Sunny Service company

I really didn't believe the overly positive reviews until I had Sunny Svc come out to my house to look at my 20yr old AC unit. Stephen was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

My usual experience with Bunny service has been excellent and their service people are always thorough, efficient and polite; that includes Austin yesterday.

Great service! Sam explained what was needed to get my AC up working again.He provided many options. I did not feel pressured in to the service I chose to get done. Very friendly, professional, and fast! Will definitely use Sunny Service again.

Very fast service. Austin arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call late on a Friday afternoon. He inspected my system, explained the issue and replaced the damaged part quickly. Very professional.

First time homeowner here. Stephen was the tech I was supposed to have on Saturday. I had actually overslept and missed that appointment, and he was very kind and understanding about it on my next appointment Wednesday. I know from my own business how frustrating that can be, and although I had effectively wasted his time on Saturday, he was incredibly professional and informative on Wednesday. He took a lot of time just to educate me on how my AC unit works so I ll be better equipped in the future. By doing so, he not only helped me make sure I ll be able to handle things more independently going forward, but assured my return to Sunny Service should I need any further assistance. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

I did the research for duct cleaner service and also had another vendor, Milestone, come out and give me a price. What won me over about Sunny Service had nothing to do with the price, it was about the customer service Austin provided. What I mean is, both Sunny Service and Milestone looked over the same area of our furnace, pulled out the air filter and looked it over. Milestone put the dirty filter back in and went on. Sunny Service saw a clean filter right by the furnace and swapped it out and threw the dirty one away in the trash. It may be something simple but it made a HUGE difference. Austin also wasn't trying to sell products and tell me I needed over a thousand dollars worth of work like Milestone did. Austin gave GREAT customer service and I would DEFINITELY chose Sunny Service.

Mr. Johnny was absolutely a great technician. He solved my problem and went above and beyond to fix my air conditioning. Even in the rain pouring down he never stopped until it was fixed and cooling. Excellent work and employee. Thanks Mr. Johnny for doing a great job. Great company.

This is my second time using Sunny Service and they are, by far, the best. Always same day service, even on a Saturday of a hot holiday weekend, and at no additional charge! My technician Moe was very informative and explained what was wrong and was able to replace the part on the spot. He even took the time to say hello to my obnoxious pets getting in his way! I will continue to use and recommend Sunny Service for any heating or air conditioning needs.

My overall experience today was wonderful. My heater went out and I was able to have a technician come out today, he was very prompt, polite, and friendly. He diagnosed the problem right away and explained to me what was wrong then quickly replaced the part and ran my unit a few times to make sure it was all working properly before he left. I highly recommend Sunny Service for all your HVAC needs.

Moe arrived within 35 minutes of my call to Kristi in the office. He was professional and took great pains to explain everything he was doing to determine why my compressor was not functioning. He identified a leak on a return valve that sadly was not repairable. He did arrange for a Sunny Services sales rep to come by later today to give us a quote on a new system. I came home from work to a busted ac in August heat. Johnny at Sunny Service was able to come the same day I called and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Highly recommend.

Professional and responsive service! Helped us out when our a/c went out on a Sunday and is the only place that was able to send out a tech the same day. Our tech Johnny was very helpful and took the time to explain the repair and the cost.

We have installed a new Lennox system 3 years ago and dampers were installed but, the company that installed the system don't seem to have the knowledge on adjusting dampers. Sunny Service came out and adjusted the speed of the fan and found that the charge was a little low. They are suppose to come back out and make adjustments on the dampers, hopefully to make the entire house balanced in temperature.

We started using Sunny Service AC a few years ago. We always get very professional and very knowledgeable techs. They are always quick to respond and solving the issue. They dont overcharge and give fair prices. Brandon and Johnny, I appreciate you coming out and getting our system back up quickly before my daughter's BDay party.

The technician was very knowledgeable, he was polite and went above and beyond. Not only did he repair the AC and restore it to working order, but he also cleaned out the drainage hose and hardwired the thermostat directly to the power in the unit so the thermostat no longer needed batteries. Very happy to have a working AC! I thought I needed a new AC altogether but a $400 repair was all that was needed. Thank you!

Sunny Service's technician Johnny came out to provide our annual winter heating checkup and service. Johnny was outstanding in both his knowledge/expertise and his personal interaction with us - very friendly and quick to answer all our questions fully. In the years past we had been long term customers of Sunny Services's Previous company - which was Great. They sold that company to others. The quality of customer relations and technicians of the sold company soon after started moving downward. Eventually the original owners opened their New business of "Sunny Service HVAC" and I am happy to say that once again we have the quality of service, expertise, customer relations, and great technicians that we once had in the past. I am glad Sunny Services owners decided to create their new organization/business and bring back Trustworthy, quality services to it's customers.

I have had a contract for H VAC check-up with Sunny Services for the last three years, today Brandon arrived at my home on schedule and proceeded to check my air conditioning. Brandon was Polite, Professional and I would highly recommend him and Sunny Services to anyone needing H VAC work or just a tune-up. Saved me $4,900 by giving me a second opinion. Was told I needed to replace the outside unit by another shop, ended up being thermostat. They are not only a well oiled machine when it comes to process, they are smart too. Editing to add that it was Dustyn, who was my tech who did such a great diagnosis and repair.

