Steve Kaplan was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Fast, efficient, passionate, and caring. He understood what I needed and worked feverishly to get me what I was looking for. We were looking for a specific color in a new Honda Civic Sport and he scoured the planet to find it and stay on top of it. I will be recommending Steve to all of my friends and colleagues. Do yourself a favor and connect with him if you are in the market for a Honda.

I ve purchased several cars, both new and used and this was by far the most pleasant car-buying experience I ve ever had. Steve was super friendly without being pushy and was very knowledgeable. Everyone we encountered was courteous and we never felt pressured. I left excited to own a minivan despite spending most of my adulthood swearing I d never own one.

Highly recommend Superior Honda for first time buyers! I worked with Devyn, and she was so kind and respectful towards me. Every other dealership I went to I dealt with pushy, condescending salesmen. Devyn spoke to me directly and didn't assume my dad, who came with me to look at cars, would be the one paying. I walked away feeling good about my purchase and who my sale went to.

It is very hard to find a good service center at a dealership and this one is clearly not it! I had a 10a appointment and dropped my car off so I didn't have to sit around at a dealership for hours. When you drop your car off apparently that means your scheduled time no longer matters because they're just going to push you back until they have time for you. I finally received a call at 4:30p and was told that they couldn't "duplicate" the problem, but my car was ready. Since they took over 6 hours to not find anything the available ride I had was no longer available so I got over there as soon as I could. Since this is my first time going to the service center, and they didn't mention it when they told me my car was ready, I was unaware they close at 6p. When I went to pick up my car at 6:30p I almost wasn't able to pick it up because almost all the service staff had gone home. So to recap...I took off work just so they could keep my car for 6.5 hours and not fix the problem. I've actually been wondering if they even looked at my car because the problem is very clear and it doesn't take a mechanic to notice it. To make things even worse on the receipt I received it says they did a complimentary car wash and without a doubt not a drop of water or soap touched my car. I would not trust this dealership again if it were the last dealership in the whole city!

Bought a car here and I've had service done here a handful of years now. Reasonably priced and they have a ton of space to work on cars. I think they advertised the best warranty on used cars there is. 5 years, 100,000 miles (whichever comes first).

Came to pick up my plates after getting my new Honda HRV about a month ago. Customer service rep Jay was super kind in taking initiative and helping me to get my new plates on my car. He even offered to wash my car through Honda s car washing services. Everything went quick, smooth and easy with no issues. So thankful! Thank you:)
