if you plan to go here for undercoating. arrive at least 15 minutes early and ready to over pay. I dont have a big car, its actually normal sized sedan. $76 to put the undercoating on. Not too bad right? My bill was $141 for parts and labor. They only use their own "special" undercoating which costs $50. And with the time thing, I arrived a couple minutes late and the lady came out clearly annoyed and said she was just about to send the guy home... I wasn't even 6 minutes late. What kind of business is that
Also be aware, there is no marked parking for anything. Its a parking free for all

Horrible, took my car(2005 Subaru Outback) there for a transmission replacement, after having my car 4.5 months(not a typo, 4.5 months) and a total cost between myself and warranty company of $2399.56(about $650 of it from parts they upped the price on after they gave me the cost over the phone). Thought I'd save a bucks taking it there instead of a Subaru dealership, until I saw the $89/hour labor rate. I finally got my car back, with a knock coming from the engine. Will not be going back there.
Pros: Small dealership, friendly, family run. Allie our salesperson was friendly and good to work with. Vehicles are generally clean and priced fairly.
Cons: I bought a 2012 f150 with low mileage. The first cold day, the battery went. The cost was around 200 to replace. I would assume it registered a low charge when inspected and put up for sale. Within 5 months and 5,000 miles i had to replace all brakes and rotors. I would assume these just barely passed inspection when it was put on their lot.
I bought a corvette from them off eBay, pryor to winning the auction I went to see the car first hand and everything was together, now when I won and went to pick up the radio was missing and bezel that holds radio and gauges was broken from taking radio out. They said it was like that and I even said look at your listing as it shows it s still there and my own pictures from when I seen it in person. I ll never buy from them again, buyer beware. "Edit" They have answered below 5/24/19, Yes I do have the correct business on Camp Rd in Hamburg NY saying they don't but they have, maybe they stopped now? Their below comment is false
As its name would imply, we had a top notch experience at Superior from start to finish. Sarah s personalized service combined with Richard s knowledge and expertise made for a friendly and comfortable buying experience. Their inventory was equally impressive, and we found just what we were looking for in a high quality used vehicle. I would recommend Superior to anyone who wants to take the stress out of purchasing a car.
Recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Superior Auto and I was very impressed with the no hassle sales approach I experienced. I found vehicle online called Richard for a description, set up a viewing time and then made the 60 mile trip to check it out. I was very impressed at how accurately he described it. Within an hour we made a deal and I owned it! The whole staff was friendly and helpful! Normally in the past I would dread the thought of going to dealerships to buy a new or used vehicle! But I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from them! Thanks again for making it painless.
I recently purchased an Audi A6 from Superior and couldn t be happier. I am very much pleased with the car and the sales process. No one likes the typical car sales process, but I must say that Richard did a great job from start to finish...professional, straight forward, knowledgeable, and honest. This was my first experience with Superior but it will not be my last. Thank you!
Purchased a vehicle from Richard. When it arrived it had a chipped windshield. Notified him immediately. He avoid my calls and texts. He then wanted me to submit it to my insurance. LIED and indicated that Safelite was scheduled, put me off for a week that then prevented me from returning the car. Poor service and fails to stand behind his products. Richard just continues to be full of surprises. He failed to tell me he sold me a car from Canada which even though it only had 16000 miles on it has no warranty....STAY AWAY from this dealership. Andre service manager is worthless as well. Typical used car dealership; bandits
The best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Our sales person Jeff was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. The financial manager Andre was awesome! I have delt with several dealerships in the past and had to play the dealership games. With Superior Auto sales there was no games and straight to the point. I will never deal with another dealership again. It was well worth the hour plus drive to Hamburg. Thank you so much for the great experience!
I purchased a Colorado and the entire staff was very helpful. I had arrived after hours and they expedited the paperwork so I could make the long journey back to home. Everything was very fair and reasonable. I can only think of a few dealers that I would want to purchase a vehicle with and superior is now on that list. Thanks again.
Purchased a 2014 Honda CR V, absolutely love the vehicle. The staff was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for your next car, truck, or suv. Never had purchased a used vehicle that looked brand new.
