trade in non-existent goods, or set false prices, then cancel the order. The site is not monitored at all, even products for 0 euros are displayed there
Many times I managed to regret having contacted them - this is the worst online store that I have ever encountered. Delivery is already 2+ weeks late, and the goods have not yet been received, although for a week they have been feeding them promises that "the goods have been sent." What and where they sent it can only be assumed, tk. Omniva delivers parcels in Latvia in a maximum of one day.
I'm not talking about any notifications about delays, apologies for inconveniences, etc. ... this is definitely not about this company.
It is extremely difficult to get through to the support center, support via facebook is generally not clear to whom.
NEVER use their services, it is better to overpay, but do not waste time on them.
On Saturday, I ordered the goods on Monday, I took everything quickly and conveniently + parking 15 minutes free for customers, the staff helped to bring the box of medium weight to the car, for which special thanks
This office doesn't deserve a single star - yes, I'm so disappointed. I ordered the product - the next day (in the morning) the employee calls and says that the product is not available in the quantity I need - will I take it in a smaller quantity ?! I agreed because I really needed that product. The employee says that I can come for the goods in the evening of the same day or the next day. Arrived after the goods the next day. IT HOW THE STORE OPENS 9:00. Really opened only at 9:10. Okay, that's nothing yet. When I entered, the staff wasn't ready for work (and I'm not in a hurry to enter the store). Entering the room, a beautiful view opens - I see a room where 3 employees sit almost next to each other, without wearing masks. Ok, that's still it. But what I didn't like most was that I had to see their "warehouse" as a customer. The employees' desks are loaded with everything and are located at the end of the room, in front of which there are half-unloaded boxes, all kinds of bags, papers from the boxes (in which something was definitely packed). Does the customer really need to see that view? In my opinion, the customer does not have to see the place where the goods are stored, how they are stored and what order (in this case - disorder) is provided on the premises.
The problem with my order follows, because I have not received an sms that the product is ready, to which I answer that an employee called me and said that I could safely pick it up (only warned that it is not in the quantity I need, to which I replied that I would take as much as there is). Of course, my product is investigated in all corners, in all boxes, under the papers, in the warehouse. And nothing gratifying. Tried to "smear" a similar product, to which I replied that I didn't need one. Another employee joined - again all the same, which resulted in the fact that another employee had been in the warehouse the previous day, but forgot to take it or simply did not take it, or did not want to take it, or all sorts of other options, why not brought it from the warehouse. To my question, whether customers are not warned that the goods are not and will not be, I did not receive a specific answer, only "understand, such a situation has occurred". Another employee has already had a look at the warehouse system and announces that my goods are no longer in stock at all. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!! Another employee offers me to leave my address so that when my product appears, they can contact me and deliver this product home (delivery promised free of charge). EVEN MORE THANK YOU !!!!! I refuse, of course.
Prospective customers - please note the feedback. I no longer wish to be associated with this office. For the first and last time, I don't want to waste any more time and money, I better add a euro and buy it in the biggest, most recognizable and trusted i-stores.

A good and reliable online store, already a couple of times ordered things here, everything was ok. Got them pretty quickly without delay. At prices, too, everything is in order, in many positions, prices are among the best among all online stores.
Prices are low. The store has been around for a very long time. I received the order, but I had to call myself, but I could not get through the phone, they answered the letter well.
DO NOT BUY THERE ANYTHING !!! 20.06. ordered the goods, the delivery time was specified 26.06. via omniva. There was no confirmation of the mail, the operator did not contact by phone. As a result, the goods did not come. 26.06. on the hundredth attempt to get through to them, the operator asked to send a payment. And that's all ... no more calling ... DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE !!!
Almost impossible to call, and and in any case a very serious attitude.

I ordered 2 antennas. One came. They said that the photo incorrectly indicated that there were 2 of them.
It s been 9 days I haven t received my table fan that I ordered.(Where they mentioned to be delivered within 2 days) I have sent them several email but no reply even for the calls though. Stupid service. I must suggest not to shop here online.
