Location is smack at where you want to be, hotel could be nicer, nowhere to a 4-star hotel compare to the rest of the world.

First, this hotel was in a very good location, certainly very close to everywhere. The room was large and clean, the staff in very good condition and very polite, the supervisor Turgay, who was interested in us, was very polite, gave us all the information about Istanbul and made us a constant service of drinks,

Worst place ever. Definitely not a 4-5 star. The pictures and reviews online are not reflective of what you see the. Pictures are photoshopped. The rooms are tiny with hardly any space to walk. A lot of their rooms have giant structural collums on the ceiling.

Very crowded in the reception and there is a tourist company at the reception and delivery to the airport Monument in the monument and to pay more paid to them I am urgent because there is no taxi near the area and came a second person paid more and returned to me on the pretext of the car broke down

The furniture is old and the air conditioning is hot and when the receptionist is informed of the bad air conditioning we were promised to change the room if room was available the next day but then we were informed of the same problem in all hotel rooms. Some lamps in the room are broken and broken in the laundry table in the bathroom and the breakfast is very ordinary and does not upgrade to the level of the hotel I have previously stayed at the hotel and it was one of my favorite hotels but there is a huge difference in level and service .. I will not repeat their reservation for other hotels in The same area is upgraded to serve the client and earn their satisfaction and prices much lower than this hotel which has become not worth even the two stars.

The hotel is located in the historical center, a few steps from Sultanahmet Square. Therefore, many attractions are within walking distance. In addition, there is a tram stop nearby. The rooms are nice, although somewhat tired, everything you need is there, in addition, you can feel the style and comfort. Nice balconies create a feeling of extra space. The staff tried to be attentive and helpful. The hotel does not have a lobby, but this is probably typical for the country, I don t know; and the minibar was empty. Didn't like the breakfasts (there was no buffet due to the pandemic, but what was there was extremely poorly organized) and the cleaning was rather superficial. There were also serious problems with wi-fi. The hotel is not very attracted to the European four, but it is still pleasant and cute, thanks to the staff for their hospitality and patience. Sura Hagia Sophia on the other hand, so I liked her much less.

Stayed there for 3 nights. Great hotel. Upon our arrival, which was in the middle of the night, we were promptly checked in and upgraded to the best room there. The staff was nice and speaks many languages. The room was lovely and the breakfast too. We got a smoking room with a small balcony overlooking Sura Hagia Sophia hotel and its busy street filled with restaurants. Mr Murad and Ms Ilham were very helpful and accommodating, catering to our every need. The hotel has a roof terrace overlooking Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. You can also see Galata tower in the distance.
Great view. Would stay there again.

Bed bugs in Sura Design hotel!!!!

We booked a triple room through Expedia for 9 nights , the first day we found a dirty and not nice room with a dusty and old carpet and I told them, so the hotel offer us to change the room, but we already unpacked our things and just asked them in a kind way to just keep our room clean. Few days later my friend and I started with a little rash in our skin while we were there but we thought it was just a common allergy.
When I came back home the rash was spreading in all my back, so I went to the doctor and according to my dermatologist is due to BED BUGS!!!!!
I ve been in treatment for more than one month now and still are dealing with this problem.
We are very upset with the lack of cleanliness of your beds. How is this possible on a 5-Star rated hotel???. I personally travel every 2 or 3 months to different countries including Istanbul and never had this problem before with any other hotel until now.
I ve been contacting the hotel to let them know my situation and sending pictures of the doctors prescription and they just don t care about it!!!
I ve been calling expedia because I want a or at least a compensation but the hotel refuses to help me with that.
So stay away!!!!

I've been in restaurants and seminars. I was pleased with the service in the restaurant. The inside was clean and the waiters were relevant and relevant. The seminar place was adequate although it was small.

The rooms are medium in size, larger than the public rooms of the hotels, a fabulous and wonderful location on a street with no cars passing through, only the taxi, surrounded by restaurants and near the Sultanahmet metro station (approx. 30 meters). Morocco, which speaks Arabic, Turkish and French in addition to English Hotel is clean and breakfast but modest but good, strongly recommend it and you will be sure to return housing.

This is probably one of the best hotels I ve been in at Sultanahmet, Fatih. The room is very fresh, the staff very friendly, the breakfast wonderful and the service on top level.

It s only a few minutes by walk to the beutiful mosque Aya Sofia and Sultanahmet. 5 min away from Kapalcarsi and 1 min from the transportations.

The terrace on the top have a wonderfull wev.
Good restaurants only a few steps outside the hotel.

First time I give 5 stars to a hotell! You really earn it.

Excellent hotel.
Great food, nice location and easy to visit all tourist places.

Where to start......

When I got to my room the card did not scan immediately took about 5 times to scan until the door will open...

Went to the reception to get a new card they gave me one,an the card worked well for a day. Until same problem accord 5 times scan until door will open.

When I got it the room the room was ok not WOW but ok.

Rooms where small compact because the bed is taking most of the space in the room.

Walls between all rooms are so thin one can hear when someone is walking in the passage or even gets in the room next door. A lot of noise in the night difficult to sleep.

The bed in the room was amazing that's the only reason why I'm giving a 2 star here is of the bed!! Nice an soft.

Breakfast -not a large variety too choose from.

The hotel is near everything all the main attractions that's also 1 of the reasons I gave it a 2 star.

Staff are very friendly, but the service is bad. We were three visitors waiting for our rooms at the same time and they were not clean or ready to use at all. We booked our room through an agency and they just keeped us waiting in the reception till the agency pays, they did not allow us to go to the room, they did not accept our personal payment as well.

