terrible service at one time they kept forgetting to fill my scripts then the doctor used someone else's blood work to treat me . next thier telephone system sucks theboffice mananger lied to me or appeared to lie to me about the phone system said she was working on it but its the same system steward had and it sucks and has been bad for years they changed doctors on me without notice. My father died early of the morning and I tried to call them to several times and was on hold repeatly for 20 min or more. then when I did get a person on the phone instead of addressing the issue she took about 3 seconds and transferred me to a message machine . So I decided to drive down and complain waste of time they didnt want to hear it and ended up trespassing me after I left the place . YEP I was loud but my father had just died hours before and they treated me like a number not a person ,
as for help when your father dies because your all nervous and distraught an din thier kindness trepass me. my fathers doctor called me and my mother and talked for 30 min like a true medical professional and he heled . I wouldn't pee on the staff at Suntree medical. if they were on fire. I intend to tell everyone in the county about them and my experiences.

Dr. Edwin Chan is the best MD I've experienced. He's caring and performs all the right tests to pinpoint diagnoses.

Hands down the best medical office I ve ever been to! Every person I have encountered there has been so friendly, and they really seem to care about their patients.

Seek medical treatment elsewhere. Receptionist has been rude and unprofessional on every visit and phone call. Every MD on their staff attended medical school in the Caribbean Islands through a for-profit institution owned by DeVry University.

However, consider yourself lucky to see one of these MD's on your visit. Chances are you will wait upwards of an hour to have a physician's assistant take a guess at what's wrong with you. I recently went in for an infection and was given a prescription that had either no effect in slowing the infection, or made my condition worse. Every doctor I have used in the past would have no problem calling in a new prescription to my pharmacy in this type of scenario. Suntree Internal Medicine told me that I would have to schedule (and pay for) another visit if I wanted new medicine to correct THEIR mistake.

Will not be returning. Word of mouth will push this place out of the community soon enough.

I am very pleased with Dr. Gary Hardoon. I went there 2 years ago for a physical. When I went back last year he remembered me and my history from the previous year. I have an appointment in May for this years physical.

In 4 years of going to this facility my doctor changed 3 times. The last visit, I was seen by a nurse practitioner. So several months ago they ordered an ultrasound of my abdomen. A few days after it was completed this office left me a voicemail that they wanted to do a CT scan on my kidneys as the ultrasound showed something that needed further study. Over a period of a week I left several messages (because they never answer the phone) to get the CT scan scheduled. They never called back nor was the CT scan ever scheduled. After two weeks I changed doctors and will never go back.

The Providers and Ma team were so wonderful! followed up on test results quickly. I absolutely love it here!!

My daughter went it took her an hour and a half to be seen and they told her she would have to come back for a second visit to become an established patient.

This office is TERRIBLE! I was seen by Dr. Gary Hardoon and not only was he completely rude to me AS SOON AS he entered the room before even starting a conversation with me, and then proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do for me. That's fine, I found a Dr. that can. HOWEVER, I was assured my $30 co-pay would be refunded, since I left the appointment immediately that day and I have YET to see it FIVE months later. I spoke with the office manager and several people in the office and got the most terrible treatment EVER from all the rude people in that office that do not know how to do their job. REFUND MY CO PAY!!!

This place seems to put profits before patients. Rude staff and unprofessional business practices. I feel bad for the elderly community in Suntree who may fall victim to this office.

First of all I didn't even get to see a doctor I had to see a PA. Then I got really nervous when she told notes written in a little notebook out of her pocket while looking at my list of medications. Then she didn't know the difference between NovoLog and Novolin which are insulins for diabetes lastly for my prescription for Xanax she said I would have to come back to see the doctor every month to get a new prescription which means a $100 office visit for a small amount of Xanax that cost $4.85 per month. I was not impressed with the PA manner in which she treated me and her attitude when I questioned her about having to come back to see a doctor once a month for a minuscule prescription for Xanax. Needless to say won't be going back to this location

Amazing staff, very clean office with beautifully stunning artwork on the walls, and caring doctors! Highly recommend this office to anyone that wants a doctor who will listen to their concerns and make you feel comfortable while expressing them. Not to mention, I didn't wait more than 15 minutes in the lobby. Fantastic experience

Dr. Chan and the whole team have always been extremely helpful, caring and no matter how busy, I never felt rushed. I have been going here for 10+ years and have recommended them to dozens of people. You cannot go wrong choosing any doctor here. Over the years I have seen almost all of the MD's and each one was wonderful.

