I can only describe my experience with Alkali Aesthetics as extremely gratifying. The staff is polite and friendly. Dr. P.Battu explained everything before having my brackets fitted in detail and in an honest and professional way. The results were surprisingly fast and I can only thank the whole team at the clinic for their professionalism and good results.
Hands down the best dentist I have been to in the UK. Jag is friendly, professional and knowledgable beyond more than only dentistry. He was kind enough to spend time going through my alternative treatment options with great detail. Happy to travel 3 hours to see him when I need to!

Myself and my sister both had Invisalign at Alkali studios and we both had a really great experience with Joanna. We're both so pleased with our teeth and because I was referred by my sister we both got free teeth whitening as well! They were so friendly and helpful and did a great job - couldn't recommend them more highly! :-)
Very unprofessional people, the receptionist do not really care about the individuals entering the building. The just want to get rid off you as fast as a bullet. They are so hypocritical, they come up with some kind of philosophy such as: listen, hear and feel the patient and what the do is just the opposite. They do not give a damn about you, they just want your money. Avoid this place.
I went to Alkali Studio for the Invisalign consultation. The young female dentist I met was very nice and talked me through all the different types of braces. She showed me the Invisalign package which includes numerous things such as retainers, visits, teeth whitening etc.
However she explained that the pricing will be discussed with the receptionist as she did not like to discuss money...!
It does not look like a serious dental practice to me!
I am very pleased with the work in this clinic. I never thought it possible to recover my smile this way. Also, has the perfect location and is open on Saturdays, which is fantastic! The friendliness of the staff is also a strong point in this clinic!
Don't go there!! A total SCAM! I booked an appointment seeing they doing 50% off on invisgners. First impression was great, really friendly receptionist till the dentist Kish Soneji came along with his really bad sarcastic humour. Was asked to go into the room where I discussed what I was looking for. As soon as I said I have been to another dentist and trying to weigh out my options he went very defensive. Than tried to sell the wire braces than the invisgners after all that said this offer if only if you take it within a week. Even though I was told this offer was till end of this year. Than randomly he said I need to book a hygnist to which I explained I just had my teeth cleaned by an hygnist few weeks ago. To which he responded how I than should go back to the other dentist that I went to see. The whole time the place seemed very disparate to take you as a customer by hard sale selling yet with a very bad attitude!!!

I was recommended this place from a friend so I booked. I booked online and there was options on times to book. I booked my time which was on a Saturday. My day arrived, Coming all the way from Kent whilst driving I got a phone call from them to ask where I was and how long will I take to get there. This was at 2.45 my app was 3.45 I said it's ok I'm on my way I wont b long. 20mins later another call, it's ok I'll b 17mins. 10 mins later another call. Oh sorry we can't see you now! I say excuse my appointment is in 10mins. I mayb 5mins late but I am coming from Kent she then checks and says ok. I am now put off going here so will not b returning. I felt rushed and feel they were very unprofessional! Because they made the mistake of saying my appointment was at 3 and it was not!
EGreat facilities, really great team! everybody is so nice that they my (pretty much unwanted) visit to the dentist not just bearable but actually very nice. I loved their work and I totally recommended!
I came to Alkali, looking for lingual braces to properly fix what the NHS couldn't do when I was a teenager and goodness did they fix it. They gave me a smile I never thought I'd have, after years of covering my mouth when smiling and talking. Within a year I could not stop showing them off!
Joanna (my dentist) and Sandra (my dental nurse) are just lovely - so friendly, beyond professional, and totally accommodating. They will explain everything they are doing, will work towards making you comfortable, achieving your end goal and will go above and beyond!
The staff on reception are always very friendly too! Alkali dental are worth every penny!

The best dental clinic I know. The location is perfect, easy access, they do Saturdays and late evening appointments, and such a lovely staff!

Because it's a small clinic they know you by the name and always greet you with a big smile, specially the girls from reception.

I had the 6 month smile braces and I am very happy with the end results in such a short space of time. Any questions or requests I had, Aalok always answered them and met all my requests.
I ve been here several times and not once was there not an issue with their scheduling. I do not recommend it.