Very please with Sunny Service. My tech s name was Austin. Very polite, clarified all my questions and gave me good suggestions to consider. No heavy sales pitch. He was on time and got right to work and was very professional and neat. He cleaned up after he worked in several areas of the house. My father in law first used this group a few months ago and Austin keeps the tradition alive with his spirit and professionalism. Very satisfied.

Provided me with complete operating instructions when done. One of two good home service experiences I have had in 40 years of home ownership.

Juan showed up on-time. He was here to install an air scrubber. The installation was done quickly. After he was done, he explained the scrubber's operation and how to turn off the ozone feature if we didn't like the smell. Juan was professional, pleasant to work with, and yet personable. He always goes above and beyond in explaining what he did and how it should affect the operation of our HVAC system!

Johnny was able to come earlier than my scheduled appointment which was a huge plus. He was super knowledgeable and great guy. I was having issues getting power to my Nest thermostat and Johnny had it working and even helped me set it up in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

I called a couple other companies but was not impressed with the impression I was given over the phone. Sunny Service from the first call made was polite, professional, understanding and quick to take action. Dustyn the technician was quick, straight to the point, and I didn t feel like her was trying to take advantage. I really appreciate the little things that make a stressful experience into a Pleasant one.

Everyone was so nice, from the first phone call to the technicians to the sales dept. Service was fast and very well done. We had to replace our entire unit and, not only did they come out the same day on a friday, they put in a temporary unit to get us through the weekend until the new unit could be installed. It was amazing service all the way around!

We hired them on HVAC service for our small warehouse in Arlington, Texas. At the beginning they are showing that they can handle the service. I don't think they can handle any commercial services at all. They have been giving us false promises and basically charging us for minimum level of service. Beware!!!!!

We were referred to Sunny Service by our previous service provider who has chosen to scale back their area of business. That said a lot about the recommendation. We were greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly technician who provided excellent service. Sunny Service has modern billing as well as quality controls in place check behind one another assuring work is done to the highest standards. When I had to call Sunny Service they came out immediately working me into their schedule knowing I was under a pressure situation. (Well aren't we all?) They truly went above and beyond for me I feel and not once cut corners even triple checking things other people worked on. We have enjoyed worked working with Sunny Service and the staff from scheduling to the technicians are great! Calling for AC/Heating work is not pleasurable but calling "Sunny" they make it a great experience. Even playing with our dogs! :)

I woke up to the smell of burnt electrics. Discovered it was my furnace. Especially since the next two days are supposed to be below freezing, I wanted it fixed sooner than later. Sunny was able send some one out within 2 hours. Mo was wonderful diagnosing and showing me the burnt wires, exploded capacitor. He carefully explained the options. He even had the necessary materials on his truck, and two hours later, I was warm again!! Highly recommend them.

Sunny Service installed new AC and furnace and replaced all the ductwork. Mason and his team arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Before they left for the day they made sure everything was clean and in working order. They explained the new system. Mason made sure the system was installed correctly with easy access for routine service I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

My new home has been nothing but a nightmare since buying in September of 2018. I have had plumbing, electrical and structure issues since buying (not in AS IS condition btw) so reviews have been important to me when choosing a provider. I called Sunny Service based on reviews and found the reviews to be accurate. I had Moe as my service tech and he was on time, patient, kind and explained everything to me. He provided resources to me and researched my old (1982) furnace thoroughly. I highly recommend them, they are accommodating and provide excellent customer service.

We were in need to have our heat pump replaced along with all new ductwork and return air registers. Mason and his crew did an amazing job and went above and beyond. He was very polite and informative throughout the process and took time to answer all my questions being this was the first time I've had to replace an entire HVAC system. His crew was just as polite and friendly which made the experience very pleasant. The previous ductwork looked like a hot mess. Mason and his crew transformed their work into a "work" of art. Truly. Our previous ductwork ran all along the attic floor, was poorly insulated in many areas where the original metal ductwork ran, and just wrong altogether. It was a two day process, but when it was finished, everything worked like a charm and ducts sealed to perfection. I would highly recommend Mason and Sunny Service for any HVAC needs you may have. They have been nothing but courteous and attentive throughout the process.

I called the day before to ask if they offered free estimates for AC repairs and the girl said yes and that someone would call me tomorrow to set up at time to come out. When they called me the next day, a different lady said they charge for a service call about 70 bucks or so. I was very upset because of the false promise the first lady lead me to believe. To me that demonstrates how this company has employees that aren't properly trained thus, making me think how their actual service would of been, not trust worthy. If I could rate less than 1 star on Google I would of.

Glad to see and work again with one of the best AC guys Dustin originally from D &M air conditioning. Sunny Service should keep you Dustin because you are just Awesome just like your grandfather Doyle - who used to Take care of our primary home AC and Our rental Houses AC. Good service overall. I called ahead to make sure they understood that our system was a little complicated and the tech still needed to call for assistance. Not a major deal but it happened. Took out two Honeywell EIMs and Thermostats and replaced them with Ecobees.