Ideally placed very animated the tramway 2 not room very large bathroom very large very nice nice decoration, however I asked to change side we were next to the garden with a balcony but close there is a spa and spa. smoke escapes from it. The breakfast is vary the honey directly from the hive is a treat, you have a very nice view on the top floor with beautiful paintings. The staff is very caring.

The landscape on my terrace takes me away from me. The view of the Hagia Sophia from the pool and the view of the rooms is great. Dinner on the terrace was very enjoyable. The colors and design of the rooms have been carefully created. The most beautiful hotel in Istanbul. And I can say the best location in Istanbul.

I do not recommend this place! We booked a room for 6 nights and only stayed for 3. The room was very small and dark, the air conditioner was blowing right on us ... it was impossible to sleep! Well, the most important thing is that the pool is disgusting, my boyfriend cut his finger on the side of the pool and since the water was too dirty, we were advised to go to the clinic in order to get a tetanus shot! Well, the crown - the hotel did NOTHING! We paid for the taxi ourselves, the cost of the injection! They promised to refund the money for the paid 3 nights, since we moved out earlier. We never got any money !!!

Although the ancient Roman Hippodrome in Istanbul was originally built in the 2nd century AD, the magnificent Hippodrome, which today has the remains of Sultanahmet Square (Horse Square), was reconstructed in the 4th century by Constantine the Great. thanks for everything bellteam

Excellent location and wonderful hotel. When you leave the hotel restaurant very close, Santa Sofia 5 minutes, especially breakfast is very good and the room is very nice, overlooking the garden, the staff is very helpful, Turgay, Emrecan and mehmet e thank you very much,

We were told the air conditioners would be working but they weren t. So we had to sleep with windows open which led to bad sleep due to the noise in the street. Good breakfast though.

We love this hotel. The location was perfect and the staff was amazing. Breakfast on the 5th floor, excellent view, Turgay yasar helped us meet in Istanbul, and told us that there is a good restaurant in the area. We want to return in Istanbul and Sura.

The precious jewel is Hotel Sura. I will definitely return here. The front team, the relations with the guests, dear ilhham and the dutiful Turgay. Thank you so much for taking care of us throughout our stay. I hope we will return to Istanbul and stay in this hotel.

We did 3 nights of accommodation and received constant attention and refreshments. The rooms and bathroom are very clean. The staff is very helpful, especially in customer relations and reception. Also, dear Turgay is very interested in them. The breakfast is very tasty and the Turkish Tsar is very good. And the location is amazing.

The hotel is nice but the bathroom feels old and needs to be cleaned more but on the one hand breakfast and sleep what it is talking about, especially as breakfast is varied

First of all, greetings from the sura hotel. We stayed 2 times in sura des gn and it was really a good trip for us. Grandbazaar and Hagia Sophia were very close. Short distance. We also liked the room very much. We stayed in room 309. The staff also very good. Especially Turgay is very polite and gentleman. 5-star hotel.

You wanna visit Istanbul then go to Deraliye terrace instead to waste your coins somewhere else.

It is right in the heart of the old city everything is oy a walk away. Roof top terrace restaurant offers stunning views of both Hagia Sophia and the B lue Mosque.

The rooms are small and untidy. It was nicer than other hotels across the street.

Everything is fine, Breakfast is fine. The rooms are clean and spacious. The employees are very helpful. Turgay and Sezer in particular are very good.

Appalling! We arrived after almost a day of travel and they said they did not have my room. I was sent to a seedy hotel that smelled and told me it was one of the same category. The next day they had to give me the room, they said it hadn't been fixed yet and that I stay one more day. They transferred me to the hotel in front. Sura would do Sophia design. The air was not working so I couldn't sleep. I had to cancel everything and leave. Horrible experience and what they said was that for the price we paid that happened. Nothing professional. LOOK FOR A BETTER HOTEL AND DON'T MISLEAD YOUR VACATION.

Awful. I got there after traveling a whole day there and they told me that my room wasn't available. They send me to a different hotel witch was terrible by the way that stink and told me that it was the same category as the one I paid for. They supposed to give me the right room the next day but said that it still wasn't available, asked me to stay one more night and send me to a hotel that was right across from this one. Surah haria Sophia design. The air conditioning wasn't working so I couldn't sleep at night.I had to cancel my plans and go somewhere else. Horrible experience and also said that happened because of the price that we payed for. They weren't professional's at all. FIND A BETTER HOTEL AND DON'T WASTE YOUR VACATIONS THERE.

VERY INFLEXIBLE BOOKING SYSTEM!!

Having stayed twice before at this hotel I am extremely disappointed that I am unable to cancel a duplicate booking that was made in error on the booking website. It s clear from the booking that it s a duplicate - as it s the same person, number of days, same room requirement etc. .

Having contacted your hotel Immediately it s very disappointing that you cannot be more flexible and remove the duplicate booking.

Whilst I appreciate that there is a booking policy, it s clearly a mistake and surely good customer service would mean that you can see the error and make some attempt to resolve the issue, perhaps based on the fact that I stayed at your hotel twice before and that I am returning because I want to stay there.

Following several calls I m left with no choice and you re going to charge me for two rooms.

During my previous visits your staff continually give me cards asking me to review the services on the booking platforms, which I ve done and I always given a glowing report. I feel very disappointed and don t think I ll be able to offer the same level of reviews in the future...:

We are still in this hotel. The SPA is phenomenal. The masseuses NATIA, NANA and KIKI are very experienced. The GUEST RELATION HEND is very kind and professional. Everyone welcomed us with kindness.
The reception is nice.
