Ron in the service department is the Kindest most caring service manager I've ever met. I brought them my f450 with so many electrical gremlins and he treated me like it was his truck. Always answered my calls, had the truck fixed fast and at a fair price. Will reccomended him and this service department for ever! Thank you again Ron for the white glove treatment. Truck runs great now!

The service when purchasing my vehicle was awesome. I am really enjoying my vehicle. I am very happy with the guidance and patience from the salesperson when deciding which vehicle was best for me. The service department was awesome when I needed work done. Jesse was great when he kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I really appreciated the phone calls. I am loving and enjoying my explorer.

Leased my 2016 Ford Mustang from this dealership two years ago. 22,000 miles on the car and my AC breaks. They scheduled me an appointment two months later to have it fixed under warranty. Following this, I was involved in an accident and the car had to be repaired causing me to miss my appointment and schedule a new one two weeks later.

I am now over my warranty, due to their own delay, and they are refusing to fix a manufacturer defect that was caused under warranty. Instead, they will not give me my car back, and are asking me to pay 3,000$ to get it fixed.

I planned on purchasing my car at the end of my lease, but the absolute dishonesty and unfairness moving around this dealership is appalling. They have 100% lost a sale, and I will be voluntarily returning the car early, and I ll happily pay any fees needed, just so I don t have to seem like a moron paying 3,000 to fix my AC. PROTIP: if I wanted to drop 4,000 in the first two years on a car, I would have gotten a 10 year old beater and made it a race car.

The following is a letter I wrote to the Sales Manager of this dealership back in December of 2018 due to the very positive experience both myself and my wife shared in dealing with this dealership. Prior to meeting with this dealership we did all our research, knew what we wanted, and unfortununately other dealerships failed to show acceptable customer service.

Commendation of Praise for your Dealership

Jeremy, I just wanted to share with you a well deserved commendation for both you and your entire team which both my wife and I had the opportunity of associating with today. Of most special note for an attitude of "how can I help you?" goes to both Chip and Kim! Chip had tried to help me on three specific deals, all of which had sold out from under us. This morning we were on our way up to Sunrise for the one remaining Expedition with a 201A package. Chip called me when I was within 20 min of arrival (of 1.5 hr trip) to advise that this Expedition too had been sold just yesterday evening after he left so he was unaware till this am. But offered putting us in another vehicle (200A) and offered to do the seats in leather. Well, both my wife and I were quite upset, as a matter of fact she was fed up and wanted to turn around and go else where. I was able to calm her down and have her agree to still visit your dealership and see what can be worked out. Let me also explain at this time that we would not have nearly been so upset if not for such a very poor customer experience at two other dealerships just the previous day. We experienced salesmen conducting themselves in a dishonest and underhanded manner, and having a very limited understanding of their product, lending to give the car sales profession a bad reputation. So, when we heard the bad news from Chip, we figured.......here we go again. Upon arrival to Sunrise we were warmly greeted by your friendly greeter, who introduced us to Chip, then we were quickly joined by Kim. It was impressive that Kim was up to speed with why we were there and clearly wanted to provide a solution. We were willing to hear the plan regarding the after market leather upgrade, had some concerns, you yourself even stepped in to answer one of the concerns. But unfortunately, it soon became apparent the plan would not work since there was a little more to a 201A than just leather. Additionally, the entire interior was black, instead of the med. stone, and exterior was Oxford instead of white metallic. Chip, then had the idea that we might be interested in a loaner Expedition. It happened to be exactly what we were looking for. Chip and Kim then worked with us to get us a deal that we were happy with. They turned what started out as a very negative impression to one which gave us a renewed faith in our car buying experience. I also want to add that in general we noted a very positive sincere friendly and helpful attitude from every one we came in contact with. For example, one of the guys behind the center desk (with his dog) took the time to explain and review with us the specific finance questions regarding a payment calculator discussion. Then, Brian was great ( very friendly and made us feel right at home) when he sat down with us to go over the finance paperwork and sign on the dotted line. Finally, I want to thank you. I tried to get the right time to speak with you, but could see you were a quite busy. I am a manager in a very customer oriented market as well, and know firsthand that having such a team that performs as well together as I observed with the performance of your team takes much attention. So in closing, thank you for leading and working shoulder to shoulder with your team to provide a quality driven, warm personable customer experience.
Too many times we take the time to complain when things go wrong, but tend to over look opportunities to express a sincere thank you. Please share this very positive experience which was only possible by everyone's teamwork and effort.

He made sure we were all very comfortable and had everything we needed during our car buying experience. I felt zero pressure. It was definitely one of the easiest and quickest car buying experiences we have ever had. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Sunrise Ford and ask for Bill Hughes! He is a great man!

I always receive great service when I take my Car for routine maintenance. The staff are very friendly and go over everything after the work is performed. Super fast and a much better experienced compared to other dealerships I've dealt with in the past.

