I work in a hospital I could of just saved $40.00 and an hour and half AND got some kind of answer by passing a physician in the hallway. Instead I got you need to come back for a physical?? "We do that with each patient" ?!?! You could of told me that on the phone and scheduled the time for one, WAIT. You wouldn't of got you're extra $40.00 and ordering extra unnecessary test.. No answers, I feel sorry for patients on budget $40.00 is $40.00, and an hour and half?? WASTED!
