I went to shop around for a SUV that was special at a reasonable price and what I found at superior auto was a superior SUV at a superior price. Superior Auto is a generational family business and it shows. The process from start to finish was seemless and their salesman Richard Izzo was fantastic. He sat with me to find out all my vehicle preferences while also listening to what fit my budget. He found me a gorgeous 2017 Toyota 4Runner with all the bells and whistles I wanted and then some! Not only that, he gave me a tremendous deal on my trade in to help keep my payments low and affordable. Also, Richard s sister Sarah helped me breeze through the final paperwork and necessary registration to get me on the road immediately. Their financing expert Andre helped me finalize my low monthly payment. They gave me my first oil change free after purchase and since I ve had any and all service work done there as well because they treat me like family. I love my car, I loved my experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. From start to finish, and even well beyond, superior auto has earned my continued business!

I used Superior Auto Sales and Service to ship my Yukon Denali from Florida to Toronto Canada. The pick up and delivery went very smooth and they delivered ahead of schedule. I purchased a vehicle from Richard, when I got to the dealership there was a bubble on the tire and the brakes were making noises, I notified him of this and he told me to check this out with another place to see if it passes inspection or not. I have been trying to reach them for a month and they continue to say they will get back to me. Not even worth one star

I purchased a pick-up truck from Superior about 3 months ago. Since then, the main computer went bad, and have had to take it in once every couple weeks for repairs. When I got in the car to drive it home, the battery died and they had to replace it. I should have cancelled the deal on the spot. The warranty they sold me has not covered any repairs yet. I will never purchase nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. A total joke.

So my husband and I went to look at a car they had on there website, when we got there the salesman comes out, doesn't even introduce himself and seems like he doesn't have the time of day to help us, so we ask about the car and hes like oh yeah its sold, then we ask about another one we see on the lot, he hands the keys to us, we go out and it wont ever start.

Just purchased a 2013 Acura TL from this dealer - Rich Jr., the sales consultant who worked for me, was awesome. I am not local to the area so all of the work was done before even seeing the car. He was great to work with, shopped for multiple rates to find me the lowest one, and helped make the process very easy for having to drive almost 2 hours to get it. Working with him made the distance worth it, and I'd definitely do so again.

One negative to give a heads up about: the father, who owns the dealership, Rich Sr., who was assessing my trade-in, was a little difficult to deal with (not very friendly, a little arrogant), but, that's small potatoes if you don't have to deal with him directly. I can't say enough things about the dealership overall. It's obvious they care about delivering on what they do - it's evident in the cars they are selling. My TL in unbelievable shape for being 6 years old. Would definitely recommend to someone in the area to check out the dealer if they're shopping used. Thanks, guys!

Excellent dealership. Living in Ohio was looking for a Honda Odyssey at a good price found one that they recently got in. I received a quick response from them and they offered to drive it to Ohio for me. Everything went smooth and seamless, great transition couldn t have been any easier. van showed up as described excellent condition no disappointments there was no trickery everyone especially the finance manager Andrzej did a great job looking out for me and my purchase.

First off, I would highly recommend this dealership! Their selection of high quality vehicles from Aston Martin to Dodge is unparalleled in WNY. My salesperson, ALLIE, was over the top FANTASTIC from the 1st minute I walked in until I drove My gorgeous Audi A7 out of the showroom! There was ZERO high pressure, a willingness to negotiate and a follow up during and after the sale. Andre holds the "purse strings" in the finance dept. I'm 61 yrs old and it was the smoothest process I've ever experienced with ANY dealership....REALLY. They actually bettered the rate I was quoted by my credit union! I could go on but I'll just close with how I started..." 5 out of 5 STARS?" (Thank you Allie for your 'SUPERIOR' service)

was interested in the 06 powerstroke on their lot. It looked great in the pictures, and when I asked the salesman ( one of the Izzos) if the truck was bulletproofed and he assured me it was by Brothers Diesel in Springville by the previous owner, but there were no receipts, which I asked them to try and find multiple times. I came to look at the truck, and the truck was not as the pictures appeared. There were two severely cracked fender flares, multiple scratches and dents that were not apparent in the pictures,a hole in the bed that was not mentioned at all and a bad manifold tick that also wasn t mentioned. To their credit, they were willing to fix the flares and the bed for part of the price, but the manifold would be done for an additional price. After test driving the truck, I went home and called the shop that did the bulletproofing . I talked to the shop owner, and he told me the truck was in fact, not bulletproofed. The only work he said was done was headstuds and head gaskets, which is not a full bulletproofing. All of this combined meant that the truck was not worth what they were asking for it, and when I tried to talk to the salesman(same one from before) about it, he got very rude and argumentative, and then preceded to hang up on me, when I was still willing to try to make a deal on the truck. I will not consider working with this dealership again, and I would caution anyone else going to look at this truck or other vehicles they sell.

