If I had the option to rate zero stars I would. Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. I purchased my BMW M3 the car wasn t ready the day I purchased it still needed to get checked in the shop not a big deal I could come back Saturday to get it before I left the finance manager told me I was approved on the loan with the interest rate of 5%. When I went to pick up the car on Saturday all the paperwork was for 7.9%. Of course being that it was on a Saturday no one was in the finance office for the day. The only way I can take the car home that day was if I agreed to the terms of 7.9% and it was my only day off that week. On top of that with terms of the sale it included a second set of wheels and tires that I never received. It s been a year now and I still haven t received them. I keep calling to talk to the general manager Rick but he does nothing about it.
