In short for the benefit. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very respectable staff. But if you are a visitor for the first time in Turkey, I do not advise you in all the area of the old town, you will find difficulties in transportation until you are ready to get to know public transport transports, then this will make your trip much more beautiful. Sura Hotel &Suits located in Sultanahmet district has a very easy communication. Staf s also kind, mr, Turgay, thank you. I think this point is very important for people who travel abroad. when i check in the hotel i was surprise of its special des gn ,especially the precious stones on every floor.

We stayed here, first hagia then design hotel, both very good, the staff are very helpful, especially Turgay yashar, very sweet and kind, room large and clean, location is great,

The best central location there is. There is not always an entrance for vehicles. Very nice view from the rooftop restaurant.
Nice staff reasonable breakfast clean room very well designed hammam and nice massage.
Every day between 17:00 and 18:00, tea and coffee are served in the lobby.
Overall very nice.

We were super satisfied. The service is very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was delicious. We will be back definitely.

The hotel is somewhat frightening. The horror hotel in the useful and brief. The bed is very uncomfortable, with some terrifying creatures from the other world. No visitors with weak hearts are allowed to visit it.

My husband and I stayed at the Sura for four nights. The hotel is very nice, the location is fantastic, in Sulthanamet, close to the main tourist attractions. The staff is made up of very kind and helpful boys, in particular Cigdem, the girl who takes care of the breakfast, who also worked hard to make us a good espresso. I also recommend the Sura for its good value for money

The staff are really nice and friendly. Rooms are reasonably neat and clean. Wouldn't really class this as a 5 start hotel. 3 to 4 stars at best.

Luxury is different, but three stars deserve it. Giant breakfast buffet. The cleanliness hapert, but the director takes care personally.

Fantastic location, amazing food places around wonderful atmospher. Warning: if your staying in this hotel make sure to checkin in new section of the hotel, service is batter there. Both old and new hotels are opposite to each other.

The hotel is a perfect place but a genius .. very close to all historical sights and traditional markets .. very clean .. let us get in early with breakfast and late checkout..the staff are very friendly especially the name and the Moroccan sister.
There was a mistake from the reception where they dropped us into a room less than agreed and after they discovered the mistake they offered to move us to a room of a higher level .. but we refused as we settled in our room .. and we arranged the transfer of the airport to the hotel car.

The hotel has an amazingly beautiful spell. We stayed 4 nights and hope to come again. Staff were very helpful and polite, especially Turgay , thank you very much. It makes you feel at home. Breakfast is on the terrace floor and they are interested in you, thanks to Doguhan.

They overbook. So they send me to an awful and cheapper hotel, then to another without air conditioner. Terrible experience.

3 star hotel max , we are paid for for 4 nights full price , my baby was seak and we make check out next day , hotel not refund any money even for 1 night . Not recommend to anyone

Good ubication. The room was nice and clean. the staff was there, amazing. Everyone wants to help you, thanks to Turgay for his excellent service and help. We stayed only 2 days but I guess we will return. Have a good restaurant on the street of the hotel.

A charming hotel in Istanbul. We chose this hotel to stay and we were pleased. A true 5 star hotel. The staff is very helpful and welcomes you with a constant smile. Especially the guest relations and the person responsible for them, respected Turgay. Breakfast is very tasty. A very good place.

I booked the luxury double room and I received a very small room. Poor breakfast.

They should call it Dark Design. I personlig didn't like the hotel. It was a 5 stars but the carpet in the room wasn't clean. And the room was tiny.
The hotel location er central. But with the transports options in the town, you don't need a hotel on the centrum.

Old Istanbul and unforgettable memories. We stayed here for 5 nights. It is certainly very well located and the architectural structure is very good. The staff were very helpful, Turgay was always helpful throughout the stay and we got the information. Also the breakfast was delightfully delicious.

We stayed at this hotel from 09/17/20 - 09/20/20. Mr. Doguhan (in the restaurant) always served us in a very friendly, polite and satisfactory manner. The hotel staff also welcomed us in a very friendly manner. The rooms were cleaned every day. The bed linen was changed every day as well as fresh towels every day. On the whole, everything went smoothly. We were extremely satisfied and would like to take this opportunity to thank all the STAFF for the pleasant stay and wish them all the best.

This hotel was very good for us, wonderful staff and excellent food, they offered drinks when we arrived at the Tugay Yasar hotel, were very interested in ours, they gave us a map, and they showed us the pool, you should also see the Cathedral of Sofia from the pool.

Staff friendliness,helpfulness,high quality service with a prominent importance and your hotel. There's the rooftop restaurant with the spectacular view. We had a good vacation. Breakfast is good, room is good, staff is very nice. Hagia Sophia is just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel has an outdoor restaurant, and there are always people at the hotel who can help you. Turgay yasar is especially interested in us. Knowledge of the Russian language made us very happy.

First of all our trip to Istanbul was a city that we always think and want to go to, it is what makes this trip good and I would like to thank all sura hotel family.Tugay yasar was very kind. The location was in a very good location, within walking distance of all the historic buildings and the transportation was very easy, the breakfast was delicious and great.

The good part is the location and it's clean. When i arrived my room was not ready and i had to wait. The view of my room was not nice. The spa quality is very bad. The spa are not modern but neither a traditional. It's unisex, not a relaxation area. You must wear a short like a soccer player which is very uncomfortable and ugly. The spa area is dark and far away from a luxurious one. I will never go again in the same hotel.

Quality hotel with great service. Room very clean. The breakfast as well as the restaurant of the hotel are very good.
Special mention for Ilham who was very welcoming, very professional and proactive!
She knew how to be available and anticipate our needs.
Same for Nihat who has been helpful from start to finish.

We spent two nights and it is fantastic. We arrived at this hotel last 2 months ago, with constant quality service and helpful staff. Quality and excellence do not change, it is always the same. Rooms and bathroom are very clean and grandi.Relazioni with Turgay guests are always friendly and competent. There are also waiters very interested in breakfast in the morning, especially doguhan. We recommend it to everyone. Thank you for everything.

Terrible customer service and terrible room with fungus and mold in the washroom! Not somewhere I would recommend to anyone! I wish I could give them a 0. :( we were so disappointed with them and the management. Definitely impacted our mood throughout the stay in a negative way.