We had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Gary Hardoon in my husband's time of need. He was sent out of the hospital still not feeling well and they told us to simply "find a primary doctor," without taking him seriously at all. Dr. Hardoon found the infection that was getting him and luckily we had him readmitted and started on antibiotics. I do not doubt that my husband would not be here today if it wasn't for Dr. Hardoon.

His staff also went above and beyond, calling the hospital to let them know we were coming and helping us coordinate his care before discharge. Jackie, the operations manager also helped us by setting up my husband to get all of the necessary rehab documents in order for Dr. Hardoon to review once we went back to him (something that was almost impossible for me to do myself). Needless to say, if you want medical care by a knowledgeable, compassionate doctor in Melbourne with a great team, go to Suntree Internal Medicine.

I love this place! I could never say a bad thing about them! I go at least once to three times a month for the last 3yrs. Dr. Chan Rocks!!!!

The staff at Suntree Internal Medicine is excellent. Dr. Chan and all the PA staff are very knowledgeable and caring about their patients. Appointments are easy to book or reschedule. Highly recommend it.

Suntree Internal Medicine is such a compassionate and welcoming office! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly receptionists and taken back by smiling MA's. Whether it is a same day visit or routine visit, the doctors and nurse practitioners always kind and ready to listen. Such an amazing office and lovely staff!!

Dr. Amanda Paul and staff have been amazing! I am a Registered Nurse with several years of management experience and often find myself assessing my surroundings as soon as I exit my car. The facility is kept very neat and clean, the reception area was clean and bright and staff were very attentive. The Medical Assistant that attended to me during all of my visits was extremely polite. My wait time was acceptable. Dr. Amanda Paul is amazing, a true breath of fresh air!!! I will certainly miss her and only pray that her replacement will feel her shoes seamlessly.

To each their own objective opinion based on fact and things measurable yes but, this review I submit to discount all of the most recent "negative" reviews I've read by others. In my objective opinion, the negative statements about staff CANNOT be true but merely the reviewer's sensitivities affected by normal human behavior. We all have a job to do and not everyday we are at our best, therefore give the entire staff a second chance, at least. Better yet, a clean slate! The next you (neg reviewers) go in, please try to keep an open mind instead of the "me me me" outlook of today's culture regardless of which business/service you are paying for, within reason. People, remain reasonable!
I think SIM is great in every way!

No waiting to speak of. Competent, friendly. No offense, but you always see a "real doctor" not an assistant. In and out. Modern equipment for most testing. Reasonable fees. New building and equipment. Family owned and operated.

Trying to get a prescription refilled has been a nightmare. They are only sleeping pills, but you would think I was trying to get cocaine. Also I find the average wait time to be 90 to 120 minutes, to see the doctor 5 minutes.
After my current visit, I will not come back here. Going back to my old doctor which is a further drive, but at least I ll get great care.

Please read all the negative reviews first before going here. I did not do this and have since read them after my first appointment. They are all right on the mark. It's like a meat locker. They herd you in and out.

You have to go twice to be seen if your a new patient. AKA they want to make as much money off you as they can. The first visit is what they call an introductory visit. All the doctor does is copy the medical form you already filled out. Why do I have to pay for this? They do not tell you the two appointment rule till you are seeing the doctor. If they had told me this I would have found another doctor.

The front desk area looks like a high school girls hang out. I'm shocked that they are willing to pay for that many girls to sit around and talk. Especially how they are trying to get as much money from you as they can.

If you like the good patient doctor type relationship where you feel like they care, then do not go here.

The office responded to my original post above trying to make it look like I wanted narcotics and was denied. I assure you I did not. I just wanted a routine exam that I could get anywhere else except here on a first visit.

