Miserable communications and lack of professionali...

Miserable communications and lack of professionalism....I was very much interested in having a sunroom and went to their office in edmond...talked about the project, the Durrett guy (owner's son) came took pictures, measurements and said will give me a quote within a week but now was more than a month....so went back to the office again now met his other brother and he promised to call me on my cell and give me an update of the project, quote....no response...even after 2 weeks from both the brothers......call the receptionist and left message with phone number again no response...It looks as if these meat heads think they are giving the sunrooms for free...I am paying for my sunroom !!! This is the lousiest business I have ever dealt with....
