Servive and construction was terrible. Ducon did a terrible job with construction of the townhouse with multiple leaks due to waterproofing issues, cracked tiles and even issues with the roof. When we went to Ducon regarding the construction, Daniel, who we spoke to, was extremely rude and unwilling to help. I don't know why they would keep an incompetent person like Daniel in the company. No wonder why their construction side of the business went bankrupt.

Always a pleasure dealing with the Ducon team, friendly, knowledgeable, and deliver on promises!

This company apparently went into liquidation in the last 18 months. There has been things which the builder is responsible fixing but have decided to use this loop hole to get away...

Un-professional company.
We sought a quote from Ducon and had a lengthy on site visit by project manager Tom Robertson.

After 1 month waiting for the quote, nothing. 6 weeks still nothing.
We emailed then phoned and SMS'd Tom and never got 1 reply.
We then contacted Ducon head office in Clayton and still no returned emails or calls.

If they didn't want to supply a quote, thats fine, but have the decency to tell the client. But then to dodge and ignore your enquires, tells you what sort of company this is.

Don't waste your precious time with this unprofessional company.
