Just purchased a 2013 Acura TL from this dealer - Rich Jr., the sales consultant who worked for me, was awesome. I am not local to the area so all of the work was done before even seeing the car. He was great to work with, shopped for multiple rates to find me the lowest one, and helped make the process very easy for having to drive almost 2 hours to get it. Working with him made the distance worth it, and I'd definitely do so again.

One negative to give a heads up about: the father, who owns the dealership, Rich Sr., who was assessing my trade-in, was a little difficult to deal with (not very friendly, a little arrogant), but, that's small potatoes if you don't have to deal with him directly. I can't say enough things about the dealership overall. It's obvious they care about delivering on what they do - it's evident in the cars they are selling. My TL in unbelievable shape for being 6 years old. Would definitely recommend to someone in the area to check out the dealer if they're shopping used. Thanks, guys!
