This has to be the best company of its kind in the metro. The quality of materials, craftsmanship and service were as good as it gets.

I ve asked for a quote for over a month now and still no answer. I ve asked for a quote three times now and still no answer. When I first went inside to visit their company and check some of their work, two people told me I m not on file or they lost my file. Then claim saying Mike has already sent me a quote. I ve asked them to forward the message again and still nothing till this day. Very disappointed and this wasn t the first time. The first time my mom called for a quote a little over a year ago! I didn t believe her until I contacted them myself. Waste of time and we discussed what materials we liked and everything.

We had Sunrooms & More build an approximate 400 Sq. Ft all Glass Sun Room over our Home Patio--and our experience with their Executives--Employees--and Sub-Contractors was so excellent--we would rate all of them a 10++ out of a 1-10 Rating. We would highly recommend Sun Rooms & More to any one who wanted such an addition to their home.

We had them install a sunroom for us 7-8 years ago & now it needs repairs. We have called them 5-6 times over the past year & have been given a lot of false promises about fixing our problem. If you are looking for someone to install a sunroom, they would be last on my list of who to recommend. THEY DO NOT SERVICE WHAT THEY SELL.

The guys at Sunrooms and More did a great job all around with my project. Matthew Durrett and his team are very responsive and do quality work. The quoting process was simple and within a few weeks of accepting their quote, Sunrooms and More called to inform me that they would be out to take final measurements and start work. The work was done in a day and now we can enjoy a beautiful fully enclosed back porch. We are very excited to use it this summer. Our experience this winter is that it cuts back on the wind and with our fireplace going we can keep the porch at a comfortable level and enjoy our second living room. Thank you guys!

Sunrooms & More did an excellent job of installing my Patio Cover. I picked them because of previous experience with installing Patio enclosures that they performed for me. I would highly recommend Sunrooms and More for any exterior work to make your outdoor living more comfortable and exciting.

Sunrooms & Moore did a great job building my sun room!! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but they came out and gave me some great ideas on what was possible. All their ideas were great and I chose the best one for me. They arrived on schedule to do the work and the guys were very polite and helpful explaining what they had to do and how long it would take. They complete the project on time and were very open to answering all my questions. They did a great job and I love the room.

I am so happy with my patio screen! The installation went perfectly, right on time, and the crew did everything they could to make sure I understood the process and how to work the remote. The acid test on cutting the sun came last month, in July, on our 2 brutal 100+ degree days. I like to keep a candle or two on my patio table.... these would be melted with the summer heat the past 2 years! Not this summer - the screen blocked the direct sun and the candles were still solid!

We have enjoyed our patio cover so much but a electrical connection was disconnected and we have been unable to fix it since.

Used these guys to install electric screens for our outdoor living space. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Matt always returned call in a timely manner and was on time for all appointments. The install was quick and they cleaned up very well after their work. The screens are awesome, serve several purposes and have made a nice "outdoor room" for our family and friends to enjoy!

We had them come out to do a bid and we went over everything we were wanting. I was initially surprised we didn't get a reminder and they just showed up but luckily we able to meet. After discussing our ideas we ended the visit with a promise to get a quote from corporate based on what we wanted. I was also surprised at how much would be subbed out and not on the bid they'd give us. While they sent off for the quote they wanted us to see their showroom to look at the glass, trim colors, etc. We discussed not having time for a few weeks so scheduling would need to consider that if we even did it at all. We got called days later to schedule something and I reiterated the availability we had and the desire for them to call back a few weeks later.

Recently I received another call and since I finally had some time to discuss I returned the call. First, they couldn't even find me in their stack of people even though they just called. This felt very impersonal from my perspective. Second, I requested an initial quote from what we previously discussed before we both spent more time discussing on the phone or in person so I could get an idea of their pricing to save time for both of us but that was denied repeatedly. Throughout the call I was told things like I must have mistaken going over details with them with someone else and therefor they couldn't quote it out because I myself said I'd meet with other contractors for bids and fact is their guy would've wrote it down. This felt like complete blame transference. Eventually the call turned into what I felt was a rude demand for us to come in because that's what they noted in their records and since the last time they called I didn't mention not getting our quote they wouldn't do that at this time. I responded by asking them to not have anyone call us as I was no longer interested in doing business with them now or in the future and once they acknowledged we disconnected the call and I left my original review.