Was looking to trade in a car with a large amount of negative equity to get out of a bad loan and the people there were a great help. At the end of the day I left with great service and a great car. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for a new car!
I drove 3 hours to get my Ridgeline, Richard, Andre, and Sarah made the experience easy. I really appreciated how I was treated and I would highly recommend Superior Auto Sales to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you SAS
I loved this dealership! They were great to work with from start to finish. I worked with Allie, and she was absolutely wonderful!! She was very knowledgeable and helpful when going through the process of choosing and purchasing a car. She did a lot of research for me and was very attentive to my needs. Andre was great to work with as well, and really took care of my husband and myself. The staff makes you feel like family and they made the experience of buying a car pain free and enjoyable!!
I went for a test drive yesterday to get a feel for a car I was interested in. Despite being obviously very busy, everyone was very friendly and took their time to discuss and answer all my questions. I didn't purchase from them yet but plan to in the future. Great family run business. I worked with Nick and recommend him.
Super pleased with the service and experience at superior auto! Rich knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond every step of the process. Highly recommend!
Horrible place to do business with. I am a 80 year old senior citizen who made a big mistake trusting them. After my mechanic told me I could trust Superior Auto Sales I purchased a 2010 Chevy Colorado from them, boy was that a huge mistake. After paying close to twenty two thousand dollars and driving away with the vehicle, the very next morning my car would not start. I called Superior but they were closed so I called my mechanic and had it towed in and asked him to check everything else on it while it was there. My mechanic said the battery was dead and needed replacement, also that it needed a tie rod, rack bushing, tire light was on, and transmission was leaking fluid. My grandson immediately took my car back to them, thinking they would be apologetic, and repair what was needed. At the end of the day we called them and they said the service department was closed, they only replaced the battery and that s all that was wrong with it. When we went to pick it up they said my car was not there and it was at another shop. I did not understand why they took my car to another shop; the salesman said they had their own service department. We immediately drove down the road to the shop they took it to and luckily they were still open. The shop said that they checked it out and it did in fact need the front end parts, the tire light was in fact on, he tried re setting the tire sensors but they wouldn t reprogram so it might need 1 or all sensors but he would have to get paid for diag. and the transmission had a leak. When asked for documentation he was reluctant because he said that Superior buys tires off of him and sends him business so he didn t want to get caught up in the middle of it. So I made an appointment with another shop to have it looked at and they told me the same stuff, transmission is leaking, tire light is on and wont reset, they told me the tie rod was very unsafe and that they would of never passed it for new York state inspection. I then had a transmission shop look at it and they said the transmission has to come out and it would most likely be an expensive repair. I had my mechanic replace the front end parts and align it so at least it will be safe. I am also filling a complaint with the better business bureau and New York state Attorney General to see if they can help me. My mechanic feels really bad that he recommended I buy a car from them. I also noticed my 4 wheel drive is not working when i went to use it for my very first time. I hope my bad experience will at least help others before they buy a car from someone.
I really tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, I bought a Mini Cooper Clubman S from them and had nothing but problems with it including a cam timing problem that they couldn t resolve and I was without the car for weeks. It developed an oil leak shortly thereafter that I had to have a third party resolve, only to find a rear main seal that had been leaking forever as well that was too costly to even bother with. Finally dumped the car because the catalytic converter was going too and the unresolved oil leak and lost a total of $6000 on a 60000 mile car that I only put 6000 miles on over 8 months and was without for nearly a month.
Tried to have them change the oil on my other car and store it for the winter and they overfilled it by a quart and a half causing all kinds of weird problems.
I paid them $48 for the oil change even though I provided the filter and oil.
Their inventory is very appealing to the enthusiast crowd, but I cannot suggest doing business with them.
