I had the exact opposite experience as the two reviewers before me. I don't know if it's because they are a year old and the company has undergone a change or if it's something else. But the team was quick, responsive, respectful, not-pushy, and did a stellar job on converting our patio into a sunroom. Couldn't be happier with the cost, quality or time-frame. Thanks guys! We love our new sun room!
