It's in a very convenient space, but disappointed with facilities (breakfast poor, gym and sauna not working). Barely 4*
We read great reviews about this hotel but were very disappointed. We were put in a room directly above the restaurant and could hear every scrape and bang as they cleaned up at night and set up in the morning. Needless to say, we didn't sleep very well. And contrary to other guests' experiences, the hotel knew it was our honeymoon and did nothing to acknowledge it. Great location and that's about it.

This hotel is very good as the location is nice and you can stay in a hotel, the rooms are very clean and large. The staff was very worried and helpful, especially Turgay, thank you very much. He also knows the history of Istanbul. The breakfast was good but a bit small. There are many restaurants outside. The dinner at Sura Kebab was delicious.