I bought some new tires for my F150 Limited here. I checked Sam's Club, Tires Plus, Tire Kingdom, other dealerships (GM/Ford/Chrysler), and of the few dealerships that carried the right size tire, Sunrise came out about $300 less (still $900...I blame inflation haha). I did my homework, and I was looking for a very specific tire, the Hankook Ventus RH06 ST (seriously, there are only like 4 companies that even make a 275/45/22 tire. And most reviews said they lasted under 20k miles). The Hankooks seemed to be the exception though. ANYWAY. Sunrise Ford. Best price. Could get the tire. Case closed.
As far as service...here is where things got a little dicey, and I'll be upfront about it; the tire installation took 3 hours. I asked for them to get it done as quickly as possible, and called ahead, but I was only able to get free around 130, and since Sunrise gets such good reviews, obviously everyone wants to go there. And because everyone goes there, the mechanics must have been overrun, and delayed their lunch breaks, which meant I showed up right when they finally where able to catch a break. (hey, people gotta eat). So this is probably partially bad timing on my part. I still wasn't happy about 3 hours to change tires. BUT, my advisor, Jorge, who was a HUGE help when I was getting quotes apologized, kept me abreast of the situation and why there was a delay, and offered me a complimentary detailing because of the wait. So, he definitely saved the day.
I've been eyeing a new Limited for a while now, and when I decide to pull the trigger, Sunrise Ford is the only place I'll be shopping. HUGE shoutout to Jorge, he deserves a raise if he hasn't gotten one already. If it wasn't for him, this review likely would have been 3 stars, but he saved the day. I will be recommending them to my friends and clients in the future. Thanks guys!

Went in for "no volume/ sound" on the oem radio on 2010 fusion, $110 to diagnose the problem that I read about online (bad acm). And when they came back with an estimate of $ 835.50 to fix it , that was it! I was disappointed in Ford and thier Service department. Found a replacement acm on eBay for $54. But you guessed it ...needs to go back to Ford to "reprogram" it ..what a racket! Also no complementary car wash on the way out !! I'll pay the local mechanic next time.

Showed up 2 weeks ago to purchase a 2020 F150 V8 Magnetic color. I had been communicating with Chip but got passed off to Leo due to arriving after 4:00 pm.
Leo seemed like an ok guy, but didn't give off a great vibe.
After 2 attempts to pitch me a "deal" on the truck I had to leave.
One offer, Leo listed a trade in value of my 2016 F150 about 2k to low. His second offer had a higher trade in value, but then showed the MSRP about $1600 higher than the window sticker price......well played Leo.
24hrs later, I bought a 2020 F150 V8 in Magnetic from Kisselback Ford in Saint Cloud. Go see Elias, he knows how to deal with customers.

Bought our 2016 Ford Edge from Chip Durant in December 2019. Chip was very helpful in our decision. Good price, low mileage. The negotiation with Chip was not too painful and we eventually reached a deal that was acceptable to me that included a trade-in. I felt we did a good job getting to a price but then I made a mistake...it was in finance. I saw many inquiries on my credit report. I'm sure other finance companies offered better rates better than what I got. The finance manager picked the one with the highest rate that would pay him a rebate on the interest rate. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU FINANCE AT THE DEALERSHIP. Bring your own financing when you KNOW you have good credit! Chip was great....finance manager, not so much. I had to refinance it at 2% below what the rate given to me at Sunrise.

I was looking to purchase a truck specifically a 2015 sierra Denali. I found the perfect truck on the autotrader.com. The truck was located at sunrise ford. I made inquiries with Chip Durant through email. Most dealership wants to negotiate in person. I was able to secure a price online. Two week later without notice I visited the dealership. I had great car buying experience along with my two kids. Chip Durant went over the vehicle features along with pointing some cosmetic defects. Provide my kids with snacks and made them feel apart of my experience. I got the truck wanted for the price I wanted. I was able to get a new permanent plate at the dealership rather than a temporary tag. Paperwork was a breeze. So far I had the truck for six months no issues thus far.

This was my first visit to the service dept. at Sunrise Ford of Fort Pierce, FL. I was welcomed by the first service rep I saw. He completed my paperwork quickly, showed me where to wait and told me the service would take about an hour. The waiting room is clean and pleasant. Everyone who walked through said hello. And in one hour I was in my car headed home. Not my last visit to Sunrise Ford I'm sure!

UPDATE: After leaving my review I was contacted by Rebecca Lassiter the Assistant to the General Manager. Rebecca was very apologetic and sympathetic to my issue and assured me that they had spoken to the person that I had spoken to in service. I was not expecting that. I have been a Manager in Customer Service for over 20 years and it is very nice to see a company that cares enough to reach out to the customer and attempt to make things right. I know Sunrise Ford has been around forever so I am happy they called to explain the situation which wound up being a misunderstanding on the service writers part. I will be going back to Sunrise for my next service appointment. Rebecca Thank you for understanding my situation and for reaching out to me. You are the hero in this story.

