Excellent Hotel, good breakfast, service and cleanliness. Excellent location, close to metro Pta Venezia.

The hotel is beautiful and elegant and its place is distinctive but the breakfast is modest and they do not have ironing facilities except by the landry and its price is very expensive

Good 4 stars. There is also the SPA, which is not cheap, but gives good services.

Environment scick but very expensive with complex services in the media. The American breakfast buffet is excellent and plentiful. Very poor meal flow rates. Experience not to be repeated

I stated in 8 different hotels in my Europe vacation and this was definitely the best. Very big room and bathroom, well located, the bed was very confortable and there is a SPA you can use with discounts :)

No parking, but the service is still provided via a valet service which collects the vehicle in front of the hotel and brings it back to you whenever you want at the time you want and as many times as needed. Paying 20 or 25 per day of memory.
Friendly team. Location very good.

Clean nice hotel
We had "only" a normal double room, which was big enough and well equipped. The room was very clean and cleaned very well every day. The room was very quiet! The location at the underground station I is very good and the cathedral is also a 15-minute walk away. to reach. The parking service that the hotel offers is great: you should spend 30.00 per day including pick-up and delivery service, as the parking ticket is definitely expensive (provided you can find a space to park your car). There are many international restaurants and many shopping opportunities in the vicinity. Very friendly and helpful staff! We would come back.

Location is really good, close to Subway station, and surrounding with many restaurant, shops and supermarket, the hotel staff is really nice and friendly, I will choose this hotel next time if I am in Milan again

Great dishes

This hotel was awesome. My family and I stayed here for the last 3 days of a two week trip and I thought it was the best hotel we stayed it. It was literally less than a minute walk to the metro stop and only a re stops away from the major attractions. The place was clean, the staff was accommodating, the breakfast was nice and the restaurants in the immediate area were great. Would definitely stay here again if we went back to Milan.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the rooms do not have usb connections, so be sure to bring your plug in chargers. The rooms do have coffee/tea stations. There is a lovely sauna, steam room and warm bath - remember to make a booking before heading downstairs.

I went to the Halo Spa. Exceptional Ttrattamenyi. turkish bath and sauna ok

Not worth the cost. Small and uncomfortable bathroom. Muffs Pillows. Shampoo holder broken. Room with noise all night (air conditioning?). WC in lob without paper. Smokehouse in the entrance (It arrives with bad smell). Just earn no less stars because the staf is cordial and the amenities of good quality. I do not advise

Excellent hotel, near center, very good breakfast and very nice staff. Price/quality very good.

Very clean, comfortable and well served 4 star hotel. The exterior building is very elegant, and the interior has been refurbished. Although the room is large, the system is comfortable. The bed is also soft and moderate.
The breakfast staff is very caring and will remember you drinking coffee or tea.

I paid twice for the same stay! At check out, I pointed out what happened to the receptionists who assured me to provide the refund, which was incomplete. I spoke several times over the phone with the receptionist, whose name I avoid writing, and she informed me that in a short time they would solve ... never had more news! Very serious disservice for a hotel of this level!

the air condition was not working i ask them to fix it change the room but they did not change room nor fix the air condition ! they gave me a small fan !!

Nice hotel. Excellent service. Located on Main Street and good quiet quiet breakfast centers. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The hotel is currently undergoing construction. It feels kind of dumpy. The walls in our room have cracks. Shower is pretty cheap. Feels like it was last updated in the 80's. It is close to metro. Definitely not 4 stars. Nothing special.

The room 412 that was assigned to us was in a state of wear and tear, the breakfast offered poor quality products but the very friendly staff

We attended a conference yesterday. It is the Ideal place : easy to reach with or without car, easy for attenders to identify their room, very professional and kind staff, right dimension and isolation of the room, perfect lunch for business people. To be kept in mind for corporate events.

The hotel is in a great location! About 15 minutes to Milan Cathedral (walk). Very clean and nice rooms. Super Service! Would use the hotel again!

negative:
- room was, despite several days stay not for 2 people prepared (after additional towel & Badmantel had to be requested several times)

- Spa offered as free but with obligatory purchase of flip-flops and extra towel

- Employees came unannounced several times just the room, even if there was no obvious reason for their entry. With complaint at the reception flimsy explanations were found for it

- varied but absolutely terrible breakfast! Cheapest foods, instant coffee etc.

Further away from 4 star luxury is hardly possible ... Not to be recommended !!

Hotel well located nearby park as well as shops and restaurants. Very friendly and professional staff, great welcome, access to the spa. Sublime room with balcony giving a superb view over the rooftops of Milan. Buffet breakfast with a lot of choice.

For 140 the night the hotel is overpriced! Very small room, noisy! Clean and a little luxury !! A smell it was in the room (mixture of smog and kitchen) Fenstrer on (smells) window too (too hot) The breakfast I found very mediocre (cheap products) not suitable for 4 star hotel! The restaurant was nice! generally the atmosphere is sympathetic! 25min to the foot of Duomo and train station away! The staff was competent, slightly arrogant and distanced! So, Milan offers much more than this hotel !!
