I would like to take this opportunity to express my delight with the wonderful service we recently received when purchasing a vehicle at Sun Toyota. These days it is not often that a sales person goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a client s piece of mind and satisfaction, however, it simply was a pleasure dealing with Michael Elgawly. I must say that, because of Michael, this was my best car shopping experience ever.

Since the day we started communicating via email, Michael always kept me in the loop, replied to all my questions and took every measure to ensure that his support was impeccable from start to the conclusion of our dealing. It is good to know that there are some companies that still believe in good client services. I have no doubt that I will, once again, return to Sun Toyota when we are ready to look for another vehicle.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Having been to various dealers throughout the area, I found that a first time buyer is often considered a first time sucker; extraordinarily high interest rates, quick talking salesmen aiming to confuse me into a rough contract, nothing was sitting well with me and I grew wary of salesmen.
Sun Toyota changed my perspective.
I was referred to Ron Cauchi by a friend and equally satisfied buyer. Ron sat me down to hammer out initial questions regarding my needs vs. desires, my fiscal capabilities, my awareness of the ins and outs, dos and don'ts in buying a vehicle for the first time. Then it was off to the car lot to parouse the best options for my needs and limitations. After 2 hours the first visit, and another 2 the second, Ron secured me an IMMACULATE deal on a pre-owned 2013 Hyundai Accent Hatchback. Mind you, I was in the market for an SUV, but my lack of established credit and short time at my current job, financing one proved impossible. That's when Ron took to the mission of finding me the most suitable vehicle for my needs, and he far exceeded my expectations for assistance and peace of mind, finding me the vehicle that is absolutely perfect for my needs.
Once I was sold, I still had to work out the paperwork and financing options, insurance, etc. Of course, first time buyer here was almost overwhelmed, but sitting down with finance manager Robert Coleman alleviated all anxieties surrounding the fiscal logistics. On top of that, the personability and conversation aside from the deal was splendid, with both Rob and Ron, which made the process of background checks and signing an abundance of documents happen in the blink of an eye.
Other notes: extremely well kept premises; other sales reps were eager to help me find my way, nobody seemed like they disliked their job; certified dealer with incredible warranty and insurance packages.
Honestly, the best auto purchasing scenario one could ask for. I highly recommend you shop here for your next new or pre-owned vehicle here!

I worked with Service Advisor Dan on a tire repair issue. I had a screw in my front driver's side tire. Dan checked the system, saw that I purchased the tires from Sun Toyota less than 2 years ago and they were still under road hazard warranty. He got my tire patched and I was on my way in short order.

Vehicle maintenance is never a preferred activity but dealing with Kira Ritchie at Sun Toyota makes it a very pleasant experience!

I want you to know. My two youngest daughters went to Sun Toyota in hunt for a car. They met Mike Scott on line and came in for a visit. They found a wonderful car and are very happy. Issac was a big help also. Five stars!!!!

I had researched the dealers the dealers in the Tampa area and felt that Sun Toyota would offer the best experience in purchasing a new vehicle. I visited their website which is excellent and easy to navigate. Within minutes I found the RAV-4 I was looking for and the estimated payment information particular to my circumstances. I entered my contact information and within a minute I received a call, a text, and an email from Young Kim offering assistance and additional information. Great customer service!

I visited the dealership with my wife the next day without an appointment and Young Kim made himself available to assist me. The inventory, the price, the value offered on my trade-in were all excellent. The buying experience was so good that we ended up buying two RAV-4s. I highly recommend Sun Toyota and Young Kim. I am 58 and this was the best car buying experience I have had.

Very disappointed oil change took 2.5hrs and I ended up being late for work.

Jason Bulluck was my salesman and he was excellent. I'll use them again and again and recommend them to everyone.

Thank you Sun Toyota and more specifically Michael Gadberry (the dentist.) Not only was I able to get the car I was looking for at a great deal, I did so with ease and without feeling pressured. Michael made me feel so comfortable and like I was in control of the situation. He also gave me the best deal in the state of Florida. On October 26, 2017 I leased my 14th New Vehicle from Sun Toyota, beginning in 1993.