Don't trust in this business. Are deceptive. I request a guarantee for the AC and the told me that will cover. Due to the distance I live I went to a local shop, the AC was fix and now they say they don't cover. Not only that on a simple inspection you can discover defects. The car they sold me have many issues. They say that they make a 120 point inspection. Is false and deceptive. Beware
My experience was pretty bad. Me and my dad drove 35 minutes out because we wanted to check out a bmw they were selling. When we arrive there, we walk around the lot and we don't see the car. We go inside and we're standing inside waiting to ask someone about the car. When the manager starts helping us find the bmw, he says "i dont know, it should be in the lot...... ohhhhhh wait a minute. The owner's daughter is driving it". Pretty much that bmw was the owner's daughter's car but they're trying to sell it. Anyways, the manager says "we can probably tell her to bring the car here so you could see it" and I say "yeah i can wait". We waited like 30 minutes for the car to arrive and once it arrived, we were expecting to see a beautiful nice clean bmw but it was a mess. The car was dirty, there was leaves inside, wrappers, dirt, etc. I'm trying to ply it off and be like "wow its a nice car" and all the owner is saying to me and my dad is "its a really nice car. its in really good condition, its super protected. we've taken great care of it. almost brand new". I wouldn't have really had a problem if they were honest and said "my daughter has been driving this vehicle for a while which is why its so messy" but no, they're just trying to sell me a vehicle. BMW's are expensive and if you get a bad presentation of the car you want, you wouldnt want to spend so much money on a car that someone was willing to mess up and get dirt all over. Also, online it said it had 51k miles but when we saw it, it had almost 60k miles on it. I had a bad experience here so i wouldn't recommend coming here to buy an expensive car
Superior helped me find the exact car I was looking for. They made the purchasing process easy by being able to explain each step and piece of paper work in ways I understood. The process was enjoyable due to the A+ customer service of each Dept.
Just bought a 2019 Mustang 5.0 GT Convertible from Superior. I do not live near Hamburg NY so the entire transaction was conducted over the phone and by email and text. Found the care on Auto Trader and then called and spoke with Richard. A great buying experience. No BS...no run around. Not being able to see the car in person and buying from out of state, I had a lot of questions for both Richard and Sarah (who handled the paper work on this transaction). Both were very accessible, responsive, helpful and patient. I paid for the car on Monday and it arrived at my door on Saturday. The car was exactly as described and it arrived in pristine condition. I highly recommend Superior.
Bought a truck from them 2 months ago and nothing but problems. All they can say now is lemon law was up 3 days ago so oh well. But I work for a bank and have plenty of people asking about where to get a good car from. Needless to say I wont be recommending them EVER!!
Bought f 150 jeff did great job getting it ready 4 pick up.. whent pretty smooth, on way home front wheels shake pretty bad...stop by monroe muffler...had rebalance done and bad tires moved to back. Of course door was opened for 5 minutes and battery dead...have them load test it ...of cours no good!! Get a new battery, get home look in side mirror tail light is hanging by wires..look closer they tryed gluing post where screw go in and of course they broke off. Looking more both sides are glued. All in my 35 mile trip home.. Go to take granddaughter to zoo sunday morning and air conditioning dont work, They show a tune in truck that don't work also. Soppose to have nice vehicles acording to radio.... but i guess for my experience they dont check them out...just sell them and fix later. Tires are chopped on inside corners and dry rotted acording to monro muffler.
Most positive experience I have ever had buying a car. Never felt I was being taken advantage of & Jeff was in constant contact. He was fantastic. I highly recommend.
I found a car online that I liked. Before making the trek from Rochester to Buffalo I discussed pricing and trade-in values with Allie. She was friendly and quite pleasant to work with. They made a good offer on my trade and the price of the car I was buying was great. They honored their quotes given over the phone. And now I have an awesome Grand Cherokee SRT. The whole experience was positive, from start to finish.
Richard Fournier was awesome, I went in to look at a specific car and they had it ready when I arrived. I had my 2 children with me and he was awesome with them as well. They don't try to put the screws to you, they explain everything and worked out a fair deal that made both sides happy. I will recommend their dealership to anyone looking for a nice pre owned or new car. I bought an Audi A6 and they have everything from $160,000 Porsche to Jeeps. Great people, great cars, great experience. I didn't finance but their finance guy is hilarious.
Very untrustworthy place to do business with. Will not recommend to beloved ones.
