If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. This has been the most aggravating experience of my consumer life, and I hope that other shoppers take the time to read the reviews before giving Sure Fit any of their money. Be warned: If you give them your money, you won't ever see it again.

I purchased nearly $300 worth of slipcovers for a couch/chair/ottoman set. When the pieces arrived, they didn't fit at all. I contacted the company, and they said they would send me a UPS call tag and encouraged me to buy a set (for another almost $300) that they said would fit better. "Don't worry, your credit card will be refunded as soon as we get the first set back," the customer service person chirped.

According to UPS, they received it back on Sept. 30. I still have not received the refund (it's Oct. 17). When I called to check on the refund, I was told that the refund processing takes 4-6 WEEKS after they receive the product back (Do they carry cash to the credit card company on mule-back?!). When I hassled them about it, they told me I'd have my refund by the end of the week. It's now been two weeks since that promise and they're still holding my money hostage.

EVEN WORSE, they claim I was refunded on Oct. 11. My credit card company said this is not true. They have no record of a refund. When I asked Sure Fit for a refund receipt, a representative said she "asked one to be emailed to me." This was two days ago. No refund, and apparently emailing a refund receipt takes as long as the refund does. They no longer are answering me, and deleted my posts from their FB page after other unhappy and incredulous shoppers joined in on the thread.

The woman who promised me a refund receipt would be emailed, also said the refund was in the amount of $240 - about $40 less than the purchase price!!!

Which means that, even though the transaction was an exchange for a better fitting set, they charged me a $40 restocking fee.

Be careful--this may be a fraudulent company. At the very least, they have the worst service I've ever encountered, and the products are pretty shoddy, to boot! I wish I'd done more research before using this company. Hopefully my experience will save you the same heartache.
