was interested in the 06 powerstroke on their lot. It looked great in the pictures, and when I asked the salesman ( one of the Izzos) if the truck was bulletproofed and he assured me it was by Brothers Diesel in Springville by the previous owner, but there were no receipts, which I asked them to try and find multiple times. I came to look at the truck, and the truck was not as the pictures appeared. There were two severely cracked fender flares, multiple scratches and dents that were not apparent in the pictures,a hole in the bed that was not mentioned at all and a bad manifold tick that also wasn t mentioned. To their credit, they were willing to fix the flares and the bed for part of the price, but the manifold would be done for an additional price. After test driving the truck, I went home and called the shop that did the bulletproofing . I talked to the shop owner, and he told me the truck was in fact, not bulletproofed. The only work he said was done was headstuds and head gaskets, which is not a full bulletproofing. All of this combined meant that the truck was not worth what they were asking for it, and when I tried to talk to the salesman(same one from before) about it, he got very rude and argumentative, and then preceded to hang up on me, when I was still willing to try to make a deal on the truck. I will not consider working with this dealership again, and I would caution anyone else going to look at this truck or other vehicles they sell.