Since the review a manager contacted us to discuss the experience and to reconsidering the review. We do appreciate their effort to escalate this and explaining their perspective more. I do acknowledge that they could want to limit their quotes to what's most accurate for customers but we already provided sufficent details in my opinion and experience to allow for a good quote that could of course have very few slight variations in the end based on their experiences and suggestions. I didn't feel the issues were completely owned because "miscommunication between us" and "facts are this stuff doesn't happen with them" were referred to a few times. It was also said they'd still get us a quote even though we'd likely not do business together which of course made me feel they already wrote it off. Lastly, it was noted that the conversation mentioned above was overheard but it wasn't escalated until after the review was posted which also made me feel there was a lack of authenticity behind the call.

Ultimately I didn't want to invest hours of our time to build this dream room and then see an unaffordable pricetag when we're even more invested in the vision and more likely to still move forward. At this moment I dont know if it would've been affordable but with all the subbed out things I'd still have to get their bids as well which is difficult and time consuming for the customer in my eyes. This type of transaction would not be something I'd choose to support with my money or word of mouth. I also choose to continue to share this review as accurately and honestly as I can because I am shocked and disappointed with our overall experience and unprofessional communication at times even though we understand everyone has bad days. We truely had higher expectations for this business based on other reviews but unfortunately our expectations just didn't align.

My wife is absolutely elated with the installation of her new power screen. The entire process from consultation to installation was nothing short of phenomenal! Our back patio has been transformed from a bug and dust infested area to a nice cozy area suitable for enjoyment and entertaining.

Around 5 years ago we enclosed our patio and we used this company and the room turned out awesome. Fast forward to today, we bought a swim spa and we wanted it enclosed. Brian (Same salesman) came out and designed an enclosure. To say we love it would be an understatement. We have had the best service, from Lisa, Brian, and Don. James and his team that installed the room were exceptional. You can't go wrong in using this company!!

We installed a set of two screens for a fairly large patio almost 3 years ago, and LOVE the improvement in heat/glare from our western exposure patio. In the winter, we drop them all the way down and turn on a heater; toasty and totally enclosed extra "room" where we and our cats can roam. Couldn't be more pleased with Sunrooms & More.

My older brother and his wife recently purchased a Sunroom from Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows; they tried to do so sooner but a company out of Tulsa mislead them into believing that they sold Four Seasons Sunrooms and we had to get their deposit back from the Tulsa company first. The owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows was very helpful to me in advising me on how to go about getting that deposit back. Not only that, once we got their money back and the contract from the misleading company back the owner of Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows personally handled the estimate and contract with my brother and his wife himself. He was very understanding when, due to a health situation with my brother, we had to postpone the beginning of the build twice. The owner is one of the nicest men I ve ever met, a true and honest Christian businessman. My brother and his wife are so very pleased with their new room, and that pleases me. This is the third sunroom that Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows has built for members of our family and in working with them we have found that the contractors/employees who did the work are the same ones that built the first sunroom for a family member 15 years ago, that in itself says a lot about this business owner and the way he treats others. They did a good job in showing us how the room was constructed. Showed us the material that was to be used. Very helpful and informed on the contract. Now for the part that really sets them apart from the rest. Thier instal team was knowledgeable and super friendly. They did a truly outstanding job of assembling the many components. They were perfectionist. They had laid thick cardboard around my house and I asked if I could get my thread mill moved around the house and in the room. They was agreeable before I could call my son in-law and grandson. They had it moved around. They should be employees of the month. Lisa was great to I wouldn t want her job.

We love the screens! Very costly, but considering the area and expensive out door kitchen counter tops being shaded made it a smart investment. Should last us a long time. Highly recommend these guys for the job.

When we built our house a few years ago, we wanted it to be West-facing so that we could have shade in the back during late afternoon hours for entertaining as such.
As retired people, however, we find that we spend as much time (if not more) sitting on the back patio for our morning coffee.
We contacted Sunrooms and More Design Center because they were highly recommended by two of our neighbors.
Their response was immediate!
They had a Sales Representative at our house within a couple of days and an installation professional to do accurate measurements within the week.
The promised delivery time was a little disappointing (6-8 weeks).
However, this Company practices the philosophy of "Under Promise and Over Deliver"!!!!!
We got a call from them within 3-4 weeks.
Unfortunately, we were planning to be gone for a week. No problem - The installers arrived the day after we came back from vacation.
The two young men that showed up at our house arrived exactly when they said they would - worked diligently on a hot Oklahoma day - and finished the job in a timely manner! A very professional installation!
The Lead Installer then took the time to explain to us the Warranty of the shade, as well as the operating instructions - nothing to it (Down/Stop/Up).
Are we happy with our purchase? ABSOLUTELY!
It is a joy to sit on the back patio now and enjoy our morning coffee!