Trust me, if this dealership wasn t the cream of the crop I would not have been back 13 times.

Managers Paul Ramirez and John Heisler were amazing. They pulled out all the stops to be able to get me the car I wanted and for a payment I could afford. They worked with me in every phase of the transaction.

It is abundantly clear that the management staff at Sun Toyota values my loyalty to the brand and the dealership.

Over the course of the next several weeks I will be back to the dealership for my 15th lease from Sun. I have every confidence that Paul and John will work with me again and I will leave then as pleased and satisfied as I am today.

On a side note, since I have dealt with this dealership for so long, I want to give a shout out to the other members of the dealership that have made my positive experiences complete from the Service Advisors (Greg Gamble is the man), to the parts people to the skilled mechanics.

There is no reason for me, and in my opinion anyone else to ever consider buying or leasing from any other dealership.

Before I became a salesman and made my way around to working for them I bought my first car I ever financed here. They helped me set up the loan and got me the car i wanted all while being a first time buyer. Brought my first son home in that car. Customer for life.

I traveled over 2 hours to purchase a new vehicle at Sun Toyota. All their employees were friendly and worked quickly to make sure I wasn't there for longer than necessary.

My Sales representative Pankaj was very low pressure and willing to accommodate my wishes. No one there was pushy. I can see why they were Dealer of the year last year.

My husband called the dealer in reference to a new car. Patrick Pintavalle called minutes later with information on vehicles followed by an email on the available vehicles and pricing. I have been shopping around and no other dealer responded this quickly nor provided information on vehicles available. We replied with the vehicle we were interested in and once we arrived at the dealer the car ready and waiting for a test drive. Quick and simple. by the type we signed everything it was past the closing time and the details individuals had left for the day. Patrick to the time to detail as much as he could so that I take my new car home without any sticker glue on the windows. Very appreciative.

I'm guessing they don't really have a desire to sell cars. Never have I gone to a car dealer and found a car I loved and cannot get the salesman to return a call. Extremely disappointed!!!

I received the best service I could've asked for from Jose Galindo, they really do their best to accommodate your needs and work within specific budgets and requirements. I wouldn't recommend any other place or person to my friends and family.

My home is Tampa, and my transportation is a bicycle. Pat Chaban decided to drive from Holiday to Tampa to pick me up. He arrived to my house, but I was still driving my bicycle from my office to home (15 miles). So, Pat decided to drive to my location, put my bicycle in a CONVERTICLE CAR, drove the bike to my house, and took me to Sun Toyota in Holiday, FL. From where my new Toyota took me home.

I have never had a bad experience at Toyota. I trust the people who service my car and the service personnel always are very considerate and courteous. I love the lounge area to wait and can take my iPad to keep myself busy.

The Service Center at Sun Toyota is one of the best I have dealt with in the area. Setting appointments on their website is simple and fast and I have found that your time slot is the real time slot. No pushing it out once you arrive.

Friendly, fast, and customer focused. That is Sun Toyota Service.

Large dealership with sales and service. Reasonable for dealer. Of course with toyota you will not get to know your service team very well since you will normally only see them about very 5000 miles or more as you need your normal oil change or maintenance.

Everything about this business and sales promotion is a lie. I bought Rav4. I put $ 10,000 down. The salesman didn't try to find the car I desired, just showed me the fav 4 and that was it. An extra warranty was added without my knowledge, costing an additional $ 2,000. I specifically told him I didn't want the warranty, but it was added anyway. I was told the SUV only had 11 miles on it, come to find out it had 248 miles. When I emailed the company, all I got was an "I'm sorry". The finance person was VERY rude. I DO NOT recommend this company. They never answered my questions, I was ignored and taken advantage of.
I made the mistake of buying a Rav 4 in this dealership, where the seller did nothing to find the car that I wanted, they had sent me an email where they gave me a price and they had told me about promotions where when I was there not none of this was said and the price was higher than what was sent, when I was already with the finance department I signed a document indicating that the truck had 11 miles, I was offered extra guarantees and I was very clear in saying that was not interested in any warranty. When I was already at home and I reviewed my documents I realized that they were charging me the guarantee that I clearly said that I did not want it, being at home I realized that the truck had 291 miles and when I went because the mirror was scratched and talk about that he did not agree with the miles, the only thing they said was sorry and he forgot to tell me. The truck had more miles, the financing staff is very arrogant, I am super sorry, I better have gone to Clearwater Toyota or AutoNation Toyota that has better prices.