Unfortunately for me I have to return to this facility to get my physical, because I need it by a deadline and can't get in with anyone else before then. Again I wish they would have told me about the two visit rule when I first scheduled, I would have gone somewhere else.

I also assure you that my original post was not full of anger or resentment to this facility. This is just what I observed and experience.

I've been seeing Dr. Scott Hardoon for the past 3 years and in the last year or so I've been saying I need to find another doctor. The office and doctors see over 300 patient's a day and have lost touch with people who come there for a diagnosis. If you can't get into see your doctor in an emergency, you get to only see the PA's. Twice the PA's have mis diagnosed my problem. If you go back to the office in less than a week later they still want to charge you an office visit. Two weeks ago I saw the PA and I was in severe back pain. I have pinched nerves in my neck and back according to the MRI's that were taken and ordered by her. I couldn't get into see a pain management doctor till this week. The PA prescribed me pain pills and I was getting low on them this past weekend. I called last Thursday to get the script refilled and they let it drag out till Friday afternoon. Well they never called me back after I called them a few more times and I was in severe pain all weekend. The pain I was in was excruciating and had brought tears to my eyes. Today I received a form letter from them telling me to find another doctor. This is how they treat their patients and get rid of you. I will never step foot in this money machine production line ever again. I will find a doctor that cares about his patients like I've had in the past. Not at an unprofessional office such as this. I could go on and on about Suntree Internal but I think I've written enough for you to get the message to stay away from these money hungry people.

HORRIBLE FACILITY!!!! They do not care about their patients health needs or concerns. They also do not have ANY customer service experience WHATSOEVER! RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE!

Best doctors office I've ever been to! They have exquisite staff and patient care. You never have to wait longer than 30 minutes. I highly recommend it here!

I am a new patient with the practice. I had an appointment in 2 weeks to see a Dr but I found myself sick over the weekend. This practice has Saturday hours so I called to see if I could even be seen. The receptionist was so nice and friendly and was able to make an appointment within the hour. I saw the nurse practitioner Nikka. She was wonderful and listened to my symptoms and explained what she thought was going on. This practice does care about you. I highly recommend them and looking forward to my next appointment next week with Dr. Chan.

Abe Hardoon is great, unfortunately I think they tend to hire the youngest and least experienced front desk staff an CNAs/medical assistants, they possibly can get, they all the that "melenial" attitude and come across as rude and lazy, seem to care more about chatting to each other about their personal life's then greating the patient and actually being professional.

With the exception of the Dr's and a few older staff members, this kinda feels like the Walmart of Dr offices.

Great visit! Super quick and Dr. listened to all I had to say. Made a sick day a little bit better.

The receptionist (Meegan) who answered was very friendly and worked hard to get me a same day appointment. I saw Shannon and she is fantastic as well! Thank you guys!

Avoid this place at all costs. I am not the type to post a review, but the receptionists at this location are extremely inconsiderate of your time and will blatantly lie to get you off the phone. I wasted a lot of time going behind them. Also, they have horrendous communication. I'm still not sure why they recommended LabCorp to me as my only option when they later said that they have a bad relationship with that company, especially when it comes to getting the results on time. But LabCorp actually sent the results in time that I could have made the first appointment I had to cancel. The physician I saw also did not address all of my concerns, and when I tried to press her, she just got very dismissive and seemed to be rushing me from the office. I saw the positive reviews, and was hoping that I finally found a decent place. Unfortunately, all I got from this place was a bill that I can't afford, and I still have to find a new doctor.

I work in a hospital I could of just saved $40.00 and an hour and half AND got some kind of answer by passing a physician in the hallway. Instead I got you need to come back for a physical?? "We do that with each patient" ?!?! You could of told me that on the phone and scheduled the time for one, WAIT. You wouldn't of got you're extra $40.00 and ordering extra unnecessary test.. No answers, I feel sorry for patients on budget $40.00 is $40.00, and an hour and half?? WASTED!

