The staff was so very nice to my father who hadn't been to the pool to exercise since the pandemic started. They made him feel safe and welcome and he continued to use the pool the rest of the summer. It was his saving grace to get out and move around in a safe and trusting environment. Thanks you!

My daughter has worked as a Lifeguard for this company for 2 years. She has had a great experience. They hire and train the staff in house and take the time to make sure new employees are comfortable in the job. Safety is taken very seriously and the work environment is positive. I reccomend this company as a perfect first job to for any teenager.

Wonderful company to work for, great staff and fantastic and supportive company culture. Lots of opportunity to work at pools throughout the city and the pool you are assigned to. Highly recommend as an employee!!

The job and it s tasks itself are not bad. However, the management is horrible. Unprofessional, and inappropriate workplace behavior is the norm. Swimsafe in every aspect of their operations is a cheap company. From making you pay nearly $250 for your training, to them refusing to buy us properly functioning, non broken umbrellas for the lifeguard stands, to the fact the Swimsafe is somehow allowed to pay their employees $1.45 below minimum wage. Yes you heard that right $7.35 an hour. Hours are inconsistent and not scheduled fairly (you will work every Friday and Saturday night while other coworkers get them all off.) You are much better off to go with CRC or one of the independently operated pools around Cincinnati, or any employer that will value your time, skills, and treat you like a real person.
