friendly. Swimming pool was beautiful. But not as wat I expected it to be. Hotel was old and needs maintenance. Jacuzzi was dirty and had ferns in it. Overall we loved our stay here.

The hotel is like a bit old, needs renovation to be fresher, the breakfast menu is very standard, room cleanliness needs to be improved