NEVER buy an extended warranty - NEVER! One of the selling points that the sales guy pointed out was that you will "be refunded any unused portion of the warranty when you sell the vehicle"... definitely NOT true!! When I contacted Sun Toyota - I was put on hold, rerouted, left loads of voicemails and NEVER received a call from them. Pretty sad.. considering they are the ones that sold us the warranty!!!!! We even went as far as contacting a lawyer to get our close to $900 back which was owed us. They stated that we had to go through the FTC and that was almost a year ago and we'll never ever see a dime of it!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER buy an extended warranty.

As a white-haired female, I admit prior concerns about overbearing salespeople and "games". I experienced just the opposite. Ferris Hamdan is to be commended for his oversight of this dealership. My wife and I had an incredible experience here thanks to Stanley. We had a very tight and low budget, but he gave us options and picked out a car that he thought would be best for us. We closed that night on it after a test drive. The facility is beautiful, and they were fast enough to get us out in time to go catch Justice League on opening night!

I had an awesome experience with Sun Toyota from start to finish. When customer service begins from the start it goes a long way. My fiance received a call from Nick who said he will do everything in his power to beat another deal so we allowed him that chance. Another dealership was not able to provide us with what we needed. Nick called us later that day and provided us with quotes and we drove an hour to get to them. We were greeted and he had lots of knowledge. Is not doing the job right, is doing the half job from weaver hi set,you have to watch..

After purchasing a used 2016 Chevy Trax with 53k miles on it at Sun Toyota in December 2019, I quickly discovered that we had bought a lemon. However, after my third visit to the dealership to have the vehicle serviced I decided it was time to bring the issue to management. After going over my options with Omar, he did a fantastic job helping me find a new & reliable vehicle within my price range.

Omar did his absolute best to rectify this unfortunate situation and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of a 2020 Toyota Corolla. Thank you Omar, and Sun Toyota for making this process as quick and easy as possible!

Sandy is the absolute best! My family and I traveled down to the south Florida area in hopes of finding a great deal on a pre-owned minivan at their sister store. After not finding what I was looking for, I placed a phone call to Sandy at Sun Toyota where we had a very straight forward conversation. My husband and I loaded up our babies, and continued the drive to Sun Toyota where Sandy was patiently waiting on us. In less than an hour, we drove away in a pre-owned family vehicle that was immaculately clean and well maintained. Excellent customer service and transparent pricing. If you're in the market to purchase a pre--owned vehicle, ask for Sandy!!!!!!

Leroy Bostick was an accommodating and understanding sales rep. I was able to do the majority of my deal online and through my cellphone before making the 2.5 hr trip to test drive and purchase. This was very important to me since I live so far away and have 2 small kids. Leroy was attentive and everything went smoothly. Very satisfied with the dealership, rep and vehicle I purchased.

I inquired about purchasing a Tacoma online to help my Dad. I was specific in my requests to them wanting a clear out the door price which means including the taxes and fees. All other dealerships around had no problem giving me exactly what I was looking for but not Sun Toyota. They like to play games. However, my parents showed me their fee breakdown they got earlier in the day from Sun Toyota. They also charge the most fees when comparing them to my other quotes for the same exact truck. Like a Sun protection package for $1695 plus a high destination fee of $960 plus a pre delivery charge of $985! When negotiating they wouldn't remove the Sun protection package but reduced the cost to $695. Their GAP is also very high like most other dealerships. My best advice is shop online for the best price including taxes and fees to all Toyota dealerships you're willing to travel too and secure your financing elsewhere. Save yourself the hassel of going to the dealership and you will save a lot of money! I wouldn't recommend doing business with Sun Toyota. Too overpriced and shady. They will make you feel like you got a great deal but you actually need to make sure you got a great deal. They shouldn't be charging two almost identical fees. Most dealerships charge a $899 dealer fee and that's it. You don't need all the extra warranties they try to sell you either. Be an educated and patient buyer so you don't get ripped off. Even the other Toyota dealerships warned me to not even bother with Sun Toyota or they weren't surprised when we told them about our experience with them. Don't get sucked in with low finance offers because by the time you over pay for GAP and all the add on fees they will charge it's not worth it! I'd recommend financing with your bank or credit union. Keep car buying and financing separated so it's easier to know what you're paying. Negotiate the price of the car before discussing financing, down payment or trade in and never give your social at the dealership or they most likely will run your credit. We had the best customer service and offer from Clearwater Toyota. They made it a painless process to purchase from them. Terry Hummel gave me the price I was looking for with his very first offer. He listened and gave me exactly what I wanted from the start with no games. The price did not change when I went to close at the dealership either! I would gladly purchase from him again in the future.

