Terrible place to work!! The money is good but not worth being treated like trash!!! I worked in the michelle building for three months at first it was great until they expected me to cram every sop in, in less than a week and know how to do the job. First im gonna start by saying the site leader is a joke he knows nothing about this job or what it entails and supervisors there are just as bad except one and he was my supervisor. My trainers were terrible people won't name names but lets just say they are and were(i say were because one moved to another position right before i left)1st shift prep. Literally treated me like i was an idiot after my 3rd day when i became overwhelmed with how much they expected you to learn so fast. Those girls cut alot of dangerous corners to get done with the work as fast as they did, one of the job requirements was to shower daily before coming to work and one openly admitted to not bathing daily and the other supposedly showered at night but openly talked about having sex with their boyfriend before coming to work and not showering, yet worked in a position that required cleaning of the fill equipment, sterlizing the vials and medicine. Never garbed correctly again as i said cut alot of dangerous corners to be in a company that produces medicine that is injected into your blood. I loved everyone on second shift they were so layed back and welcoming. I was let go supposedly for not catching on but i got a job at greer and was signed off in the same position in less than a month. Go figure. What I think essentially caused my termination was that during shut down i could not participate in some of the cleanings because my trainers did not properly train me on gowning up for me to be certified again because they pick and chose who they liked and didn't. The messed up part is that i was still at work that day that i was called and terminated and didn't get The message until the next day. The owner really needs to do a major deep cleaning and remove these negative people because it's making the name of this company give alot of people a bad taste in their mouths. Alot of bad energy, people, and attitudes in that place.

This company is disgusting. I was brought in as a new employee. My third day there, my trainer forgot about me and fogot I was even there to the point I was late taking my lunch break. The next day my supervisor came and lectured me because someone reported me for taking breaks at the wrong time which I had not. This morning I had forgotten my work glasses and had to come back home to get them. I was tardy by 5 minutes. I was told that it was okay and understandable and since it was my first it would not effect my employment. After I got home they called and terminated me for mutiple tardies which is untrue. This company and its employees forget about you and if someone doesn't like you they make up lies to get you in trouble. They say they are a clean company by I myself saw a roach in the bathroom. Do not work for this company.