I couldn't be more pleased with Superior. The truck I bought is in beautiful shape, I got it for a great price, and the customer service was beyond excellent. Allie was truly wonderful and I highly recommend doing business with her and her family, they will take care of you!! They had everything on the financial side of things done quickly and very professionally. I will continue to buy vehicles from these guys in the future!

I had a great experience with Superior. The big dealership up the road (west herr) treated me like I was just a number, just another sale. The Izzo s at Superior treated me like family. They put the fun back into buying a new truck. I enjoyed the experience with them, and I will definitely be back for more vehicles in the future.

Dealership is professional and expertly staffed with sales personnel, finance assistance, and vehicle preparation workers. After sales assistance is available with a phone call and the service department can handle any automotive issue. Many low mileage one owner vehicles will save you money and keep you rolling down the road

Superior place to buy a high end used or new vehicle. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Allie is great and Andre is amazing. They helped me out in a difficult situation. I will definitely be checking their inventory out when it comes time for a new vehicle for myself or family. Check them out if you are interested in the best selection and value on used or new high end vehicles.

Drove 357 miles took 7 hours each way. Well worth the 14hour drive and 700+ miles. Amazing service, super clean cars. Jeff my sales rep, did a great job over the phone and thru email to make my transaction the easiest it could be. Financing guy was very helpful and orders the stuff we wanted That was missing from the car (second key giv and owners manuals).. And didn't even charge us. You will not be let down! Great dealership!!!!

Trying to get a small little car from this place they couldn't get me financed have a credit score of almost 700 couldn't get me financed for a measly $10,000 however Northtown Volkswagen got me financed for almost $16,000 in 15 minutes I guess it pays to go to a dealer

Very cooperative. I bought a 2011 dodge avenger from Eddie. He was very personal and he was very informed. He said the owner was firm on the price but because they guarantee being at or below market price, we cut out almost a grand. Quick and easy financing and buying process. I came back about 2 weeks after I bought the car for low oil and leaky tires. Joseph was also very personal, cooperative , and informed. He ran through it completely and leveled out the oil, checked for leaks (which there were none for oil or in the tires), and all for free. I am very happy with this company thus far, and give them 5*s.

Bought a car here and it was easily the best transaction I've had at an automotive dealer. Nick was easy to work with. I told him what I wanted for my car and he said ok let's do it. It's not a high end car but when I picked it up it was detailed like it was. That meant a lot to me.

Andre Nick and Rick have been the biggest help of all time! They have not let me down at all. They walked me step by step after i totaled my truck even gave me a car to use for as long as i needed. Once everything was taken care of they found me a perfect vehicle i looked at it at 12pm and drove away with it at 4pm that same day fast service amazing people i wish i could give them more stars they definitely treated me like family!

Krown was the reason for my visit and they were excellent, superior auto sales the dealership part is a joke. And no employees wearing mask or taking any covid precautions , not even a single sign suggesting the use of mask. Approached the general manager and asked what the regulations were in the lobby showroom and he gave me attitude. Needless to say he was reported for his inconsiderate behavior and more importantly his lack of safety for his employees and his customers

Seem to pick really good cars, take care of them well and sell them at a reasonable price. They made the buying process easy and comfortable. Superior auto really impressed me. My boyfriend was looking for a used truck. We were out shopping and just stopped by to check out the cars in the lot, Andre found us something right in our price range with EVERYRHING we were looking for. Not only was the truck a great price, it was in excellent shape and all the extras he through in and the service offered was some of the best I ve ever experienced. I bought my vehicle from West herr 2 years ago and comparing my experience to the one at superior auto, I would never go back to another dealership. Andre and the team are not car salesman ...they are car experts and have the best prices and vehicles I ve ever seen on a used car lot. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car. You won t find this level of customer service or these prices anywhere else. 10 stars if I could give them that !

