Great froyo but horrible customer service. I got a rolled ice cream and the staff rolled their eyes and acted like I asked the most ridiculous thing. I tried to be fast and got an ice cream I didn't even want because he stood there tapping his feet while I decided. Would not come back to this location.

Great location for this sweet place. We were greeted immediately. Very clean, all toppings fully stocked, and all machines up & running. Also wasn't too busy.

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Frankly, good ice cream isn't hard to find, but sweet ice cream with a kind staff isn't as easy. I wholeheartedly recommend this parlor.

The toppings seem "fresh"? I like that it's self-serve, and there's a playground area right outside. Too bad it was cold outside.

I love going this place, they are open until 10pm, so my boyfriend and I went for a late snack. They had a peppermint flavor soft serve in for the holidays!

I loooove that spoon which change color when you put it in to cold and than hot places it is one color in ice cream bf another in your mouth ice cream is good!

Nice place for frozen yogurt. Kids love it. Its nice being able to control everything from amount of yogurt to choosing from a large assortment of toppings. Good spot for a hot summer night.

If you haven't had Sweet Frog, it is probably one of the best fro-yo places out there. I've been to 4-5 of their locations, but this location had the best and freshest selection of toppings. It's a fun experience and I'm sure kids love it. The cake batter is my favorite flavor, but they are all delicious.

I went here and a kid told me to shut up and I told the clerk working there and he said he couldn t do anything about it. Then the kid laughed and flicked me off. The yogurt is good.

Always good, comfortable outdoor chairs (which inspired me to buy my own!). But man, is their yogurt expensive!!

Large froyo stop with plenty of views for people watching, with self serve frozen yogurt and nearly every topping you can imagine. Service was fast and friendly and the location was reasonably clean. Froyo flavors were all over the place and the toppings were numerous and seemed fresh. Cost is high so be careful! I'm not a fan of froyo but the family seemed to enjoy, though it's very sweet. Less is more for your health and your wallet!

It has all the toppings and a good selection it is really pricey

This was my first time coming here so I downloaded the app and got a really nice coupon. I loved my yogurt no complaints the people were super friendly in there and the place was clean.

Friendly & clean with chairs set up outside to sit and eat your ice cream. Nice and cold inside. Overall great atmosphere and selection of flavors and toppings was more than I could ask for!

my kids love to hear the fact that they get to pick whatever they want as far as ice cream or frozen yogurt and all their toppings and it's not expensive even if you go for the large bowl

My kid absolutely love this place. The annoying thing about this location is lack of parking lot structure you have to park on the street and that is difficult sometimes. but one thing that was nice about this location is they have all sorts of games and cards and crayons there's a table with all kinds of fun stuff to do for kids. have never seen that before I do sweet frogs and my child loved it we ended up staying over an hour and 1/2 because you wanted to play with games not just get ice cream

Frozen yogurt with expensive toppings. I'm really put off by the overt Christian proselytizing that is built into their marketing. I'll pass on yogurt church, thanks.

Very welcoming and nice people, every time I go to Richmond I go to Sweet frog of Carey St. The variety of frozen yogurt is really good, non fat, non dairy and low fat, I think it's time to renovate the place and give it a contemporary look.

Always love this place. I felt like Williamsburg branch had more to offer. Maybe it's just me.

I was impressed with how clean the place was until I went to the bathroom. It smelled and you could tell it had NOT had a good scrubbing in a long time. Friendly people.

Sweet Frog and Yapple are in a "frozen yogurt war" according to the VCU students. Compared to Yapple, Sweet Frog is much more inviting and family themed. Their yogurt types are semi limited, but still delicious. The servers, 9/10 are extremely nice.

Pretty easy concept: pick up cup, fill it with awesome frozen yogurt flavors, cap with toppings, and you weigh it and pay per ounce. Great selection of flavors available for both yogurts and toppings. This particular location seems to be pretty busy, so you might need to wait for a seat or eat outside of the shop.

I really like the place, but it upset me that their "non-dairy" whipped cream contains a milk derivative!

I hate frozen yogurt. It is ice cream's very disappointing dessert cousin.

Every frozen yogurt came out drippy and one of the flavors was sour. Extremely disappointing especially considering the price you pay for boring flavors no real taste.

Fun environment to enjoy frozen yogurt in the middle of busy Carytown. Large glass windows are good for people watching. Friendly and helpful staff. Street parking only. Offers rolled ice cream.

The sales girl was more interested in her phone than my son who was so excited to be buying his own ice cream for his 6th birthday. I didn't hear any other words from her, except "$5.01". We won't be returning.

Good frozen Yogurt! I wish they would vary the flavors a bit more, but it's very good. Staff is hit and miss. Some are right on top of things, others seem to be uninterested, but that's normal I guess. Easy to walk to, hard to drive to, like everything on Cary St.

Always enjoy stopping in to try new flavor combos, the space is always clean and it takes no time at all to load up a bowl of good 'stuff' and enjoy a snack with family and friends.

My access code on the kiosk appeared to take into the system but was accounted for. Cashier not interested in helping. Yes it was busy.
