When you are a new business owner, there is nothing more important than maximizing your profits. A task I have found to be quite difficult is finding a company to process my credit card purchases. When I found Merchant Industry I was delighted to find out how easy the process really was. They gave me the top choices in credit card processing companies. From there I simply did research on them and chose the one that was right for me. Without Merchant Industry I think I may still be looking for an adequate suggestion.

Horrible customer service! We have not received a deposit on our account in over a month after being a loyal customer for over 3 years. This is obviously affecting our business tremendously in a negative way and Merchant Industry company is showing no sense of urgency to rectify the situation!

These people are dishonest liar and thief specially Michael Trokkel he will tell you there is no contract infact there is a 3 year contract not having a contract wow he is not goint to respond to any of your phone call he lies constantly I have 3 stores and his rates are all lie he tells you 1.9 infact you will end up paying 4.96 with all the hidden fees they are a 3rd party.
They re stealing money without permission. They charge us twice without an agreement or services. I will take it to the court and get my money back and never deal with them again
Its June 2018 , called to get credit card machine download to use their company in January 2018. All they have managed to do is lie about the services ai would get and the cost. They downlaided the machine finally in May , but did not include the EBT account which is why I really needed this anyway . Then said my machine wouldnt work ( its brand new) but they never tried to redownload . They then said I needed to by a machine and the cost added up to almost 2000.00 for a (200.00 machine). I was like I Am not buying a machine . I asked to just cancel and forget it , Then I was told it would cost 700.00 early termination fee , FOR WHAT YOU DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THE SERVICE . However they did deduct 34.98 x 6 months for inactivity fee , which the Account Manager said specifically that the only charges i would have was when i swiped a card, so he lied from day one. Inactivity fee , that is ridiculous when I could not use the machine . I lost that money , the money Inpaid fir the machine , as well as the business just from EBT alone , approximately 1200.00 more dollars . I have called called and called , no reply . The time someone answered warned me this conversation is being recorded, ok good then pull all the conversations I had with Craig , help desk and finially Morgan the retention specialist. She was going to help me get it all straight , That was going on 2 weeks ago , and she hasn t returned any of my calls. I am done with these people . Horrible , the way they took advantage of me and my company.
I searched the web for merchant services and called many companies. Every company had their own interest in mind, and not how they could help me and my new small business. However, when I talked to Merchant Industry customer service rep it was refreshing and real! He really cared to help and was very informative. Now, you couldn t take me away from this company and their services! With their credit card machine these guys have truly made my life easier.
I was set up by Sean Puri, he set me up with a processor( FastCharge) my online store was not compatible with. FastCharge took out $50 in my account for set up fees. He promised to cancel that account and get me refunded to those unneccessary fees which he failed to do. I contacted FAst Charge and they told the account was never cancelled and that's the reasons i keep getting billed. I'm beyond mad at this point.
This company fraudulently used public information and forged a signature in order to create a "contract" with our company and sent us a credit card terminal in the mail. At first we thought it was just an error when we received the terminal but after I contacted them, I learned about the "signed" contract. I want to be clear and state that we NEVER requested service or had any business relationship with this company. I requested a copy of it and the only accurate information on it was information easily found online. The contract also contained a notice that failure to return the terminal would result in a charge of "No less than $495" and by the way what was sent to us was a DIRTY used credit card reader, maybe worth $80 at most. It took me 10 calls to this company to finally get someone to send me a return shipping label, one rep even laughed at me when I informed her that we were not responsible for the shipping fees and I needed a label sent to me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

THE CONTRACT YOU SIGN IS NOT WHAT YOU AGREE TO AND THERE ISN'T ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO GET OUT OF IT UNLESS YOU JEOPARDIZE MESSING UP UR CREDIT!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE MF'S THEY NOT A LEGIT COMPANY!!!! JUST READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE HAND BECAUSE I F***KING DIDN'T!!!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE COMPANY SCAMMED ME OUT OF $1000s, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PAUL AND MICHAEL! They run a huge scam Where they overcharge you and insist that they will send a refund but then never do! They scammed us out of thousands of dollars and they are the worst payment processors I have ever heard of on this planet. If I could give them -1,000,000 reviews I would, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and anyone else who has a negative experience should go onto the Better Business Bureau website and validate this complaint so this company can be shut down for good.
I singed a contract with these people for a credit card machine but we couldn't close the deal because they wanted more personal information. They called me back a month later with an offer of charging clients the percentage. Diego came to the salon to install his equipment with out a new contract. He insisted I didn't need a contract and try to tell me my money will be in my account. What kind of training are you providing over there? I decided to look at your reviews and thank god I did! I asked him to take his machine and get out! He made a hole in my ceiling so he can install this machine and when I asked him to move it he got upset and left everything opened and unfinished. Very unprofessional company and if I see any transactions in my accounts I will be suing you all!
It was all ok at the beginning, but after you used for a while you realized the rates you are getting is extremely high and they have many hidden rates and monthly charge. When you decided to stop the service, they took $930 right from your bank account without even notify you! They even sent you harassing letter telling you that the penalty will be like $4300! I had a real bad experience with this company. They tried to rip you off. It is very unethical to do business this way. I will NOT recommend this company to anybody.

