I interacted with Taylor Schneider on a phone call. I expressed my needs as someone that was really interested in taking the next step into trying to wrench a song out of my soul.
Taylor was EXTREMELY patient with my ramblings and guided me as I wasn't completely sure what I wanted or even needed as a beginner in recording.
I was, as I always am, super impressed with the quality of Sweetwater's personal-based service. I would buy a guitar sight-unseen from these guys like Taylor rather than insist on playing one at a Guitar Center and deal with their staff or even having to travel to ensure that a "test drive" of a guitar is even necessary they are that good.
So thank you, Taylor Schneider, for being not only open about my options but also empathetic to my budget.
I cannot wait to get my gear and report back. Give Taylor a raise, Sweetwater, he earned one from me.
