My mother was dropped on July 1st due to a missed appt. on Monday June 29th which was beyond her control. Shes sees her doctor about twice a year and was last seen in Jan 2020 with no issues . I tried reaching back out to office manager no return call .Left message with assistant she informed me sorry but she will need to go find another physican can't give her her medication refill except for 2 weeks . With the covid being a issue at this time I think it is in very poor taste to drop a patient at this time ,elderly patient at that. Smh. So I will give them the same courtesy they gave my mother .This review reflects their actions and my moms feelings as well. She had been a patient here for approx 4 years last appts. missed due to her being dependent on a ride was during last hurricanes and she got reprimanded or i should she threatened to be kicked out of their practice. Wow funny how management will try and defend this action with a response to my review unbelievable. Instead of returning a phone call from management not a assistant . But for your information since you know who we are talking about these appt were rescheduled . SO TO JUSTIFY THIS ONE TO BE ANYTHING BUT A CANCELATION DUE TO COVID IS JUST LIKE THE OTHER POST THAT GIVE YOU A REVIEW OF A (1) ONE. MY MOTHER IS NOT A SICK PERSON AND HAS NEVER BEEN TO YOUR PRACTICE IN ANY EMERGENCY. SHE WAS SEEN IN JAN 2020 .THIS WAS A CHECK UP. SO I LOOK AT IT LIKE THIS .I THANK YOU NOW FOR YOUR ACTIONS .YOU CAN FILL MY MOMS SPOT AND GET MORE CO PAYS FOR SOME OTHER CLIENT THAT NEEDS TO BE SEEN ON A MONTHLY BASIS. 6 APPTS LAST YEAR SURELY A LEGITAMATE REASON THAT OBVIOUSLY YOU ARE UNCONCERNED WITH.