Update 11/13/2020:
I thought I would like going here, but you can not see a doctor when you need to aka when you are sick. You can see a Nurse Practitioner. That is great, and I love the NPs; but I am asking to see a doctor, not a NP. I will have to say if you are sick and need to be seen fairly soon, good luck.

The doctors are definately good not doubt! When you don't have time to see sick patients (we are all human) and we show symptoms over a closed period time, you need to be able to accommodate. The NP should be your DRs the way you operate. It seems like the NPs do all the work and I question what the Drs are doing.

Start off, the front desk staff us worthless. You sign in and wait just to go complain that they have not called you. They are more attending to their cell phones at the front desk than patients.

If you are a new patient good luck. The front desk experience will make you never come back.

Honestly the best primary care physician office in Florida. Dr Meghan Galili MD is knowledgeable, personable, and cares for her patients. I appreciate the quick check in and out. I will only go to suntree internal medicine.

Love this doctors office! The office staff is always so helpful and really seems to care. My doctor always takes the time to really listen to my concerns and set up the best treatment plan for me. It is also the quickest doctors office I have been to to be called back.

The only good doctor retired or transferred- Dr.Krutschik??? I probably butchered that...Anyways, Don't go here. I've seen almost all the other doctors and the level of incompetence is just unbelievable. They can't call in prescriptions to save their lives. They only spend like 2 minutes in the room with you which typically results in a misdiagnosis because they don't want to think too hard. The nurses up front are snarky and rude half the time- not always. They dont answer the phone when you call. The wait time has been up to an hour for me and still only had the doctor in the room for 2 minutes. The amount of times I went in there and got the wrong prescription written for me is stupid. Or the times I came in with stomach flu and was told to get some advil. Stuff like that. Every time I go there. It's ALWAYS something. I don't know how this place is still in business.

I love Suntree Internal Medicine!! I m always greeted by the pleasant staff when I come in. My doctor takes great care of me, and I m very thankful that they have Nurse Practitioners who can see me same day.

My mother was dropped on July 1st due to a missed appt. on Monday June 29th which was beyond her control. Shes sees her doctor about twice a year and was last seen in Jan 2020 with no issues . I tried reaching back out to office manager no return call .Left message with assistant she informed me sorry but she will need to go find another physican can't give her her medication refill except for 2 weeks . With the covid being a issue at this time I think it is in very poor taste to drop a patient at this time ,elderly patient at that. Smh. So I will give them the same courtesy they gave my mother .This review reflects their actions and my moms feelings as well. She had been a patient here for approx 4 years last appts. missed due to her being dependent on a ride was during last hurricanes and she got reprimanded or i should she threatened to be kicked out of their practice. Wow funny how management will try and defend this action with a response to my review unbelievable. Instead of returning a phone call from management not a assistant . But for your information since you know who we are talking about these appt were rescheduled . SO TO JUSTIFY THIS ONE TO BE ANYTHING BUT A CANCELATION DUE TO COVID IS JUST LIKE THE OTHER POST THAT GIVE YOU A REVIEW OF A (1) ONE. MY MOTHER IS NOT A SICK PERSON AND HAS NEVER BEEN TO YOUR PRACTICE IN ANY EMERGENCY. SHE WAS SEEN IN JAN 2020 .THIS WAS A CHECK UP. Without a doubt the most attentive staff and doctors I have ever seen in my last 73 years. My family and friends have been going to Dr. Abe Hardoon for over 17 years, the only way we leave him will be if he retires or I am carried out in a box.

I was truly impressed with your facility and the amazing staff...I have nothing but positive experiences with Dr.Abe Hardoon..hands down one of the best medical doctors I have seen.

I've been to Shannon several times, she's great. She listens to what you have to say and always goes out of her way to make me understand what is going on with me. The office staff is fantastic and always finds a way to fit you in even during their busiest times. I'm always in and out quickly, the office is always clean and tidy And there is always a happy face to greet you. Without a doubt, if you need a doctors office that is going to listen to you concerns and care for you on a very personal level, this is definitely the place for you.

The staff here is great! Very efficient. I never feel like a bother. I am always well taken care of. I always have a pleasant experience.