Original Review: Called service for a recall on my 2013 Ford Edge Brake booster and was told the problem is an o-ring that is on national backorder. Hung up and called Mullinax Ford in Vero.. Their service center said no problem bring it in. I did and they replaced the complete booster and gaskets under warranty no problem. Done in 3hrs.

Absolutely great experience. My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past few years. Best buying experience ever. After the purchase of the 2012 F250 the air conditioning went out on us. The service department and sales team really helped out. They scheduled a time to bring the vehicle in for repair and even rented us a vehicle to drive all at no cost to us. None of this was expected or asked for, they made sure everything was taken care of.

This week I took our latest vehicle an Expedition in for service and again couldn t be happier with the experience. In fact they were even less expensive on the repair work then if I took the vehicle to a chain mechanic shop. Everyone is awesome and we will continue to be customers.

I was pleased with how they handled my car. Ron told me that they ordered my part on Monday and it should be back by that Wednesday and he was going to have them to work on it on Thursday. It came on Wednesday and they started on it the same day and I had it on Thursday!!!!

Sunrise Truck World salesman misrepresented a pre-owned vehicle they had for sale. After I very specifically asked Coach to identify any deficiencies on the vehicle he misled me by stating that it was in excellent condition with no defects or blemishes. On 2 March I provided a $500 deposit and drove over 4 hours from Tampa only to find a complete disappointment. A $38,000 F-150 Platinum was a ragged out rust bucket. Frame, chassis, suspension and drivetrain completely covered in rust, A/C that wasn't fully operational, worn seating & interior, wheels covered in filiform corrosion, and a ride that was as loose and worn as a 100,000 mile farm truck. To top it all off, they did not refund my $500 deposit until 30 March after I called and reminded them to return it, therefore causing me to pay interest on the charge. Don't walk...RUN AWAY from this place!

My Daughter is home from the US Military on leave and had decided she was buying a car in the next couple of days. So she started looking as several cars to include the Ford Ranger. She stopped at this location with her mother to test drive one before making a decision. She was greeted by a man riding around in a golf cart that was too lazy to get out of and was extremely rude. He actually told here she could not afford them and even said she should go look at a competitors vehicle, and told her she could not test drive the vehicle. Funny thing is she just drove a new Dodge Challenger RT. The way they treated her and the whole situation was down right rude. If they treat people and our US military like this I would not buy anything from this dealer group and suggest you not either. I will also be contacting Ford Motor Company to advise them of the incident.

I have been a customer with Sunrise Ford for many years. I made an appointment last week for oil change and tire rotation. I had a 7:30 appointment, arrived on time and was on my way before 9:00.

I own a Ford F-250 and needed an oil change. Usually, I will do it myself or go to an independent oil change business, however this time I wanted to try my local Ford dealership. I have to say that I was very impressed.

I made an appointment, arrived early, and was greeted by a friendly attendant. My truck was taken right back an within an hour, just as I was promised, my truck was ready to go.

The waiting room was clean and had complimentary coffee and snacks and I don t mean some burnt Maxwell house and stale crackers, there was Starbucks single serves and Kind bars. Clearly Sunrise Ford cares for mine and my trucks well-being.

This experience will have me coming back again! Thank you Sunrise!

Those faithful Ford customers in Vero Beach are fortunate to have the "Premier" Sunrise Ford dealership in Fort Pierce, FL. Unlike the substandard Ford dealer here in Vero, Sunrise Ford provides outstanding service and support. I'm surprised that Ford Corporate Headquarters allows the Vero Dealership to display the Ford logo. The poor service at Velde serves only to taint the good name of Ford Motor company. Keep up the great service Sunrise! And please take over management of the franchise in Vero Beach!

I had the opportunity to work with Bill Hughes. Just a down-to-earth kind of guy who is willing to go the extra mile. But, it wasn't just Bill, but the entire staff. Even though I was only in the market for an inexpensive second car, the entire staff was very professional and very, very respectful. I felt they really appreciated me for the paltry amount I was there to spend!!!

I did my homework before I got there. I knew what car I wanted to see, my down payment, term and even interest rate. I knew exactly where my payment should be. I was ready for some dealer trickery, but it never happened. Bill was very transparent throughout the entire process. During the test drive, Bill praised the dealership for their honesty and integrity, and they proved it. After a couple of trips back and forth to his sales manager, we reached what I felt was an equitable deal for both. 10-minutes...Max!

I actually received a much better interest rate than I thought I would get on a used 2014 car. The numbers I got from the dealer were spot-on to what I brought in with me. Afterwards, Bill double checked to insure everything he promised was done. He left no stone unturned. Paper work was seamless. Total time spent there? About 2.5 hours. A lot of that was just waiting for the car to be cleaned and prepped.

Nice job Sunrise Ford, and Thank You!
