We were very happy throughout the stay, the room was good and clean, the turquoise floor was wonderful, the staff were also very polite and helpful, Turgay yashar, was very helpful to us, you can ask him to questions without any hesitation, he know the best place s in stanbul.

The hotel is located in the historic area of Sultanahmet, a few steps from trams and so 'easy and convenient to move wherever you want. It 'very close to the main attractions of the city' including the Blue Mosque, Saint Sofia, the cistern basilica and the grand bazaar. Located on a side of the main street, it is very quiet and reserved. The design and 'modern and sophisticated and every floor of the hotel has a different style. The staff is very kind, helpful and always ready to do anything to help you, in particular Asude of guest relations who gave me many useful tips about night life, nice restaurants and things to do and see. Breakfast great, rich and of good quality '. 10 and praise!!!

Nice room, small balcony very cozy .. nice walk-in shower, soft and comfortable bedding.

Nice, comfortable, good reception and very close to the tourist areas such as the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar and the Tramway. The rooms are small but suitable for 2 people

In the heart of Istanbul Old Istanbul is close to Sultan Ahmed and nearby I would recommend it.

Nice boutique hotel in the Sultanahmet district of Istanbul. All the attractions in walking distance... Unfortunately, it's not quite 5 no iron in room and lacked that 5 feel of other western hotels, however I would definately stay here again. The staff were incredibaly friendly and helpful, they definately get 5 from me.

This is my second time.i stayed here 2 years ago and all I can remember is the kindness and excellent service.the stuff always smile and welcome you at anytime of the day.i am happy to have seen 2 of the staff that are still here.they recognized me and were happy to see me.lovely stay

Dirty abandoned hotel. They are constantly banging on your door. At 07 o'clock in the morning the maids start talking and hit various doors on your neck. Breakfast is on a set menu, very scarce, they forget to serve you juice. The parking lot is crowded and dirty. In general, in this hotel you can not sleep and be satisfied.

The location you have to access sites such as Hagia Sophia the Blue Mosque Hello tank are unbeatable as well as other monuments of interest

Nice busy hotel, fantastic location , very friendly and helpful staff , nice rooms ( can be more clean) , low class toilets , reasonable breakfast .
very noisy housekeeping ( must find solutions, bell or phones instead of screaming out the corridors!!!)

Great location. We stayed at this hotel, the rooms are very nice, spa and baths against the hotel, but that was not a problem, the staff was very helpful, especially Turghay yashar thank you very much.

The standards are good, but the service concept has receded slightly. The price structure could have been 1 step lower. Because it is ultimately a 4 star hotel.

We stayed in this hotel when it first opened, firstly the breakfast is very tasty, absolutely magnificent. In the morning they greet you at breakfast, the employees are very concerned, especially Turgay and doguhan, Room s large and clean, especially the garden view rooms. Taxi is a little hard to find ,but the staff are helpful, You can try that Hotel.

Very small rooms, breakfast options are limited, overall not worth the price.

Perfect location for all the local attractions in the sultanahmet area, this hotel is perfect for people that want to get great pictures of the Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia early morning. The hotel was lovely couldn't fault it at all .The rooms were cleaned daily by lovely housekeeping staff, the room its self was very cosy and welcoming stayed here June 2019 and would recommend to everyone. With the Sura hotels if u book either Design or Hagia sofia you can you the others hotels amenities, howeve the breakfast at Sura design was much tastier than the breakfast at Sura Hagia Sofia. I did let the chef know aswel.

The hotel is in a great location, within a few minutes walking distance of a lot of the main attractions in Istanbul. The staff were friendly and helpful although their English wasn t great.

The room was quite small and dated, with limited wardrobe space.

For breakfast I would recommend going across the road to Sura Hagia hotel as they have a wider selection of food.

The hotel is well designed. Each floor has different symbols and colors, if possible, stay in a garden view room, the staff are very helpful, Turgay can speak about the all Istanbul.The breakfast also is in terrace , you will like it.

Location was perfect and the staff were genuinely friendly and could not have been more accommodating . This hotel ticked all our boxes and made our trip to Istanbul memorable. A special mention to Ilham, who really went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and is a fantastic ambassador for the Sura Hotel .

From the outside Hui and inside .... Room without windows .... Everywhere Rigips walls accordingly it is loud from all sides .... but the service and hospitality is exemplary

One of the best beef steaks in town! The service it's impecable and the restaurant itself is verry"chic". If you know what is good you will eat there more than once.

Currently housed in this hotel. I try to reach the reception 6 times
Impossible to get them, they don't call back either. For the price per night of around the 85th. It's scandalous.

Rooms are claustrophobic, stinky, dungeony
Heat does not work, curtains broken,
Wall paper and paint messed up, water sprinkler in the ceiling covered with a plastic bag. Run down room given to us for a triple sharing.
Room service sucks, ordered food is brought to the room without covering and its completely cold. Sandwich bread was stale.
Except the location do not recommend this Hotel to any traveler coming to Istanbul.
Lots of better small hotel options available.

A sophisticated hotel has a wonderful person named Elham was able to serve me and my family to provide a place to set up for me in a short period, despite the preoccupation of all the rooms of the hotel in addition to the hotel will not be distinguished by its services

Not five star. Rooms are in very poor condition. Everything is rough. But the staff are good. Breakfast was bad. If you expect a 3 star hotel, you should be okay

Nice 5 stars hotel... very good location just beaide Sultan Ahmet Mosque and Ayasifya... Nice and frindly staff and very helpfull... comfortable rooms... the offer and evening free tea with snaks for their guests ... very good calue for money ... many restaurants arround you ... and good access to public transportation.. I would repeat my stay in the hotel if I visited istanbul in the future..

We booked to stay for 2 weeks and the hotel was so far from being luxury that we didn't even stay the night.



For the entire 2 week stay when we didn't even stay one night!

We've been chasing them directly and via booking.com for nearly 2 months now and have still not received any refund.

I would avoid this place at all costs.