Went in for a check up and to see if something could be done about the joint pain in my hands and legs, several unnecessary tests later and no perceptions or recommended treatment.

I went to this practice because of a UTI infection and had to see a nurse practitioner because I couldn t wait
a month to see a doctor. The nurse practitioner took a culture and told me it was fine but would send my culture to the lab for more testing. I called three days later and the results were negative. I explained that I felt a great deal of pressure and bloating so I was able to see a doctor the next day. I saw the doctor and explained that I wasn t having pain but extreme pressure and bloating the doctor referred me to a gynourologist. I told the doctor I was having much discomfort and needed to be seen as soon as possible. She said call in the morning and they would send my referral out to a specialist. I called and they said they would send it and to call for an appointment. I called and they never got the referral and informed me that unless it was a stat referral I couldn t be seen for three weeks. I explained the urgency of my problem and she called to get a stat referral. She called back to tell me they said the doctor didn t think it was urgent and so I would have to wait a week if I wanted to be seen. I accepted this but was very upset because I was in great discomfort. I called Suntree back and asked why they wouldn t make it sooner and they said the doctor didn t think it was urgent based on my explanation and I was lucky to get such a quick appointment. I said this is awful because I told the doctor I needed help right away. I had wasted a week just waiting to get help. The doctor said if I can t wait then go to the emergency room. I have never been treated in such a horrible uncaring way by a so called doctor. This is the worst place if you are in need of professional care. They also informed me that they are just a primary care facility. The referral is the only thing they could offer. After reading the reviews I now understand why they are rated poorly.

Greatest medical practice I've ever set foot in. I became a patient at their old location after needing to follow up after a hospital visit. The service has always been the same.

It's easy to sign in, you're not waiting long, the staff are friendly, and the office is HUGE. There is beautiful artwork on the walls of the corral reef and its inhabitants. The staff are always easy to talk to. There are plenty of rooms in back. You don't have to wait long for the doctor to show up. Making appointments is easy as pie and you get an email or phone call reminding you of your appointment before it comes up.

Highly recommend Suntree Internal Medicine. You'll be glad you came for a visit.

Was so glad to find Suntree Internal Medicine. It's worth the drive from Cape Canaveral. Beautiful facility and the staff is even more amazing. Very convenient hours that allows me not to always have to take off work and appointments are easy to make. I have never really waited long when I get there and the Nurse Practitioner I have seen each time is thorough, listens, and very professional - Love it here!

Why do we have to be 15 minutes early and you are 45 minutes late?

I have been coming to Suntree Internal Medicine for about two years. I am completely satisfied with the care I receive. I have been seen by Laura Moncada several times. Laura has been patient and compassionate with me. She is professional and very knowledgeable. I am so grateful for her, and all she has done for me. Laura has gone ABOVE and BEYOND. I also would like to thank all the knowledgeable staff members. I am truly Blessed with Suntree Internal Medicine, and I will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

Extremely disappointed. Please be aware and check your insurance statements. They are coding to benefit them. Also, if you want to establish as a new patient you are required to go to two visits and will be billed for the first one out of pocket as your insurance will not cover it. One more thing, their website says if you aren t seen in 30 minutes, you will receive a $25 gift card. I was there 52 minutes and never received anything.

The best Dr Abe Hardoon. Been with him since 1999. He has kept me healthy and has instructed me to help keep me healthy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hardoon for several years and hold him in highest regards. I trust him with my health. He listens when I have concerns and then works with me to find a solution that best fits my needs. His office staff are friendly and professional. It is always a good visit when I go there. Absolutely fabulous experience! So kind and caring, I loved it!

At first appointments were not getting made correctly, they told me twice that an appointment was set when it was not. But was responded too quickly was fixed and dr.galili is a very wonderful dr. Actually Listens and Will help with your issues. Thank you for helping

I wanted to let you know what a wonderful asset Jen Schneider is to your practice. She is extremely knowledgeable and so caring about her patients. I was on the wrong blood pressure medicine and feeling terrible 24 hours a day. It was difficult for me to function. I'm a top real estate agent in Brevard County and it became almost impossible to work. I was lucky enough to get an appointment to see Jen. She has truly changed my life. In two weeks on the new medicine, my blood pressure is normal, my mind is clear and I am again the happy person that I have always been. It is not a chore to get up and go to work anymore. I look forward to it again. I truly believe that recognition should be given to this young woman for her outstanding service as part of your team. She is indeed one of your best assets.

