Five-star hotel located in a strategic position. We are in the heart of Milan. It owes its name to the great designer King Giorgio Armani. In addition to the hotel there is a bar, restaurant and spa. Prices are appropriate for the class of the 'hotel.

Very nice hotel, very nice and helpful staff.

Very nice hotel, very nice and helpful staff.
Inclined to the art of receiving, they know how to create the right atmosphere for every occasion.
Spa 5 stars, thank you very much for the experience lived at your hotel.

Beautiful structure, welcoming and a little trendy. Bamboo bar refined aperitif. Average prices to select customers of a certain level. Restaurant a well-deserved Michelin star as the mechanisms behind the Michelin stars have become somewhat braggart (as indicated by numerous investigations). Let's say that the kitchen combines flavors in an elegant way with very intelligent contrasts. A nice experience and a triumph of flavors.

We stayed in Armani hotel on July 22 through July 26 2016 in room #506
The hotel is in the good location and looks good and clean.
The rooms are nice and very modern. everything in the room is controlled by an Ipad!
Unfortunately we had some bad experience that we feel that future guests should know about!
on our last night in the hotel the lights in the room lit up in the middle of the night every 30 minutes we has to get up every time to look for the Ipad and to program it to turn off the lights!!! how annoying!!! and of course we barely slept all night!
we called the reception couple of times and there was no answer!
in the morning we went down and talked to the manager in charge Antonio and explained to him about what had happened and he told us to come back in 30 minutes to see how he can help and maybe accommodate us for our bad experience, so we went back to our room to pack and then i realized that my BOSE headphones were missing!
we looked all over the room and we called the reception and notified them, they sent the house cleaning people to help us look for them and we could not find them!
We came down again to talk to the manager and some other manager by the name of Francesco Liguori talked to us, again we told him about our experience in the room with the lights and about the missing BOSE headphones and because we needed to run to the airport he gave us his business card and told us that they will check about our complains, we left our business card and he said he will contact us the next day, of course they did not contact us the next day so we called the hotel and talked to the manager Francesco Liguori and asked him about our situation and he said that he can not disclose anything on the phone and that he will send us an email.
We got the email from him! the email said that they had "checked" their cameras and nobody took our headphones and that we should look again in our hand luggage! How insulting!!! And they brought in an "engineer" and there was nothing wrong with the lights! and therefor there is nothing that they can do for us and if we will come to the hotel in the future they will give us a room upgrade!!!wow!!!
We feel this is a terrible way to handle this incidents and with their questions and lame excuses made us feel very cheep for a customer that spend over $2000.00 for 4 nights in a place that suppose to be a 5 star and top notch hotel.
At Milan airport I purchased new BOSE headphones for $430.00...

There s no hotel like ARMANI. This hotel is amazing. I do love the interior: modern, black, futuristic. And what I love most was THE PILLOWS. Every time I sleep or even just laying down I feel like I m in heaven. The Pillows was the best one on earth I v ever slept. I miss it! And don t worry about having lunch or dinner: NOBU is waiting

Armani (Giorgio) is for us Milanese a myth, an icon, an example of Milanese. Passion, commitment, dedication, commitment !, flair, commitment !!, GENEROSITY and finally the results as expected as well deserved and great. Its bamboo bar is an international setting with 6 Italian service and quality. Thanks Mr. Giorgio!

Design wise this hotel is aesthetically unique. It s a hit or miss but for me it s a hit. The room tech features was great but The Furniture quality however seems lacking for example the sofa and the carpet. I did not have good experience with the staff, however. One said breakfast was included after we checked in. However I found out the next day that it wasn t. I have planned my morning around it and did not get food after my jog because of this promise. I would appreciate it if she checked our reservation before hand before saying thing that can t be substantiated. I spoke to her the next day and she just kept saying she didn t remember and said I m welcome to take the coffee in the room that bcs it was free. I understand if she made a mistake but please next time confirm before saying anything because the guests can be greatly affected by false information. All in all If you want to experience unique modernism, try Armani. But for me, if I have the money, I d invest it in other historically established hotel which I did And it was much more rewarding.

I want to put it this way. It is very exclusive and also very chic. Generally a great location to recover from the day as a business manager. For a family for dinner it is wastefully expensive and out of proportion, but it depends on what you want.

I m a fan of the brand, -not the clothing brand but- their restaurants and now added hotels to the list. Upscale, modern, generous, luxurious and created to impress. It s been a ritual to visit Armani s restaurants every time I have the chance to of which Dubai, Istanbul, New York, Milano and Paris. The Armani caffe, Emporio Armani caffe and the restaurant. I was so happy to experience The Armani Hotel collection for the first time.

I went there for a business dinner, apparently elegant and fashionable. Dinner based on fish was washed down with Chianti Riserva and a Tuscan igt 2016: unfortunately, a choice that I do not think fits perfectly, since it has completely covered the flavors of the dish. Well presented dishes. Quality / quantity / price ratio probably in line with Milanese clubs of the same level.

The expectations create them and to maintain them there are the environment and the kindness of the staff. However, half a disappointment lingers over the rest of the offer.
After reading the answer of the manager of the structure, whom I thank for the spirit with which he officially deals with tools such as online reviews, I specifically suffered the absence of inspiration from the kitchen, as well as appetizers at the lounge bar, with flavors flattened that seemed to conform to an idea of kitchen not inclined to be felt.

Amazing hotel. This is as close as being treated as royalty as it gets. The hotel is shaped like the letter A for Armani and as soon as you enter you smell the Armani smell of Mastic (Arabic gum). The staff are always on the look out to help and they go the extra mile to do it.

All very nice, love the bathroom and bed etc are very comfortable. In general the hotel fragrance i am in love with. Very minimalistic when it comes to shower gel, hair and bath stuff - one bottle fits it all, but cant say hair agreed to it. I love the hotel, however it is expensive and for such a rate I expect that furnitures are replaced when they look outdated/have scratches. But would always book the hotel again.

Great hotel, with all amenities for rest and sleep in the room. The bathroom is perfect, can meet your needs, and is very luxurious. The staff has always been friendly, and the hotel's restaurant is absolutely superb. The spa is great, the internet TV is great, and the internet is smooth.

Very high level as expected from a 5 star hotel with a starred restaurant. Young but prepared and kind staff. Excellent cuisine. The portions are not abundant but as is normal to expect in such a place.