Merchant Industry made a huge difference in my bottom line. They are an excellent merchant service provider in New York. I used to only take cash, but in today's world, most people don't even carry cash on them! Now that I take credit cards, debit cards, checks and EBT, my profits have increased more than 25 percent. They promised me rates that would not increase, and promised me that they would credit me the charge for cancelling my current processor. 6 months later I have complained to BBB becuase they started overcharging the 2nd month after we signed up, never credited back the $ they promised to, and refuse to call me back or do anything other than tell me they will have my acct rep call. He told the BBB that the reason they didnt credit the $ was that we were trying to scam them out of a higher amount. Not true, this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Beware.
Where do you give them -1 star! TERRIBLE company. Their support and demeanor is atrocious. Only saved a third of what they said too. If I didn't get stuck in a contract I would leave.
Worst experience ever No moral no honesty and no dignity Dany is the agent who I signed with he just forged my signature on the contract to charge me fees that he never mentioned to me. Definitely I'm gonna sue both the agent and the company and I'm telling everyone about my horrible experience.
Merchant Industry is an outstanding service provider. They have provided excellent results with every stage of a credit card processing service. From the application process to set up my first charges and batches, to helping me understand the systems in place, they've been excellent and have answered all my questions as they came up.
Beware of this company. Most greedy people. We are fighting with them to close our account because they take excessive charges. They want $250 restocking fees to take back clover which Costs $60 to buy. Unbelievable

Please stay away from this company especially Paul and Michael. Need a merchant services and found them online. I've been mislead on several occasions so I have decided not to move forward with the merchant account registration process with them for the following reasons: - The main reason that lead me to contact them and requested service was that they will provide a free machine according to the advertising found online relating to the company. After I submitted the application, there have been several contradicting information where I was later informed that I have to pay for the card processing machine. I agreed to pay $30 a month for the machine after being coerced to lease it. - Despite the fact that I still have not received a machine from them and the registration process remains in progress, I saw two charges from the company and I've contacted them about those and Michael stated "You will be refunded. You were erroneously charged inactivity fees" which I found not convincing.
Two months later I received a collection letter. I called Michael and he said you have to talk with Paul. Called Paul many times and whenever he decides to pick up the phone, he will say "I am working on it and will call you back"
They are crooks stay away! Just an awful company that changes their contracts and will not let you out of their contract without high fees! Stay far away
the absolute worst credit card company ive ever dealt with in my life. if I can give negative a million stars I freaking would. these guys are crooks and will rob you blind. they are scavengers and very disrespectful. they will lure you in the beginning and say yes to everything you say, they are conniving snakes that are waiting to bite you every chance they get. stay very far away they are full of scams . they cheat out hardworking businesses from their hard earned money!!!
Merchant Industry got my business because they were competitive. They earned my business for years to come because they take care of us. We believe in taking care of our customers to the best of our ability. We have done so for 25 years. Nice to work with someone who feels the same way and actually does it! They are the best. This company is very frauduant. I have tried to get them to stop charging my business, but they continue to make unauthorized charges. I have tried to contact them more than 100 times!! they always answer they are reviewing. if you work with this company, you will see your business money will be out of your pocket every day.
I m business owner local in Florida. I just switched to Merchants Industry they provided me excellent service from the ground up and great fee . Many thanks to manager Shawn and his Tech resolves my issue right on the first call as anything questions arises . Thanks guys. I will informed when the month with them .
Update: After reviewing all of the circumstances of our dispute with the Account Manager, Bradhy Guerrero, I am happy to report that we have been able to resolve this matter amicably. I am very appreciative of the time and attention they put forth to addressing and resolving our issues. They stepped up, big time. Thanks!
I got referred to this company, I was excited till I read the reviews, a couple bad is fine, almost all of them are bad.....I asked the company if they could give me a reference of a client that they helped b/c the reviews were so bad, they said they would call me back ......and never did. Reviews are important and a look in to the Truth.
