I purchased a used Audi RS7 from Superior. I buy a lot of cars so I'm pretty used to the runaround from salesmen and everything. Superior was absolutely wonderful when it came to EVERYTHING about buying this car. I did not actually see the car before buying it, and the dealership made sure I had photos of absolutely everything with the car prior.
Second, the salesteam and finance manager were all extremely straightforward with me regarding the purchase. They were able to answer all my questions immediately. I basically knew I wanted to buy the car when I called them, but I found it very interesting that they did not push the car on me whatsoever. They simply answered my questions, asked if I wanted to see the car or if I was going to look around. Long story short, I bought the car and they got it shipped to me so I didn't need to worry about driving it home in the snow with summer tires. The person they booked to transport the car was also phenomenal, he was prompt and very courteous. 10/10, would definitely buy from again!!