At first I had no written review then the owner gets snarky in his response so....... I plead with anyone reading this review to save your money and time and to go elsewhere .......I ll tell you why you have gotten a 1 star review if it had given me an option I would given you negative stars. You are nothing more than a money machine, on several occasions I ve been to your establishment and either been brushed off like there s no issue or have been treated and released only to find out you do much more than insurance covers for example even during your yearly physical I was given an ekg which I never requested nor needed and now I m being billed for. Your billing department doesn t use the proper coding for insurance to cover the treatments or no one knows what is covered. I ve also come in with a clearly broken bone in my foot to literally be seen by a doctor to be told I should have went to urgent care you don t handle those type of problems there. I plead with anyone reading this review to save your money and time and to go elsewhere!

I had such a terrible experience I had to share! Suntree Internal Medicine is horrible. Please learn from my experience so it doesn't happen to you. I called when finding a primary care doctor and was told they accepted my insurance. I went in for the appointment, they scanned my insurance card and collected my $30 co pay. A month later I got a bill for the remaining $100 for a self pay option. When I called they said they do not take my insurance and now I am responsible for the bill. Say what? So I got the lady to say it was taken care of, then a month later I received the same bill. Called back and she said the management said with no exception I am responsible for a bill that I shouldn't received in the first place. I would never ever recommend this office to anyone. They scammed me to say they took my insurance, took my co-pay, and then billed me later. Do what you want with this information, I am so disappointed I had to share so it doesn't happen to anyone else!

Dr Galili was excellent. We had a great first encounter, she was thorough and caring. You can tell she is up-to-date on the latest medical advice. I am was impressed by her medical knowledge and bedside manner

I cannot say enough great things about this place!! They are fantastic in every aspect of your visit. From checking in, to being seen they are hands down the best medical facility in town!! Plus... They saved my life after ONE visit!! Check them out!! You will NOT be disappointed!!

1st visit/experience really impressed me...seriously considering them to be my primary!!! My 1st impression & experience-- beginning with phone call-- warm & friendly professionalism, compassionate, knowledgeable, fast & efficient (well oiled machine so to speak).... pretty sure I've hit the lottery with them :-)

Very professional Dr. Office, extremely friendly. Highly recommended this office if you don't want the hour long wait time and prefer attentive and thorough Doctors. This office and their employees definitely deserve 5 Stars.

This office needs significant improvement. Staff is friendly and the doctor and NP my husband and Insaw was ok. Significant improvement is needed on the administrative side. It took over a week post visit for medical notes and ortho referral. And 2 months and still no correct prescription for medication change. I am used to a system where everything is electronic and referral/prescription is ready before you leave the doctors office. So .... I am adding to this because I got a follow up call from a staff member. Initially, I thought this was nice. Then the woman on the phone wanted to debate the facts and tell me I was wrong!

Nobody called you back and when you do get a hold of someone you get hung up on. This is the worst medical facility I've ever encountered

The best clinic in all of Brevard county! The staff, nurses and doctors are top of the line. They strive to keep you comfortable and you are more than just a number. So kind, caring and very attentive! Thank you for your excellent service!

Never have I been here that I did not have to wait at least half an hour just to get into a room to see the doctor and then wait again for him/her to see me. Recently, Dr. Keefe left (sadly as I chose Suntree Internal because of her) and I was advised to see a Dr. Nelson. I have called his assistant many times in regard to a change he made in my prescription and neither he, nor his assistant, have returned my call and I have called them 3 days in a row. My adult daughters have had similar situation wherein they made them wait - today my daughter had an 8:30 appt with Dr Nelson - it is 9:30 and still no Dr. I brought my whole family to this practice (there are 5 of us) and now we have to find new doctors. Do not go here unless you have LOTS of time to waste and don't want answers!!