Of course when you are buying a car from a dealership they will be as nice as your grandmother but my experience was totally different I did not purchase my car from this dealership, I took my vehicle In two this dealership To get a wheel alignment And upon picking up my car after the wheel alignment was done something when out on my car I spoke to the Management About why the lights went out on my dashboard that lights up The buttons to let you know The temperature on your air condition and the gages I accepted his explanation for this issue, Then I took my car To get new tires Then I had it issue with that The air pressure gauge would not go off So I will not be taking my vehicle back to this dealership I called many of times to speak to Sales mean that took care of me he never returned my call.

I had an absolutely horrible situation where I needed two cars FAST because my family had experienced two totaled vehicles within 5 days. We had no cars left to drive and when I walked through the door at Sun Toyota, I thought our credit scores had gone up 200 points since our last purchase a year prior. To my total surprise, our credit plummeted on that exact day by 100 points because we still had loans for the two cars and I told the financing companies that the cars were totaled so no further payments were going to be made because they would receive insurance payouts. Well, they didn't care - they dinged my credit that same day and I was shocked when I walked through the door. Courtney, the Finance Director, worked his tail off to find us financing. He had to explain our situation over and over again until someone would take us. Nael, our salesperson, kept in constant contact with me about what they were dealing with and John Marazzi, the managing partner, even emailed me and asked me "how he could help me". I was literally blown away by the service I received from every single person at Sun Toyota. We walked away with two 2019 cars. I just could never thank this team enough for everything they did for me. John Marazzi said to me in an email "what do you need? I can make things happen." Well from the top of the ladder all the way down to the delivery of the cars - he wasn't joking. I think everyone in the dealership know me and our sad story of being in a hit and run accident by a drunk driver. Thank GOD for this man and his dealership who now have helped me twice. By the way, don't buy anything but a Toyota for safety purposes. My daughter was in a head on collision in a Corolla and the insurance adjuster could not believe that with the damage of the car, no one was seriously injured. That Corolla saved my daughter's life. I'm so serious right now that I have tears in my eyes. All the airbags - like 6 of them - deployed and kept her from torpedoing out the windshield. Our salesman, Nael, didn't want to just get us in any car - he and his team WORKED their xxxxx off to get us the cars we wanted and needed. I am forever a Corolla fan and my daughter is driving a brand new one. Call me, text me, ask me anything about this dealership and I will tell you the honest truth - THEY give a xxxx about their customers!

It is great if you like Toyota's very nice and polite customer service and there is a cafe if you want anything to eat or drink. There is also free donuts and coffee. But I mostly love how polite the people are and they give you the best deals and budget price.

Omar and Marcel were wonderful in working with me and getting me in to the 2020 Tacoma. I had special conditions and circumstances which made the transaction more difficult to get done. I can't tank them enough for all of their hard work through out the process

Approximately one month ago I purchased a Toyota corolla Im. Everyone I dealt with was great to be around. I believe I met three or four people during the purchase unfortunately the only person I remember by name is Monica M. I feel like I got a great car at a great price. You have nothing to lose by stopping there when looking for your next vehicle.

