Horrible customer service. They shut off my reoccurring payment when I moved so I got stuck with a bill with no notifications of missed payment. I had a call three months later saying that it was sent to a collection agency and cannot be paid over the phone or Internet. The lady who was attempting to help me on the phone was talking over me and very disrespectful.
Extremely rude customer service. Wouldn't reccomend them if you put a gun to my head.
Rude is an understatement, unwilling to work with those struggling to pay during a global pandemic, high rates in general... how many more examples are needed..
Incredibly rude customer service. The woman I have dealt with talked over me, interrupted me several times while I was trying to explain what was was happening with the account. I've been waiting for a substantial refund for almost a month and apparently will be waiting at least another few weeks. No good reason, the only answer I got was something about refunds being "automatically system generated. " I bet if I tried to tell them their payments were automatically system generated and they might or might not get it in 2 to 3 more weeks after already having waited a month their response would be different
Absolutely horrible company no customer service, if you go in and have a question they will direct you to a phone... Thats why I went to the locatin, to actually talk to someone about an unexpected charge. If i could give a negative review I would.
Some ppl in customer service are pretty nasty. There should be more ways to assist ppl with their utilities. Even those of us who work for a living. Or better yet stop raising the prices..

I had a easy time communicating with staff. They were helpful in setting up a payment plan on my past due bill so I didn't get my gas shut off.
These ppl are mean and cold... There lucky that there the only power place in superior otherwise there miserable asses would probaly be out of business.
If need to talk to someone make sure you talk to a guy. The ladies there are self important and unhelpful. I think they forget their job is in customer service.
if i could give negative stars it would be here. cancelled my service upon moving out of state and they kept charging me for months after now the bill is ridiculously high and in collections. this company is nothing but a bunch of scammers and thieves over charging for service that was cancelled. i wouldn't be surprised if they've been sued multiple times
Never cared for this company. Unfortunately we moved from the country into town. Their customer service lacks tact and professionalism. Rates are ridiculous.
I have never experienced an issue with this company. When I phoned to inquire about historical services a lovely lady provided me with 2 years worth of historical data. It really made the difference when we accepted an apartment to move here. Nothing but awesomeness so far....
I want to edit my post because I phoned today to remove my name and just leave my husbands name on the account but because I am the main account holder they must close out the ENTIRE account and have a technician come and read the meter. Then my husband must clear up a 90 day balance (cheque is somewhere in the mail) so we must wait until they get the check and clear up our account for that. To top it all off they are rude on the phone. They can only come during business hours when were are at work, so we must take time off from OUR jobs to be home during a designated chunk of time. They want us to leave our door unlock for them to gain entry while we are gone? Sorry but we don't live in the greatest of neighbourhoods. SORRY WE HAVE JOBS SWLP. Sorry we have to pay rent, buy groceries and our bills kind of depend on our 9-5 m-f.
Logan from customer service was more helpful than he needed to be. I'm not sure who everyone is complaining about.
I stopped in to find out the number to call to make payment arrangements, and the woman was very friendly. When I had to call customer service to set up payment arrangements I had a totally different experience. The lady I talked to was very rude to me. I felt that calling her was just interupting her day, and she seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. I wish I would have remembered the name of the lady who had helped me the last time I needed to make arrangements because she was very friendly and helpful, and I would have asked for her if she was still there.
Absolute joke. Rates are the highest one ever paid and customer service department is rude.
Very disappointed! I had a rain flood that happened down the basement. Called superior water and light cause I noticed the pilot light went out from the flood. The guy shows up goes to the basement takes the cover off the water heater and than said I'm not working in this environment... all because there was a flood. There was no water at all down there when I called. Worse people to work with. What do we pay you for if you cant even do the job right! Fire the old guy and hire a younger guy. Thanks.