I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Not only do they get you in for same day appointments but they also take their time to thoroughly explain things to you. When I come in to see my primary care, Dr. Gary Hardoon, he not only takes his time with me to ensure all of my questions have been answered but he is also a very caring and thorough doctor. I would recommend him to anyone. I appreciate the time and effort him and his staff take to ensure I receive the best quality medical care. Thank you Dr. Gary Hardoon!

Today was my first visit with Dr. Keefe. I am so glad I chose her. She was very compassionate and took her time to listen. The staff was very kind and they were all smiling and welcoming. I also love how this office opens early I was able to come in before for work and get out on time, Thanks Suntree.

Suntree Internal Medicine offers terrible service. I so wish I would have read all the Google Reviews prior to becoming a patient here. If I was your friend, brother, son I would beg you to see a different doctors office and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! You re treated like a number. Seems to me they do put profits before patients here. The rush you in and rush you out. Oh wait they don t rush you in You sit and wait so they can rush you out. I visited Suntree Internal Medicine located at 6619 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32940 back in August 2017 for the first time. It seems like they just don t want to listen, they just want to get you in so you can wait and get you out so they can get paid. Extremely disappointed .

Doctors are so ignorant. After two month of pain never got diagnosis, they even mistook my lab tests. Just lost lots of time and money. Never again!

Scheduling is abysmal. Always a half hour in the waiting room despite arriving early. Doctors double book and get behind easily. I'll give them one more chance (I booked the first appt of the day) before looking for another doctor's office.

The office staff said they took my wife's insurance over the phone and at her visit, so we scheduled appt, she payed her co pay as instructed by staff with no problems. Over a month later they billed us for the visit as a self pay stating they do not take our insurance. We spoke to the manager they said it was there mistake and to not worry about the bill. A few months past and another bill arrived for self pay. The manager at this point said the doctors had to get paid even though admitting there mistake. This office is liars and cheaters making the medical profession look bad. I would not recommend anyone go to this establishment ever!!!!!

Ever since they moved to the new location customer service has gone down hill. I was left in a wating room for over an hr, and when I asked what was going on they said that they forgot where they put me. When I call for a prescription I always get sent to a voice mail, 3 days later still no call back, they put 12 girls at the front desk and all they do is giggle and put you on hold until you call back again and again. Message to the owner/investors need to re-structure the staff, I'm switching to a new place ASAP!

I knew this was the right office for me my very first visit. Here I am now 5 years later and still enjoy coming here. This practice is very clean , staff is welcoming and most of all, the Drs are amazing. They are quick to fit you in. Also they are open from 8-2 Saturday and Sundays! That s like unheard off :) I can be seen on weekends as a sameday if needed and not have to worry about a huge copayment at a quick/urgent care. I give this office 5 stars

Terrible place. They are holding my medical records hostage. They don't understand insurance and are basically clueless. If you value your health and sanity do not go here.

I love coming into Suntree Internal Medicine. It's always so welcoming each time the girls in reception greet you as you walk in. The smiles continue through to all of the MA's as they call you back and are always there to answer any and all questions. The doctors are always so informative and able to help with any and all situations. I'm so glad to be apart of such an amazing doctor's office!

I have been going suntree for months now and I have to say 5 stars for all the marvelous people in this office. ARNP are great I can not tell you how many places don't greet you with a smile when you walk in the door but the girls up front do an excellent job to make you feel welcomed right away and the nurses are just as great when you get called my family love suntree no complaints at all

APRN Laura Moncada is wonderful! She really listened and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She is genuine and caring. I really appreciate her bedside manners.

I have been going here and seeing Dr Scott for over 6 months. I had a stress test and sonogram done here also. It is an excellent office that is run quite efficiently. There office hours are the best around, period. Some of these reviews are absolutely ridiculous, and I am embarrassed for the individuals that posted them. I will now be bringing my daughter there also.

This place deserve even more than 5 stars the staff was amazing and very professional the doctor was great and I loved going there
