Product was not ready for shipment. Shipping clerk refused to let my co-driver and I use the restroom which made us feel less than human. Doesn't seem to be very driver friendly. If a driver is being made to wait they should be afforded the neccessary facilities to use if needed. I was not greeted with a very friendly approach, but that could be due to the language barrier. Nonetheless, we were able to communicate enough to effectively get the job done. Facility was easy to get to from I-93/95.
Terrible place to get loaded long delays no rest room for drivers Rude people work there no re gaurd for D.O.T. Hours they have some kind of a Fake Kiosk to make them look Good
2+hrs loading and they will not allow you to use there restroom. Access to a bathroom is a basic human right