I had a bad experience here. I loved one of the BMW 328 there and after the test drive , I had paid an advance of $500 on the same day as I did not want to lose it. Jeff, Andre and Richard were very cooperative. As I was going out of town, I told them I would be back the coming week to take the car. I followed up twice with Jeff with all the paper work to get my loan finalized. The very next day I get an email saying the car has been sold to someone else. There was no phone call, no voice mail or any sort of communication before selling off the car to another customer. Was extremely disappointed with this act. All the General Manager had to say over the phone was they were not sure if I would really be coming and they had to take a "business decision". Really? But a business decision makes sure its customers are happy. And if they did not see the probability of me coming, they could have put a word before dealing with another customer. I had paid $500 out of my pocket on the same day only because I did not want to lose it. I had no idea that someone else was interested in the car. I was getting all my papers ready to get the car the next day and suddenly I see an email which did not have a reason altogether.
Although, they had given me other options to choose from in the next 2 business days, none of them had matched what I wanted. So, got my money refunded back.
I just bought a Jaguar XE from Richard at sascars. Very good family run business. He was willing to even deliver it. The car was priced well and in great condition. I would buy again from sascars.
I worked with Andre and Allie and the finance piece as well as the delivery of the vehicle were timely and accurate. Thanks for the great Customer service as I am a repeat customer. We really enjoy the SUV!
The website is super easy to navigate through for whatever your search may consist of. The physical location is very well maintained, clean and organized. The car selection is vast and excellent condition automobiles. The service is top notch and very knowledgeable. Family owned business and family oriented atmosphere. They will get you into the vehicle you desire whether it be a work vehicle, a grocery getter, a vehicle for a family adventure or a car of your dreams. Highly recommend going to the lot and getting the experience for yourself. I will definitely be going back to them for future vehicles. Thanks to the company and the help of salesman Richard Izzo for the great experience and getting me into my new ride :)
Just bought a truck from there, great experience! I delt with Richard the younger one and dude was on point! Super nice and a hard worker. Great customer service and really good people.
Worst dealership I've ever encountered they can't do a simple oil change correctly. It lead to our engine ceasing up. They had to replace it for free, it took them 2 weeks just to get the job done. We get the car back and a week later the car starts overheating they said 2 cooling fan relays were corroded. We bought the car 3 months ago we had it 2 and half months altogether and after you switch our engine they magically become corroded a week after? Its summer mind you. Complete scam artists. We were told there was no way to know the part was defective. They either didn't check the car out before selling it to us or they knew the part was on its last legs and sold us the car anyway. We were also told 350 plus tax to replace the already defective part. We get to the dealership to get the car back and the price jumped up to 460. They somehow didnt add the tow in to the total. So we get put thru the ringer for 460 bucks over a defective part they didn't care to replace before selling us the car. I hope someone reads this and decides to look elsewhere for a car they dont deserve the business.
I came into the dealership looking to trade my F-150 for something that was more practical with gas. I felt welcomed immediately. I was met by Allie, one of the sales associates (and daughter of the owner) who told me where she would be and that if I had any questions, I could find her there. She then let me browse the lot in peace. I loved being able to walk around the lot without having someone pressure me. I decided I wanted to look at a Mercedes GLA 250. I was able to take it for a test drive (alone) and fell in love with the car. Allie sent me to the finance guru of the lot, Andre. Andre was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in finding me great financing. He worked hard to find me the best deal. I received a call the next day about the financing and that Andre had worked his magic. I got incredible financing. When I came in Allie had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign. It was fast, smooth, and low-pressure. I was able to trade in my truck (which they gave me an incredible trade value for) and drove away in my new Mercedes-Benz. I will never buy a car from a different dealership. Low-pressure, fast service, great financing options, and a selection of great high-end vehicles. Superior Auto Sales is without a doubt the best car buying experience of my life.
I just purchased a 2006 Porsche Cayman S from superior auto sales. Everything went perfectly. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and friendly. I was impressed with the long history of how this dealer is family owned and operated for 50+ years...with the Izzo family operating most every aspect of the business. Being I was from Virginia I had to buy this car sight unseen. Which was scary for me, but Richard Izzo, the sales person that I worked with, was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful every step of the way. Their prices were competitive and Richard helped me to understand the history of the car. I would not hesitate to buy a car from Superior Auto Sales.
Ed Linch was a pleasure to work with along with rest of the team at Superior! Awesome patience and understanding while trying to make a decision on our sons first car!
