I couldn't be more pleased with this Company!! Woke up this morning to a hot house, apparently at some point last night my air conditioner decided to stop working. I had never heard of this company before and honestly picked them because they were open at 7 a.m on a Friday. I called at about 7:30 a.m and was guaranteed a time slot from 10 -1 p.m. At 10:30 a.m a tech named Samuel showed up. Words can not express how great he was! He had a great personality and was extremely knowledgeable!! This was by far the best experience I have ever had with customer service from the phone call this morning to the technician saving the day! I will definitely be recommending Sunny Service to any of my friends and family! Thank you so much Samuel you were amazing!
