If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. This has been the most aggravating experience of my consumer life, and I hope that other shoppers take the time to read the reviews before giving Sure Fit any of their money. Be warned: If you give them your money, you won't ever see it again.
I purchased nearly $300 worth of slipcovers for a couch/chair/ottoman set. When the pieces arrived, they didn't fit at all. I contacted the company, and they said they would send me a UPS call tag and encouraged me to buy a set (for another almost $300) that they said would fit better. "Don't worry, your credit card will be refunded as soon as we get the first set back," the customer service person chirped.
According to UPS, they received it back on Sept. 30. I still have not received the refund (it's Oct. 17). When I called to check on the refund, I was told that the refund processing takes 4-6 WEEKS after they receive the product back (Do they carry cash to the credit card company on mule-back?!). When I hassled them about it, they told me I'd have my refund by the end of the week. It's now been two weeks since that promise and they're still holding my money hostage.
EVEN WORSE, they claim I was refunded on Oct. 11. My credit card company said this is not true. They have no record of a refund. When I asked Sure Fit for a refund receipt, a representative said she "asked one to be emailed to me." This was two days ago. No refund, and apparently emailing a refund receipt takes as long as the refund does. They no longer are answering me, and deleted my posts from their FB page after other unhappy and incredulous shoppers joined in on the thread.
The woman who promised me a refund receipt would be emailed, also said the refund was in the amount of $240 - about $40 less than the purchase price!!!
Which means that, even though the transaction was an exchange for a better fitting set, they charged me a $40 restocking fee.
Be careful--this may be a fraudulent company. At the very least, they have the worst service I've ever encountered, and the products are pretty shoddy, to boot! I wish I'd done more research before using this company. Hopefully my experience will save you the same heartache.

Return policy is horrible, I would not recommend ordering directly from SureFit, unless you want to deduct at least $30-$40 from what you paid if your purchase doesn t fit or you need to return it for any reason, they do not refund full price...not even close. They have lost a customer in me and will never recommend

Awful customer service! My order was lost in shipping and it took over a month of me calling Sure fit and "fighting it out" with the customer service reps. to FINALLY replace my order. They kept telling me they would call me when it was resolved and they never called. The customer service reps I spoke to each time were not friendly or helpful, they just kept blowing me off like it was my fault the package was lost.

Can't say I have problem with their garbage return policy because it is clearly stated. However, I still have not received a refund for an order returned well over a month ago...have called three times now and was told it would be taken care of and still nothing.

If I could select negative stars, SureFit is negative 5 stars for me. I do not recommend buying from them. 1. Their products do not "sure fit". We have to return the items. 2. You can't get anyone on the phone from the return/order information department. You have to call the sales department. 3. Customer Service is horrible. 4. Don't waste time filling out the return request form or contact us form online, they don't get back to you, you have to call the Sales department in order to speak to someone. 5. Return is NOT free. Even though they said the return shipping label is free, they will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund without telling you. And when you find out, they said "it says on the page where you check out, mam". Horrible Horrible Horrible company to do business with.

The worst company!!! Customer service is horrible!!!! I ordered a slip covers in Dec. 3rd. By the11th there had been no activity on my cc. I called and Erica, calls herself a supervisor, told me they were having issues with charging people's cc. I asked them why they didn't call me. The answer was they were not required to. I ordered again. By the 18th I still had not received it nor the requested e-mail. I called again. Erica told me that UPS had it scheduled for delivery. The 19th I tracked it and was told by UPS that it was delivered that morning. I let them know that I did NOT receive it. I was told to contact the company. I called Erica and her exact words to me were " Well, that's Your problem now." She refused to let me speak to her manager.I told her to refund my money immediately. She told me they would not and I have to wait for the company to launch an investigation with UPS. How long? She told me 7 to 10 business days. Today is the 4th of January and they have not started an investigation nor refunded my money. Seriously, do not get involved with this company. They refuse to give me their corporate office contact info and will not make things right.
