Before I booked Sunny Service, I was amazed to see so many good reviews. After my service, I now know why. Their communication was on point. They called me a half an hour before my appointment window to assure me the tech would arrive shortly. I received a text when Brandon was on his way with a short little bio on him. It was a very personable feature I appreciated. While he was here, he was professional and knowledgeable. The diagnosis took a few minutes and the job to fix my leaky ac unit took no more than 10 minutes. Price was fair. I declined the regular maintenance program and they didn t try any guilt sale tactics. Overall a great experience.