In Oct 2018, against my better inner judgement i leased a prius from this place. Since i was handing over a crv lease from honda and i signed paperwork that they were taking over the remainder of the car for their selling needs. I have reviewed my paperwork to find that the orginal document was not included. I have called multiple times and no one would return my call with regards to what happened to my crv. Honda is stating they dont have it.

Also while signing they tried to manipulate the numbers stating that i could walk at anytime but as i try they refuse to let me leave stating that i was in the wrong. I felt as though the whole lease was pushed on me. Once i drove the car home and the next morining i noticed that the molding around my rear passanger window was not molded correctly. I sent a text to my seller and called the manager and no one returned my calls. This might be my first and last toyota. I have never been so disrepected before.

I purchased a pre-owned Camry from Sun Toyota and I love it! I've never had any problems with it. Recently I went in for service and my service person was Kira- she advised me that my vehicle had an oil leak, I panicked, but she calmed me down. She was polite, professional, but mostly- she didn't make me feel like "a number". She seems to truly care. She is an asset to your company! It was also nice to see a female advisor! I'll be back only to see Kira.

tried to hide the fact that rats had infested a car, and another that the engine had a been oveheated and b, the serpentine belt had busted on. ie: valve damage. for more tha 3 times what they were worth. then they call and harass you literally every week. they boast that they are a large volume dealer... yeah, thats because they sell all of the good trade-ins to OTHER DEALERS, artificially jacking the price up. what a rip off. this is one of the shadiest dealerships i have ever been to. literally shop somewhere else. they are grwat at harrassment though.

look at how many of the reviewers have onlynone or two reviews. thisnis an obvious "get tue employees friends and family to give us reviews" which is a paid or coherced review and is illegal according to the ftc. slow claps> ya. i *REALLY* wanna buy a car here. /s good job on blaitently trying to defraud the public.

This place is awesome! My wife and I stopped in to look at getting her a new Prius. DJ helped us find the right one and jumped through hoops to help us with the financing. The finance guy walked us through step by step on what we were signing and what everything was. Overall the experience could not have been any better. The car was clean, and we both love it! I arrived at Sun right when they opened. After checking in at the desk the person I was suppose to meet was paged. After 3 pages and 30 minutes come to find out he had not made it in. They hooked me up with Leslie Gray. She was very nice. She went looking for the Rav4 I had come about. Seems after looking for the vehicle it had been sent to one of their other dealers. So now I feel like it is the usual dealer trick to get you there to sell you something else. Maybe it was maybe it wasn't. But Leslie after talking with me a bit found a similar Rav4 very quickly that we took out for a drive. Leslie knew about the Rav and was able to quickly point out the various amenities. I ended up getting the Rav as it was nice. But during the financing it seemed like I was being some what pressured to purchase a warranty plan. I was shown about 4 different options. Told him I didn't really need or want one. On the lowest plan he eliminated some items and reduced others. So seemed like I didn't have a choice on that. Granted some of what they were offering might be beneficial. And the time involved over all. Still took 4 hours to complete everything. Dealers still haven't figured out how to get that down. Leslie still rocked though. Friendly, helpful, and tried to move things along quickly.

Bought a couple brand new vehicles here, and won t earn our business for the the 3rd brand new vehicle. We have had several incidents of the same issue, took to service - mind you my service guy is amazing! - but talked to managers and they are about as useless as can be. We continuously get a different story from each person, no one can fix it. Mind you the DAY we bought it, our truck had to be in service. Still having same issue. Now shopping somewhere else due to this.

I found this dealer on line with precertified 2020 Toyota Corollas $1200 cheaper than I could get anywhere else. Took me almost two hours to drive there but for that amount of money, it was worth it. Salesperson was great. Initial paperwork was fine. My only complaint was we had to wait about an hour before we could actually do the final paperwork. The dealership is a beautiful facility so if you have to hang out, it's a decent place to do so with complimentary wifi. The gentleman who actually does the closing documents was excellent. Very professional and pleasant. They were just super busy that day which was why we had to wait. It does take awhile to do the paperwork. There are a zillion documents. They detailed the car while we were waiting and doing paperwork. Once we were done, we went out to the car, got the key, and off we went. Car is great! I would definitely buy from them again.