I recently bought a 2004 Subaru WRX STi from this dealership and had nothing but issues with the car. I put $3000+ down and financed it for $14000+. I received photos of the car and it looked prestine and I was quite excited on receiving it. I asked for more photos and with any car that is 15 years old its going to have some scratches and some paint fade, but that wasn t the case. The car was never maintained and now since there is no warranty I have to pickup on all the maintenance. The engine mounts and transmission mounts were bad and causing the engine to move and also no smooth shifts. The strut towers are worn and need to be replaced. The timing belt has to be replaced along side with the A/C compressor belt and Alternator belt. They offered a warranty for powertrain but with the warranty they were offering was only for engine and transmission and it clearly states in the warranty for timing components and that means timing belt and tensioners and bearings, but they told me the warranty covers light bulbs and tires Jeff . What kind of powertrain warranty only covers light bulbs and tires? What does light bulbs and tires have to do with the engine or transmission? I was going to buy the warranty but declined after already receiving the car and not being able to return it and not being able to cover the costs for the repairs because its a waste of money. Why pay $270 for a warranty when I can buy a million light bulbs for $270 *sarcasm*. Overall if you buy a car with over 100,000 miles on it from these guys have an experienced mechanic look over it and check EVERYTHING. Do not make the mistake I did and buy a car blind. I will NEVER recommend this preowned dealer to anyone. Now I have to put a hefty chunk of my money into this car to make sure I don t blow my motor. The timing belt cover can t even be taken off that s how long it hasn t been maintained...for $16,000 I d expect y all to look over essential stuff to prevent motor damage and transmission damage but you didn t. I was scammed 100%. I did say it ran good the first day but after further inspecting and having a local tuning shop look over it, it needs a lot of work. I was cleaning the interior and it was so dirty also. It looked like the car was submerged under water the stuff coming out. All rust looking and the mats don t even belong in this car! I found a pill also behind the driver seat while cleaning it. All I m saying is y all need to get your stuff together and not take advantage of people buying blind and be straight up. Take note of this people and don t make the mistake I did.

I bought a truck from Superior Auto Sales recently and the deal was that they arrange shipping since I'm out of state. I was happy with SAS at first, but now I'm frustrated because it has been over two weeks since I sent payment and I'm finally getting the truck tomorrow. In addition to that, I have to just sit and look at my new truck all weekend, because SAS sent the title priority mail when the salesman told me he would overnight it. My advice for anyone dealing with this company from out of state is to have everything spelled out and signed for otherwise they are going to take their sweet time and try to save every penny they can.

Superior Auto Sales... Heard nothing but greatness from... Terrible treatment of cars. I left my 300m for one week with them. I got it back today, July 13th, to find rust on the rotors, and under the hood. The hood refused to open, and the latch and driver doors were jammed shut. I detail cars as a hobby, and gave the car a fresh detail, wax and all the day before bringing in the car for an inspection and repair on the power steering pump. Upon approaching my car, I noticed the glassy black paint was light gray. Covered in bird droppings, parked under a tree with several twigs lying on various parts of the car, I immediately attempted to detail the car when I got home, to find tar and bug splatter on the trunk and fenders. I got this car from my deceased uncle in the winter and it was a complete mess after sitting for two months.

ONE WEEK at this place, made the car look worse SOMEHOW.

I know space is limited... But learn how to take care of a car properly. I will be calling and teaching Superior a little book lesson in the morning. Staff was relatively kind, but service was awful.

I was in the market for a new SUV, and Allie in sales was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I told her what I wanted and she personally located it for me. I am very happy with my new Escalade!
I am also very happy I chose to go with a small dealership for a more personal buying experience. In the future I would only buy from Allie.

2 days after buying my car, I get a warning light on. I brought it back in, and they were able to figure out what it was, and said they ordered the part, and would fix it, no charge. 2 weeks later, I called back to check on it, they said the part was on its way and they would call me back. That was 2 1/2 months ago.

I have been itching for a Jaguar XJ for a few years. These guys sell a handful each month. Allie Izzo the sales rep I worked with was absolutely one of the best sales reps I have worked with. She bent over backwards to get me comfortable with the car, gave me the best value on my trade, more than any other dealer, and took care of a minor issue that occurred on my drive home quickly. They are true to their word, and I will be buying my next car from them. Bought a car sight unseen (free shipping!) from the kind folks up at SAS. Everything went about as well as expected. Richard expertly walked me through the whole sales process and Sarah was super responsive with all the paperwork. They even subsidized a non-warranty repair just as if I was a local customer. Would definitely buy another car here.

