The worst company!!! Customer service is horrible!!!! I ordered a slip covers in Dec. 3rd. By the11th there had been no activity on my cc. I called and Erica, calls herself a supervisor, told me they were having issues with charging people's cc. I asked them why they didn't call me. The answer was they were not required to. I ordered again. By the 18th I still had not received it nor the requested e-mail. I called again. Erica told me that UPS had it scheduled for delivery. The 19th I tracked it and was told by UPS that it was delivered that morning. I let them know that I did NOT receive it. I was told to contact the company. I called Erica and her exact words to me were " Well, that's Your problem now." She refused to let me speak to her manager.I told her to refund my money immediately. She told me they would not and I have to wait for the company to launch an investigation with UPS. How long? She told me 7 to 10 business days. Today is the 4th of January and they have not started an investigation nor refunded my money. Seriously, do not get involved with this company. They refuse to give me their corporate office contact info and will not make things right.
