This bank is awful!!! I never had an account with them ever!!!!- nor a safe box!!!!! they are so irritating always mailing bogus accounts with demands of money of an account i never had!! Please stop it im taking this matter to the whole world the bbb and occ i dont know what else to do with this petty small bank im sick of this harrasment!!! Shame on truist!!!!!!

I dealt with SunTrust 25 years ago they were wonderful now it's truist the worst bank experience I ever had never had an account with this Bank nor a post office box / safe dep.not a single thing they keep harassing me sending me an account which does not exist and charges with interest I'm taking this matter to the Better Business Bureau or the OCC as soon as possible I cannot take this harassment anymore from truist Banks please stop!!!!
