Sunny Service company Review

Austin did a great job. He was on time and professionally dressed. He explained problems that he encountered in both our 15+ year old systems. He showed me how to access and change the filter pads on our unusual filter system. A great experience!

Sunny Service did a great job installing our new Lennox HVAC systems. Our installation manager, Mason, setup and explained the thermostats. They cleaned up after the installation and helped move our furniture back. They were punctual. The hvac units are suspended in cradles, a very tidy professional installation. Ducts are well sealed to prevent leakage. Zoning was done exactly as requested. Communication with their front desk has been exemplary. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended!

I've been using Sunny for years. They have competent technicians who always know what to do to solve whatever problem the HVAC system is having.

Great experience. My technician, Stephen, was nice, polite, and knowledgeable. I like how I received a text and phone call when Stephen was on his way to my house. He took care of a few urgent issues with my A/C. They also offer a monthly service plan with many benefits. I definitely trust this place and will use them again in the future.

Sunny Service's service providers were punctual and extremely professional. They offered different alternatives to fix a mini split A/C unit located in our sunroom and I'm happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend!

As a result of this outstanding performance, whenever we ship our units to this area of Texas, you can rest assured that Sunny HVAC will do the job. I consider Jonathan to be the senior technician that we will request from Sunny HVAC to do our installs.
Sunny Heating and Air Conditioning is a top-notch company and I look forward to doing business with them as our go to installer and possibly our retailer in that region of Texas. Our air conditioner went out during the hottest week of the year. When we contacted our home warranty company, they said we would have to wait almost a week for service. With temperatures in the triple digits and a baby on the way, we couldn t wait that long. We called Sunny Services and someone came the same day. Matt, the technician was very helpful. He diagnosed the issue, explained it, fixed it, and gave simple advice to prevent a re-occurrence. I definitely recommend Sunny Services.

Absolutely fantastic service and quality work. Called for service April 2019 to warranty a compressor and replace our 11 year old furnace. All the technicians were working so the owner himself came to our home so we would not have to wait in the heat. He completed a survey, laid out options, was very friendly, and held true to the upfront cost.
The technicians were very courteous and did great workmanship on the install. Felt very safe with them in our home and never had to question their skill after talking with them. The previous install was done very poorly. They went above what was required by fixing the poor original work and cleaning the furnace area.
Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for AC/Heating work. Could not be more pleased. Very fair pricing and excellent work. Will be telling my friends and neighbors.

Austin and Caleb were my service techs. They performed a heating system inspection and installed a new Nest thermostat. They both did a great job going through the inspection and performing the install. Very professional and thorough.

Michaell and Edwardo did a very good job of installing our new AC/heating system. They were very friendly and curtious and freely answered all my questions.

My A/C quit cooling Sunday evening. Monday morning I called. Sunny Service had Anthony at my home by noon. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed under warranty from Trane. It still cost $300, but was worth it to get my house cool again. It has been sweltering for a week with high humidity and temps in the 90's. I need my A/C!

Brandon has been outstanding! He came to my house once before to service my air conditioner, but this time it was to service my furnace. He has always delivered excellent customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives in-depth details of whatever is needed and what has been done.

Our furnace was out and I called at 7:30 and Cesar was here by 7:30. Several parts were bad and all was fixed after going for the parts by noon.

We had our ac units serviced by Sunny Service and we couldn t be more satisfied. Our tech, Stephen McCave was outstanding. He was very personable, very thorough and very competent. The thing I liked most about Stephen was his honesty. If he didn t know something, he would tell me and he would get someone from his company to follow up with me. The front office was good too. We were leaving town and the scheduler and Stephen made sure we got same day service even though they were fully booked. You won t go wrong if you select this company.

Dustyn was very professional and knowledgeable. He found an issue that was caused by another company that installed our inside unit. Our A/C is working better than ever. There was an issue with the fan on the outdoor unit. He quickly gave us a quote without having to call in or looking up the cost. He also didn t try to hard sell us on the repair. He said it was one of those issues that could cause the fan to go out in a week or ten years and to address it at that time. This is a great company that I would recommend to everyone!

HVAC technician Caleb arrived promptly and did a thorough system check and repair. He is polite, professional and courteous. Most importantly he knows his trade. I feel that my HVAC unit is in good hands.

