I am very dissatisfied with customer support on an ongoing issue! The whole diagnosis of a failure of the locker cabinet has been completely frustrating. I have been involved with 3 support agents and spent $1400 for a circuit board that did not resolve the issue! Would not recommend this system at all. Have a supervisor call me or see emails to John Cohen or Patrick Johnson.
They make great machines, but unfortunately they start to accumulate little problems just outside of warranty that build up over time and their customer service is sorely lacking.
Great staff, learning experience & will visit again.