I found the car on Superior website. Purchased via credit card. Went to dealer (165 miles one way) and Allie Izzo had everything ready to complete the transaction. Allie was the most pleasant salesperson I have ever done business with - seriously!! We completed the deal and I was on my way home in less than an hour. While ther I had the opportunity to view the shroom and the service area. Everything looked to be top notch, ship shape and Bristol fashion.
I recommend this dealer with zero exceptions.

If I had the option to rate zero stars I would. Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I purchased my BMW M3 the car wasn t ready the day I purchased it still needed to get checked in the shop not a big deal I could come back Saturday to get it before I left the finance manager told me I was approved on the loan with the interest rate of 5%. When I went to pick up the car on Saturday all the paperwork was for 7.9%. Of course being that it was on a Saturday no one was in the finance office for the day. The only way I can take the car home that day was if I agreed to the terms of 7.9% and it was my only day off that week. On top of that with terms of the sale it included a second set of wheels and tires that I never received. It s been a year now and I still haven t received them. I keep calling to talk to the general manager Rick but he does nothing about it.

After confirming 3 times that the discussed car was available, was lied to the morning of my appointment to get me to come in and look at other inventory

Bought a Mercedes c450 from there. I was talking to Richard and said the car is in perfect condition and everything.and I couldn t get there to test drive it before because I was far away. But when I get there my brother notice there s a bubble on the tire. I drove the car the brakes made noises I told him he said take it to the dealer and get it check anything wrong with it. They will cover it. Now every time I called them they say they will get back to me.

I flew up and then drove back 800 miles from Buffalo NY to NC (in the freezing cold and snow mind you) to purchase this vehicle and IT WAS WORTH IT!! I posted a review one place and am actually making double effort to put a Google review as well because we've got to be just as committed about sharing good business as we do bad ones.

They truly are a family company: Father, brothers, granddaughters and they have the personalities to boot (lol). First off: I'm not easy to please. Were there some hiccups? Sure, BUT they worked quickly to fix it and they cared about my experience! Yes, if you are far, it's worth the drive for the car you are seeing. Unless for some reason the axel breaks on this car (and I'll update if so lol) not only do I refer Superior Auto Sales, I'll do business with them again.

Bought two cars in October and came in for a free oil change!

I saw the 2013 ZL1 Camaro listed on a couple sites so I sent them a message to contact me. Richard replied as soon as they opened the next morning. He was very patient with all my questions and requests for extra pictures. Since I was several hundred miles away we negotiated a price to include shipping and made the deal. I have to admit I was a little concerned about buying a car without seeing it and I also had concerns about shipping and how long that would take. Richard communicated with me through the whole process and working with Sarah to complete the paperwork was super easy. We overnighted all the paperwork and the car shipped out the day after they received my check. Shipping company was great, only took one day to get it. The car was every bit as perfect as they described. Great experience working with you Richard and Sarah!

We were the for a customer who hired us to do a PPI on a high end vehicle that he was interested in.

The staff was very accommodating and did everything they could to make everything go smoothly.

I purchased a used Audi RS7 from Superior. I buy a lot of cars so I'm pretty used to the runaround from salesmen and everything. Superior was absolutely wonderful when it came to EVERYTHING about buying this car. I did not actually see the car before buying it, and the dealership made sure I had photos of absolutely everything with the car prior.
Second, the salesteam and finance manager were all extremely straightforward with me regarding the purchase. They were able to answer all my questions immediately. I basically knew I wanted to buy the car when I called them, but I found it very interesting that they did not push the car on me whatsoever. They simply answered my questions, asked if I wanted to see the car or if I was going to look around. Long story short, I bought the car and they got it shipped to me so I didn't need to worry about driving it home in the snow with summer tires. The person they booked to transport the car was also phenomenal, he was prompt and very courteous. 10/10, would definitely buy from again!!

Bought a 2016 Ram Rebel with 9k miles. Superior assured me it was still under factory warranty. Didn't tell me the truck came from Canada which means the warranty doesn't transfer. Wouldn't help me out once I needed repairs.

Whenever you are in the market for a used car (any car, really) do your due diligence and be informed about the car you are looking at - not just the price, but the instruments and features, the car's weak points - and test them out. Ask for the in-service records to see what was done to the car to get it ready for sale. You'll see that Superior invests a good amount of money in the prep of their cars. You'll also notice that the cars at Superior are the cleanest, due to their meticulous detailers.