I recently used Sunny Service based on their Google reviews and was so glad I did. While scheduling an appointment Carol said it was even possible to have a tech out the same day. After receiving a phone call that he was on the way, Justin arrived on time and couldn t have been more polite, profesional and respectful of my property. Before I booked Sunny Service, I was amazed to see so many good reviews. After my service, I now know why. Their communication was on point. They called me a half an hour before my appointment window to assure me the tech would arrive shortly. I received a text when Brandon was on his way with a short little bio on him. It was a very personable feature I appreciated. While he was here, he was professional and knowledgeable. The diagnosis took a few minutes and the job to fix my leaky ac unit took no more than 10 minutes. Price was fair. I declined the regular maintenance program and they didn t try any guilt sale tactics. Overall a great experience.

We were contacted by Sunny Service as a result of an inquiry of a COSTCO affiliation program. Brendon met with us and gave us an estimate on replacing our HVAC/AC system. This was not our first estimate, we had contacted two other companies before Brendon came for his estimate.

The thing which impressed us the most was Brendon's thoroughness. He measured our rooms to make sure we would have the right size system for our house. He also checked out the system and our "air returns" ducts. Neither of the other companies did any of these things. Brendon explained that we needed to fix our "air return" ducts and that Sunny Service could do that at the same time our new system could be installed. The bonus was that it actually came in under the prices we were quoted by the other companies and neither of the other companies would have fixed our "air return" ducts with their quoted prices.

Mason and Juan were the two team leaders who came to our house on the day of installation. And they had two crew members with them. They worked very efficiently and everyone was always doing something. As busy as they were, all were very respectful and answered all of our questions. Mason and Juan both made sure we understood everything that was going on.

When they had completed the installation and showed us our attic, we thought we were in someone else's house. The system was installed using a cable system and the attic was cleaned up beyond recognition. They even installed a couple of particle boards on the rafters to make future maintenance easier. Gone were the messy tangle of wires left by the previous system (and the company which installed it). Mason made sure our thermostats were up and running as well as our cell phone apps, which replicate the thermostats on the walls.

It has been 3 days now since the new system has been installed and we are extremely comfortable. Our house heats properly in this cold weather and I am sure it will cool down properly as well, when the warmer weather comes.

Yes, we highly recommend Sunny Service -- extremely competent, courteous and professional employees. In short, they knew what they were doing and did everything that was asked and then some.

The only reason that I gave them a 5 star rating, is because there's not a 6 star rating available!!! Our installers, Mason and Michael, were super great! They were very thorough in showing us everything about our new system, and explained everything to us in detail. I couldn't be more pleased with this Company!! Woke up this morning to a hot house, apparently at some point last night my air conditioner decided to stop working. I had never heard of this company before and honestly picked them because they were open at 7 a.m on a Friday. I called at about 7:30 a.m and was guaranteed a time slot from 10 -1 p.m. At 10:30 a.m a tech named Samuel showed up. Words can not express how great he was! He had a great personality and was extremely knowledgeable!! This was by far the best experience I have ever had with customer service from the phone call this morning to the technician saving the day! Jon De La Rosa responded to a service call I made about my AC. He showed up early and was very patient in explaining all of the options I had on fixing my AC. Excellent customer service, very friendly and more informative than any other previous service technicians from other companies I have dealt with in the past. The guys were on time, layed down cover on floors to protect my wood floors explained everything to me when they finished cleaned everything up TOOK away everything no trash left behind. I would recommend Sunny Service. I was referred by a neighbor saying that they are a straight shooter company. I found this to be true today.

Last week I had A/C issues. I called Sunny Services out because they had just given the thumbs up with one of their tune-ups. Sunny Services ran a diagnostic and it didn't look good. Yesterday, their Comfort Advisor came by with some options. Neither the Tech or Advisor had ever see my A/C issue, a ticking reversing valve. Today, the Comfort Advisor called and asked me to try something. Try removing your Nest Thermostat and replace it with your old Thermostat. I did just that. It completely solved my problem. No more loud ticking noise.

They stated Nest Thermostats have been failing and or causing other parts of the systems to fail prematurely.

Thank you for the suggestion to remove the Nest Product.

Never fails your AC goes out when it's 1,454,879 degrees outside. I called on Friday and they were able to get me scheduled for Tuesday (much sooner than I expected considering the time of year. the young lady who scheduled my service was very kind and knowledgeable. (so sorry i forgot her name) Jim showed up on time (actually early) great start! he has made this process a breeze! I can't express how glad I am that he is my tech. He explained everything that was going on, showed me exactly what he was going to do, listened to and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. Because of this there is no doubt ill be using Sunny Service for all of my HVAC needs. I am writing this as the cool air is starting to flow through my house, man I almost forgot what it felt like.