We're the 2nd owners of our home. One of the big draws for us to buy this home was the sunroom. After about 10 years in our home we noticed some deterioration in some of the sunrooms solid panels. We contacted Sunrooms & More and, after confirming they had originally installed this addition, they gave us a very reasonable quote to completely replace all of the solid panels and bring our sunroom back to like-new condition. And, most amazingly, their team of professionals accomplished the job in one day! It was an amazing process to watch and we're back enjoying our favorite room. A very good company that I'd recommend without hesitation.

Miserable communications and lack of professionalism....I was very much interested in having a sunroom and went to their office in edmond...talked about the project, the Durrett guy (owner's son) came took pictures, measurements and said will give me a quote within a week but now was more than a month....so went back to the office again now met his other brother and he promised to call me on my cell and give me an update of the project, quote....no response...even after 2 weeks from both the brothers......call the receptionist and left message with phone number again no response...It looks as if these meat heads think they are giving the sunrooms for free...I am paying for my sunroom !!! This is the lousiest business I have ever dealt with....

I love my new Equinox! It's like we have a whole other "room" outside now and we spend a lot of time out there. Love to sit outside when it is raining and now I can! Anthony and Thomas were very professional and friendly. We had an issue with some leaking at the seams after a rain, but they came back out and fixed the problem.

Great work! The power screens are great. The salesman was very professional, answered all our questions and did not pressure us in any way. The installers were efficient and helpful in providing instructions and downloading the app to get things working.

Love my sun screens! They came in and were installed on time! The installers did a great job, showed me how to work the remote-very easy! I am astounded just how much sun they curtail. I had a smaller solar blind up before but these beautiful, easy glide screens are much larger and protect my home from so much sun.

I made a special trip to the fair last year to look at the sunroom dealers, see displays and maybe get a discount. I found just what I was looking for at Sunrooms and More display.
My wife and I had an existing sunroom but the walls were crumbling and the glass was hard to see through. We replaced the from foundation up. We now have sliding windows instead of plate glass and our home is now well lighted instead of dark and dingy.
Basically our sunroom went from detracting from our home value to increasing our home value. The whole process was painless and the cost was under budget.

Our experience has been a very positive one. Working with Matt and his team was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. Their professionalism shows in management, quality of work and customer service.

I would like to respond to Gretchen Bennett s 1 star review. I am the neighbor that had the work done by Sunrooms & More. The S&M team was great to work with, they were professional, courteous and communicated well. During my project they had to deal with some adverse weather such as wind, rain, cold temps and still did a great job and finished early. Reviews are meant for actual customers to share their experiences, not for disgruntled neighbors to gripe about petty issues. Mrs. Bennett should have handled this by using her words to voice concerns on day one and two instead of voicing her opinion on the last day when the team voluntarily picked up trash in her yard!

I have had motorized screens and now a sunroom done by this company and I have been extremely pleased with both. The screen crew and the sunroom crew were polite, courteous(we have kids and dogs), and did an amazing job installing the quality materials. Their office staff is very polite, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

Everyone has been really nice and helpful. They are very good at what they do. I had my concrete extended also and the contractor they used was excellent too. My patio cover is beautiful. My HOA requires shingles so I m waiting on that and lights. I recommend this place. So glad I did it. Thanks to all of you.

Sunrooms & More did a wonderful job installing my power blinds. I've had them for about 3 months now and they still work great. I would highly recommend them. The power blinds the perfect solution to shade the blazing sun from my West facing back porch as they sun goes down. It also helps keep the rooms a lot cooler on that side of my house as a bonus.

They went above what I expected when they installed my blinds by offering to paint of the trim that was cut away from they wooden post feet when they installed the tracks to and was able to run the electrical cord thru my attic for power rather than stapling the cord down my house to the power outlet as discussed in the bid. They removed all of the trash and cleaned up everything before leaving. The 3 guys who came out to install the blinds were courteous and very respectful.

If you are considering Four Seasons Sunrooms and More, I believe you are taking a step in the right direction for your project. The salesperson who came to quote my project had some excellent ideas that would enhance the room. The project was scheduled promptly but I had a situation arise where I had to have an extensive delay in starting. The staff was very accommodating and showed genuine concern for my needs. Once the project was back on track, they took final measurements and everything was completed in a timely manner. I had some special window design shapes and those were not measured until the framing was complete. That is how precise these people are about their finished project. The material is excellent quality and the workmanship is outstanding. The installer even had some last minute ideas to improve the room and the changes were made without any questions asked. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company. I had the occasion to deal with seven different people in this company at different stages. They all take pride in what they do and it shows.

Worst company. I have never seen lack of communication like I've seen here. They say they will contact you on a start time... No they just show up hoping you are ready and home unlocked. That Don guy that works there needs to go. He's old and can't communicate anything. We regret using this builder.

Prompt, no surprises, competent installers and subcontracted concrete guys. Pricing was fair.
