I dealt with SunTrust 25 years ago they were wonderful now it's truist the worst bank experience I ever had never had an account with this Bank nor a post office box / safe dep.not a single thing they keep harassing me sending me an account which does not exist and charges with interest I'm taking this matter to the Better Business Bureau or the OCC as soon as possible I cannot take this harassment anymore from truist Banks please stop!!!!
I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS BANK MONEY DISAPPEARING FROM MY BANK THAN A CARD THAT THEY SAID THEY SENT IN 2017 THAT WAS NOT AND NEVER HAD A CHARGE ON ACCOUNT WITH IT MAGICALY WAS USED AT 5 THIS MORNING. AND THEY SAID THEY CANT TELL ME ANYTHING THAT YOU GUYS WILL HAVE TO THEY HAVE NO IDEA AND SOMEONE HAS BEEN PUTTING HOLDS ON OUT ACCOUNTS AND NOONE CAN TELL US A THING SOMEONE BETTER FIX THIS
Adam Bryson is one of best associates I have ever worked with. If it wasn t for him, I would have given up on the long process with so many requirements to obtain refinancing. Adam is courteous, very professional, punctual, and extremely responsive. I have dealt with many loan processes in the past and different banks. Adam is an asset to the team and the corporation.

Don t trust SunTrust with your money. They should actually rename themselves to SunDontTrust. The employees don t care about you they are just happy to have a job. They want your money and that s it. They have terrible customer service and have proven to hold your money, not secure it safely. Watch your back. Any bank option is better than this one.
SunTrust is the worse bank I ever had including Africa and South America...
SunTrust always has the greatest customer service. There was this lady who answered all my questions nicely.
This company closed my account 3 months ago and have given me no reason for why. They refuse to release the funds that were in the account, and will only tell me they are on indefinite hold. Noone will answer anything. I have been forced to file a lawsuit! Craziest thing I have ever experienced!
